Welcome in this energizing breathing practice.

It's a great practice to do in the morning when you still feel a little bit sleepy and you want to wake up better or anytime during the day when you feel like you are low on energy and tired but still needs to keep working and need to focus.

So this breath will be really refreshing.

We'll do three rounds of the breath.

First just inhales and exhales and a little bit faster pace.

Then we'll be sustaining the breath and then we'll be holding.

So prepare yourself for this breath.

Anytime when you feel a little bit light-headed or uncomfortable just come back to normal breaths in and out and then come back to our practice.

Sit comfortably with your back straight but not tense,

Your shoulders relaxed and your chest open.

With your inner awareness check the posture of your body and if you want you can also close your eyes to connect deeper with yourself.

First let's just take three deep cleansing breaths.

Inhale fully through your nose and exhale.

Release it all through your mouth.

Inhale deeply and exhale fully.

And one more time inhale as you expand your belly,

Your ribs and chest.

Exhale,

Relax your chest,

Ribs and belly.

Lovely.

Prepare yourself now for this practice.

We'll just be breathing in through the nose,

Out through the mouth in a faster pace and then sustaining.

Exhale all the air out.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Keep going like this.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

With every inhale inviting peace.

With every exhale releasing tension.

With every inhale inviting more fresh energy.

With exhale releasing any old and stuck energy.

Keep going like this a few more times.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

Ten more seconds.

Keep going.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Enjoy this breath.

Next inhale take a little bit longer and after the exhale totally let go.

We're going to sustain the breath here.

So not taking another inhale.

Staying with your lungs empty.

Just for one minute.

Staying in stillness.

Staying with no breath.

Keep your body relaxed.

Keep observing the body from within.

Notice that even if you're not breathing your body is still alive.

Your heart is still beating.

Your organs are still working.

Stay here with your inner awareness.

And in three,

Two,

One.

Inhale deeply and hold for 15 seconds.

Now hold the air in the lungs.

Your lungs are full of oxygen.

Hold it.

Open your heart and release it all.

Take two breaths in between before we start the second round.

Make yourself ready and let's go again.

Exhale the air out.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

Keep going like this.

Feel this warm energy that you are creating in your body.

Keep using more and more capacity of your lungs.

Being aware of your breath.

The breath is coming from the belly then through the ribs and chest.

And when you exhale it's through the chest,

Ribs and belly.

Keep going.

Keep enjoying.

Just 20 more seconds.

Stay there with awareness.

And last three,

Two,

One.

Take a full breath in now.

Fill your lungs with oxygen.

And on the exhale just let it go.

Sustain the breath now for 1 minute and 15 seconds now.

Holding this breath.

Remember we are not tensing the body.

So be aware of your body.

Be aware of your lungs.

Just staying here with no breath.

Staying in stillness and silence.

Observe how you feeling from within.

Keeping your mind focused on here and now.

Staying here just 15 more seconds.

If you can.

You know you can do it.

And in five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale fully and now hold with your lungs full.

Just 15 seconds with your lungs full.

Open your heart.

Open your chest.

Full of peace.

Full of life and joy.

And exhale totally let it go.

Take two breaths in between.

And make yourself ready for the third round now.

Let's go.

In and out.

In and out.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale fully.

Keep going like this.

Now you can use even more capacity of your lungs.

The third round should be much easier.

Keep going in and out.

In to your chest and out.

In to your belly and chest and out.

Relax.

Keep breathing.

Only focusing on this breath.

Creating more fresh energy.

Connecting to your inner light.

Connecting to your inner strength.

20 more seconds like that.

And just a few more.

Two more breaths.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Now take a full longer breath in and on the exhale just let it go.

Stay here now for one minute and a half.

Keep yourself comfortable.

Staying aware and awake.

Relaxing your whole body here.

Remember when you hold tension it will be more and more uncomfortable.

When you relax yourself you are able to go deeper into the space of stillness.

If you can,

Staying here just for 10 more seconds.

And in 3,

2,

1.

Take a full breath in.

Hold it with your lungs full.

Open up.

Feel the power.

Feel your inner strength.

And exhale.

Totally relax and letting go.

Coming back to your natural breath now.

Just notice how you feel.

Notice this fresh energy that is bringing you nourishment,

Rejuvenation,

Maybe even motivation and strength to keep going.

Totally open with your mind refreshed,

With your body relaxed.

Thank you so much for practicing with me today.

I hope you enjoyed this breath and wishing you a lovely rest of your day.

Namaste.
