Allow your body to settle,
To fully relax into the space where you're seated or lying or wherever you're at.
Allow yourself to be supported,
And allow yourself to come into this moment,
Come into this vessel,
Come in,
Connect to your physical body.
Notice the pace of your breath without trying to change it,
Simply observe it.
This meditation supports restoration after emotional output or stress or even just subtle strain.
Bring your attention to the center of your chest now,
Not forcing sensation,
Just simply acknowledging this physical and energetic space,
Your heart center.
Imagine warmth and light here,
And as you connect,
Maybe notice if there's a flame or a specific color of light.
Imagine that flame or that light to be steady and calm.
Keeping your awareness on your heart center,
Also bring your awareness to your breath and as you inhale now,
Imagine the energy of your consciousness.
The energy of your consciousness is allowing this warmth to expand slightly,
And as you exhale,
Simply invite and allow the nervous system to soften.
Breathing in,
Allowing this warmth,
This light to again,
Expand just slightly.
Breathing out through the mouth,
Inviting the nervous system to soften.
We'll stay here for a few more rounds of breath.
With each inhale,
Invite and allow this light and this warmth to expand,
And with each exhale,
Imagine the nervous system is relaxing.
As we're focused here on the breath,
Acknowledge that you're not fixing anything.
You're simply offering conditions for restoration.
Breathing in,
Allowing this warmth and this light from your heart center to continue to expand.
Breathing out,
Allow your physical body and your nervous system to soften.
And if the mind wanders,
Gently return to the rhythm of the breath and return to the feeling of being supported.
Still focused on the breath and focused on the heart center and allowing that light to continue to just gently expand and allowing the body to continue to just gently relax.
Bring your awareness to your forehead and allow the forehead to relax.
Relax your jaw.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
The belly to soften,
And allow the breath now to move freely.
Still inviting every inhale to be this experience of focusing on the light and the warmth and the presence of your heart,
And allowing the exhale to be the opportunity for release and softening.
Healing happens quietly,
Often beneath awareness,
So see if you can stay here for a few more rounds of breath and just simply trust the process.
Natural breath,
But every inhale,
The light of your heart is gently expanding,
And in every exhale,
The body,
Feeling safe and supported,
Relaxes,
The nervous system relaxes.
Resting here for a few more breaths.
Staying here for as long as you'd like,
Continuing this process for as long as you need.
And when you are ready,
Gently return.
Return to the space where you're practicing this meditation.
Maybe touch your fingertips together or touch your fingertips to your heart space.
And then as you open your eyes,
Invite this sense of calm coherence to stay with you throughout your day,
Throughout your week,
For as long as you'd like,
As long as is needed.
Bright blessings and so much love.
