Welcome to this meditation on transcending the worries about our health.

Accept the state of your health today,

Then compassionately and kindly care for yourself through it.

That's what a friend told me recently.

And for me that was really important.

Because we all have these moments where we get upset and down about the way that our body feels,

About the things that we can't do.

And of course the symptoms can be a big part of the struggle.

But I would argue that an even bigger part of the struggle often is our resistance to it.

Our worry of what might happen.

So the key ingredient in all of this,

The gateway to peace,

Seems to be acceptance.

And that is exactly what we're going to draw on and deepen in this meditation.

So that you can once again trust your body and just surrender to the healing.

So taking in a deep breath through your nose into your belly to ground in this moment.

And then you can just take a deep breath in and out.

To ground in this moment.

And keep doing that.

Just calming down your body and thereby calming down your mind.

This type of calm breathing is an amazing way to self-regulate.

And a way to truly be here in this moment.

Not following these thoughts that come and go regardless of what we do.

So just tuning in to sensations in your jaw.

Releasing any tension that might be here.

Your lips are loosely closed and your jaw is relaxed.

Many people don't realize how much of the tension and the worries manifests in their jaw.

So just releasing tension with the assistance of your breath.

And if you do pick up any tension in your jaw or any other part of your body.

As you are now giving more attention to what is within than what is outside.

That's okay.

Just bring acceptance to it for now.

Let it be exactly how it is.

And all you are doing is observing and bringing as much letting go and releasing into it.

As it wants to do right now.

But not pushing,

Pulling or resisting.

Just awareness,

Calm and present in this moment.

And that is a beautiful place to start tuning into.

All that your body wants to do is just heal itself.

And we often get in the way with all these thoughts of what can go wrong and what we can't do and how terrible that is.

And what we don't realize is we spiral deeper and deeper and deeper and get more in the way of our body healing.

Because our mind affects our body.

Meaning that if we keep thinking,

Alarm,

Alarm,

Danger,

Danger,

Something is wrong,

Something is wrong.

Our body is not going to be in rest and digest and healing mode.

So the goal really should be as much as possible and utilizing meditation in that process where possible too,

If that suits you.

To come in a state where we're telling our body through the mind,

Through our thoughts,

Everything is okay.

So it's really about telling our body the opposite.

I'm good.

I'm well.

I'm healthy.

I am healing.

These don't need to be affirmations.

These can just be frames of mind.

I accept everything that is here.

Tune into how that feels in your body,

In your being.

When you say to yourself,

I accept everything that is here.

I accept everything that is here.

I no longer resist.

I am no longer partaking in this fight.

I surrender and I trust.

That does not mean I don't care.

I'm just tired of getting in the way of this beautiful body and living this beautiful life.

I am brave enough to fully accept,

To surrender and to trust to the wisdom of my body.

Really tune into how that feels when you say that to yourself and you bask in that.

I am brave enough to fully accept,

To surrender and to trust to the wisdom of my body.

I am brave enough to fully accept,

To surrender and to trust in the wisdom of my body.

Bring awareness to any areas that are resisting this and love them into surrender.

It's okay.

Remember that only light can drive out darkness.

So just really loving anything that we might perceive as heavy,

To surrender,

To also benefit from this healing.

Because our body is not separate from the intelligence of the universe.

Our body is one with the intelligence of the universe.

The intelligence that creates rivers,

Mountains,

Humans,

Animals,

Everything.

That intelligence is also alive in us and is ready to start healing.

Start healing this part of itself.

The moment we can surrender,

The moment we can accept,

It can do its thing.

And also being kind with ourself.

Because it's difficult.

These fears,

These worries can be very heavy.

So it's okay that we struggle from time to time and are not perfect at this.

But the more we return to this,

The more we are stopping these warning signs to our body.

And the more we are telling it,

You got this,

We got this.

Everything is perfect.

And if you're anything like me,

You may also sometimes find things unfair.

And resist the fact that things are manifesting in our life,

In our body.

But when we can take a step back,

We see that there are huge lessons and transformational invitations in this.

Because these symptoms may have showed up as a warning sign,

A wake-up call,

An invitation to change and transform into something better,

Into something that can serve the world at a completely different level.

A person that can be more of a role model,

A person that can love deeper.

Or on a personal note,

Just a shift in perspective that makes you appreciate the gift of this life much more.

So just tuning in to anything that wants to express from your heart,

Any guidance of how you may want to respond to what is going on.

Really honoring this space and this connection to your heart,

As the best answers are found here.

Anything that comes up is perfect.

You may already be aware of where your health problems are coming from.

But there's always more of an angle to be gained to understand more about the root cause,

What you can do to truly tune in to the next level of healing and health.

So as you are here connected with your heart,

Your true self,

Ask the following question.

What created this?

I fully accept what is here as I am healing,

But can you tell me more about what created this?

Is there something that I can do?

Is there anything I can do to shift my perspective,

So I am no longer in as much resistance?

Is there anything I can do to shift my perspective,

So I am no longer in as much resistance?

Is there anything I can do to shift my perspective,

So I am no longer in as much resistance?

What is the meaning of healing?

What is the meaning of healing?

Your body knows how to heal.

With this place of acceptance,

Trust and surrender,

You can rest assured that you will be rewarded.

And whenever you feel you've gone off into the wrong direction again in your mind,

Just aiming to come back,

Setting an intention now to come back when you need it,

To this place of acceptance and surrender.

It's really quite simple.

It can be hard to do,

I know that very well for my life,

But this seems to be the key and anything else is just going to make life harder for us.

So let's try our best and be kind to ourselves in the process,

Tuning in to what a miracle this body is,

All its functions,

All the mechanisms and its connection to the natural world.

I’m always amazed at how the universe puts the lessons I need to hear in my path. What you described is exactly my struggle, not accepting that I am actually healed.
