Welcome to this guided meditation designed to help you rest in a state of pure awareness and emptiness.

Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.

Sit or lie down in a relaxed position,

And when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling the air fill your lungs,

And then slowly exhale,

Releasing any tension you may be holding.

As you inhale,

Feel your chest and abdomen expand.

As you exhale,

Feel your body soften and relax.

Repeat this deep,

Mindful breathing a few more times,

Allowing each exhale to bring a sense of relaxation and peace.

Feel the relaxation spreading throughout your body.

Imagine a warm,

Soothing light starting at the top of your head and slowly traveling down.

As it moves,

It brings relaxation and peace to every part it touches.

Feel your forehead smooth out,

Your eyes becoming heavy and relaxed.

Let your jaw unclench,

Your neck and shoulders soften.

Feel this warm light continue down through your arms,

Hands and fingers,

Releasing any tension.

Let it move through your chest and abdomen,

Bringing calm and ease,

Allowing it to travel through your hips,

Thighs,

Knees and calves,

Down to your feet and toes,

Until your entire body is enveloped in this warm,

Relaxing light.

As you continue to breathe mindfully,

If any thoughts or emotions arise,

Simply let them go with your exhale.

Imagine them drifting away like clouds in the sky,

Allowing yourself to remain empty,

Letting go of any desire to achieve a particular meditative state.

Let go of any objectives in this practice.

You are the vast sky,

And these clouds are temporary,

Moving through without disturbing your sense of peace.

Just stay empty,

Empty.

Now let yourself relax into this emptiness,

Rest in this spaciousness,

Allowing yourself to simply be.

You are a vast,

Open space.

This space is calm,

Serene and boundless.

It holds everything,

But is attached to nothing.

Feel yourself resting in this spaciousness,

Free from any pressures or expectations.

There is nothing you need to do,

Nowhere you need to go.

Now,

Simply be in this moment,

Embracing the emptiness and the peace it brings.

It's rare that we ever experience such complete rest.

Embrace this opportunity to let go of all striving and simply rest in the present moment.

Empty,

Empty.

Allow yourself to savor this moment of complete rest.

In our busy lives,

It's rare to find such moments of true peace and stillness.

Embrace this gift you are giving yourself.

Let go of any striving,

Any need to achieve or accomplish.

Just be here,

Now,

In this state of restful emptiness.

Feel the calmness wash over you,

Filling every part of your being.

Take a few more moments to simply breathe.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

The stillness of your mind and the peace in your heart.

Continue to breathe gently and naturally.

Feel the air entering and leaving your body.

A continuous flow that connects you to the present moment.

As you breathe,

Feel a sense of calm and stillness growing within you.

Let this stillness expand,

Filling your entire being.

Rest in this peaceful state,

Allowing yourself to simply be.

When you're ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And gently stretch your body.

Take one last deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Open your eyes.

Remember that you can return to this state of restful emptiness whenever you need.

Know that this state of restful emptiness is always available to you.
