Body Love
by Fallon Jaye
This is a guided practice created to help people struggling with body love, self-love, and acceptance. It guides them through honoring their body by being in their body, feeling, and seeing all of the gifts the body gives us daily just through its functions alone. It's all about honoring where we are now and nourishing our body, mind, and spirit.

Hello,
Welcome to your body meditation.
I am Falon J,
Your guide for today.
And I'm so honored to be sharing this space with you as we get into our bodies and honor all that they do and all that we are.
Go ahead and find a comfortable seat,
Find your sit bones or have your feet on the floor.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Exhale.
And let your breath lengthen without the need to control.
Just keep your breaths nice and long and intentional.
I want you to feel your feet,
Your calves and your knees,
Your legs and your hips.
Go ahead and just feel your lower body.
Send your lower body love.
What are the expectations you've had of your lower body?
Where have you denied?
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Where have they not been enough?
Let's forgive ourselves for any inner unconscious dialogue around that and choose in this now moment to send love to this area of our body and tell ourselves,
I love you legs for keeping me strong and balanced and moving forward,
Backward,
Side to side in life,
Moving me wherever I need to go,
All the way down to my toes.
You take such good care of me.
Thank you.
We're going to come up to our butt and our hips again and sending it so much love.
Thank you.
I forgive myself for any past self talk that may have not felt good or may have not honored you and I ask for your forgiveness as well.
Ho'oponoponopon.
I want you to come up into your torso and your belly.
I want you to be thinking about all of the organs as well when we're doing this,
All the organs that just do their job.
Never asking for praise,
Never asking for recognition.
They take care of us.
They house a lot of our emotions as well.
A lot of our anger gets stored in the liver.
Tension,
Emotions in the hips.
So as we move up into our torso,
Our belly,
Our back,
How strong,
Let's think about our lower back and how much it does for us every time we bend over and pick something up.
Our bellies housing so much of our goodness,
So much of our organs,
Our womb area,
Our ability to give life.
Whether you're man or woman,
You're able to give life.
Maybe in the past you felt your belly was too big or not enough abs or whatever it is.
Forgive yourself now for that.
It's okay.
You're human and we're new now.
This is a new now moment.
We're choosing differently,
Choosing to honor where we are.
Your stomach,
Your torso,
Your back,
Your sides,
Your obliques,
Your organs.
I love you.
Thank you.
Thank you for all you provided me.
I love you.
You do so much every second of every day.
Thank you.
I love you.
We're going to move up into our chest and our upper back and our breasts or our pecs and our heart center.
Thinking about our organ,
Our heart,
Our muscle that not only pumps blood all throughout our body but also carries so much emotion,
So much hurt.
We're asking for you to do anything with it,
Just housing it for you for when you're ready and conscious enough to release it.
Thank you heart.
Thank you front heart.
Thank you back heart.
Maybe somewhere can you release some more tension in your shoulders and offer more love and forgiveness.
I love you shoulders.
I love you back heart,
Upper back,
Chest,
Breasts.
Pecs.
I love you.
You've always been enough.
You've always been enough and you've always been worthy and I've always been enough and I've always been worthy and I am enough and I am worthy.
Bring your awareness up into your traps and neck and throat area.
What has wanted to come up has been stopped there or have you dimmed your light and let it not be voiced and shared through the beautiful sounds of your vocal cords or have you been carrying the weight of other people's stuff on your shoulders,
On top of your shoulders,
Those trap muscles?
Where in the back of your neck have you began to hunch a little bit?
I'm safe now.
I am safe now to speak my truth and share my feelings.
I know that I am worthy to share and voice how I feel.
I am now letting go of what is not mine.
I'm sending it back.
Sending it back to the creator or to the owner.
I'm sending it back in love,
In reverence,
In gratitude for the lessons.
I'm sending it back completely to be transmitted completely and return to the owner or back to creator source impurity.
Coming up into our jaw.
I love you.
Thank you for holding so much tension and I now am here to help you release.
Coming up into our ears and our nose and our face,
Our eyes,
Our skin,
Our entire head,
Scalp,
Hair.
This is often where we receive the most self judgment.
I love you nose.
I love you mouth.
I love you teeth.
You've always been enough.
You've always been beautiful.
I've always been enough.
I've always been beautiful.
Cheeks and eyes and eyebrows and forehead.
You've always been perfect because you are.
There's nobody else like you.
There's nobody else like me.
Scalp and hair.
I love you.
I love you.
Thank you hair for being an extension of my intuition,
Of my crown.
Now as we've thanked and loved our body,
I want you to be in your body as you envision and feel what is the healthiest body for you.
When you feel that,
What does that look like?
How do you stand?
I don't want you to be thinking about weight.
I want you to be thinking about what feels good for you.
What do your legs feel like for the healthiest legs for you?
What do they look like in your mind's eye,
In your hips,
In your torso and stomach and back,
Heart center and shoulders?
How is she standing?
How is he standing?
Maybe a little more relaxed.
Maybe a little more strong.
Maybe a little less body fat.
Maybe a little more body fat.
Ask your body,
What is the healthiest version of me?
All the way up to the top of your head,
Your brain.
As well as your mind body.
What does the healthiest version of me feel like?
Now what does that healthiest version of me do to express and call in and manifest that version of myself,
That highest healthiest,
Most nourished version of myself?
What do you need?
What foods?
Water?
What movements do you love?
What movements do I get to do more of?
Do I get to learn about?
To call in this healthiest,
Most nourished version of myself.
I love myself completely now and I recognize that maybe I've not been operating at my highest level and I desire and call that in now so show me the path.
Through food,
Through my intake,
Through my consciousness,
Through my awareness that I can actually call in and create and manifest my healthiest version inside and out.
I'm going to give you another minute to really feel that and envision and picture.
Now that you've got a full picture,
Full feeling of your most nourished version,
I want you to picture that most nourished,
Healthiest you walking towards you.
You see the body and it's like you feel the essence of that body because it's a part of you.
It's in the quantum.
It's already in existence.
We're going to call that in and allow this version of us,
The most healthiest,
Nourished version of ourselves to embrace us with the most beautiful,
Loving hug that I'm here.
I've always been here.
Let me lead you.
Let your higher self lead you.
Talk to your body.
Ask her.
Ask him daily.
What do you most need?
What would feel most nourishing while you hold the vision and feeling of this most nourished body,
This healthiest version of body,
Aesthetically,
As well as the health inside and out?
Let her hug and his hug of this highest version of you melt into you.
Know that as you continue to create harmony through mind,
Body,
Spirit,
It doesn't just happen without your participation and your willingness to fulfill the requests of the body,
Of the mind,
And of the spirit.
Daily questions as well as daily intentions with intention and movement,
Infusing intentions into our food and our water,
Doing what's uncomfortable while honoring when it's time for rest and knowing the difference.
Feel this highest,
Healthiest,
Most nourished version of you.
Love your body.
Love yourself daily in each now moment.
Take another inhale,
Picturing beautiful mother earth,
Rainbow energy coming in through your feet all the way up your clear channel,
The top of your head out your crown direct through the galactic sun,
Anchor to source always.
And so it is.
So be it for the highest good of myself,
For the highest good of all,
For something better.
Inhale,
Start to wiggle your toes and your fingers and blink your eyes and rotate your neck and open your eyes and look in the mirror and tell yourself,
I love you.
You've always been enough.
You are always worthy.
I love you.
I am enough.
I have always been enough.
I've always been worthy.
I am worthy.
And close with your hands at your heart center.
Repeating,
I am divine love,
Divine love I am.
Feel that.
Bring the focus to your heart center.
I am divine light,
Divine light I am.
I am divine power,
Divine power I am.
I love you.
I see you.
I honor you.
And again,
Thank you for sharing space.
