
Arrive Without Fixing
A short grounding practice to help you land in your body without trying to change, resolve, or improve anything. This meditation supports nervous system settling and gentle orientation into the present moment. There’s no insight required—only permission to arrive exactly as you are. It’s especially supportive when you feel internally rushed or subtly pressured to “do something” with your experience. This practice is part of a gentle progression for those learning to listen more deeply to timing and ease.
