Hello!
This is a meditation for letting go of who you believe you are.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Relaxing your body,
Relaxing your mind.
Take a deep breath in and relax.
Now breathe normally,
Inhaling and exhaling through your nostrils.
Become the observer of your breathing.
As an observer,
You don't control,
You don't change,
You just accept your breathing as it is.
Notice that between inhaling and exhaling there's stillness.
Notice the stillness between exhaling and inhaling.
Feel the stillness,
Embody the stillness,
Become it.
Now let go of everything you believe you are.
Let go of your thoughts.
Let go of your feelings.
Let go of your sensations.
Let go of your beliefs.
Let go of the things you like.
Let go of the things you don't like.
Let go of what you desire.
Let go of what you avoid.
Let go of the past.
Let go of the future.
Let go of the present moment.
Let go of who you were.
Let go of who you are.
Let go of who you will become.
Let go of your dreams.
Let go of what you want to accomplish.
Let go of what you have accomplished.
Let go of what makes you happy.
Let go of what makes you unhappy.
Let go of what you believe.
Let go of what you think is right.
Let go of what you think is wrong.
Let go of your point of view.
Let go of your perspective.
Let go of how you see the world.
Let go of your family.
Let go of your friends.
Let go of everyone you know.
Let go of any concepts that you have about yourself.
Let go of any ideas that you have about yourself.
Let go of your identity.
Let go of your body.
Let go of your mind.
Let go of your spirit.
Let go of your soul.
Let go of everything you believe you are.
And after letting go of everything you are,
What is left?
Who or what you are after you let go of everything you believe you are.
What is left is emptiness,
Is stillness,
Is what you really are.
Don't try to understand with your mind.
This is beyond what your mind can understand.
There is no form.
There is no shape.
It just is.
This is your limitless essence.
This is your true self.
All you have to do is let go of everything you believe you are.
And then what is left is who you really are.
Be at this place.
Feel the stillness.
Embody the emptiness.
This is what you really are.
This is it.
This is what you really are.
Just drop any ideas that you have about yourself.
Just drop any concepts that you have about yourself.
And what is left is your true nature,
Is what you really are.
Now start to come back.
Take a deep breath in and relax.
Notice your body.
Feel your body.
And when you are ready,
Just open your eyes.
