Welcome to the meditation this evening.
Take a nice deep breath in through the nose for a count of four and hold.
And out through the nose for a count of four or six.
Letting the inhalations and exhalations get longer and deeper.
Taking nice deep breaths.
Let all the worries of the day go.
Breathing in positive energy and as you breathe out,
Breathe out any negative energy,
Heaviness,
Tension,
Worries of the day.
Just let it all go.
And now breathing in through the soles of the feet.
Breathing up the body.
And then as you breathe out,
Breathe it down the body and out the feet.
Breathing in through the soles of the feet and up the body.
And as you breathe out,
Breathing down the body and out the feet.
Drawing attention to the heart centre.
Drawing attention to your heart beating.
How is your heart today?
Perhaps it's beating a little bit fast if you've been hungry.
But throughout the meditation,
Perhaps it'll slow down as you relax more and let all the tension go.
You might need to roll your shoulders back to open up the heart.
If we're on too many computers,
We can slump forward.
Rolling the shoulders back opens up the heart so it's free.
And visualising the heart centre,
Beautiful pink light of love coming out through the heart.
Visualise that beautiful pink light radiating out,
Radiating out into the world.
And let this beautiful pink light reach someone that you love.
Send them that love.
See that beautiful pink light covering their whole body and aura and reaching all their cells.
And now sending that pink light to someone that you have some sort of negativity or disagreement with.
See that beautiful pink unconditional love light encircling this person.
And their body and aura reaching all the cells of their body,
Removing any unforgiveness,
Anger,
Hatred,
Negativity.
And then using your intuition to check if there's any negative cords between this person and you.
And using your intuition to cut this cord.
Perhaps if you need to call on Archangel Michael to use his magical sword to cut through the negativity.
And you might need to call on Archangel Raphael to use his beautiful power to heal both ends of the cord,
The end connected to your other person and the end connected to you.
And then saying,
I love you,
I forgive you,
I thank you for any lessons,
Please forgive me.
And I let go.
And then don't forget to send this beautiful pink light to yourself as well.
See the beautiful pink light encircling your whole body,
Aura,
Reaching all the cells of the body and reaching back to your heart.
And telling yourself,
I love you,
I love me,
I love myself,
I love my body.
Giving thanks for any healing that has happened today.
As you continue to take some nice deep breaths.
And then relaxing.
Relaxing the toes.
Relax the toes.
In the feet.
One at a time,
Making sure that all relax and relaxing the sole of the feet,
The top of the feet,
The ankles,
The back of the calves,
And the front of the calves.
Relax.
Relaxing the knees and the hamstrings at the back of the leg,
Relaxing all those tight muscles and the quadriceps at the front of the leg and the inner thighs as well.
Relax.
Relaxing the pelvis,
The lower abdomen,
The hips,
The buttocks.
Relax.
And relaxing your lower back,
Middle back and upper back.
Relaxing the upper abdomen,
The diaphragm region,
Relaxing the chest muscles,
The front of the shoulders,
And then the arm in the biceps,
The triceps,
The forearms,
The palms of the hands and the back of the hand.
Relaxing all the fingers and the thumbs one at a time.
Relax.
Relax the whole arm up to the back of the neck.
Up the neck to the occiput.
The occiput at the base of the spine and then relaxing the back of the head,
The top of the head,
The forehead,
The temples.
Relax the eyes and the eyeballs,
The nose,
The cheeks.
Relax.
Relax the mouth,
The lips,
The tongue.
Relaxing your chin,
Your ears,
Your jaw.
Relaxing the whole of the face,
Ensuring all the muscles of the face are relaxed.
The whole of the upper body is relaxed.
The middle body and the pelvic region,
The legs,
All the way to the toes.
Relax.
So that the whole of the body is relaxed.
And again,
Taking some nice deep breaths.
In through the nose for a count of four and hold.
And out through the nose for a count of four or six.
In through the nose for a count of four and hold.
And out through the nose for a count of four and six.
And then letting it all go.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Wiggle your neck and shoulders if you wish.
Adjusting to the light and the surroundings as you blink open your eyes,
Checking your body's connected with a few more deep breaths.
Draw attention back to your senses.
And something you can smell,
Taste,
Hear,
Feel and see.
Taking with you a parcel of energy,
A parcel of healing and a parcel of love to use first for yourself and then to use for each and every person that you come in contact with in the coming day or week.
And placing over your shoulders,
A cloak of protection.
