Before we begin our meditation,

Please make sure you're in a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down,

In a safe,

Warm space,

Where you won't be disturbed for at least 10 minutes.

Place your hands in your lap if you're sitting or next to you if you're lying down.

Please let your eyes gently shut.

We'll take a few moments now to connect with the breath.

Feel your breath going in and out.

Notice how your chest rises and falls.

Rises and falls.

As you breathe.

Every time you breathe out,

Imagine that stress and tension leave your body in a small cloud of breath.

In your mind's eye,

See the stress in your breath,

Floating away from your nose,

Floating up,

Up,

And dispersing into the atmosphere.

Just breathe.

See those small clouds of stress,

Those small clouds of tension,

See them floating away.

Watch them with your imagination as they rise up,

Up.

And then disappear into nothingness.

See them go.

Breathe them out.
