Mindfulness is the practice of accepting the present moment just as it is, with peace and awareness, without trying to change or control anything. In this session, we connect to our breath and simply observe it, without interfering with the natural flow. We learn how to stay in the space of stillness and accept each moment just as it's given to us, as we let go of control of how it's supposed to feel or look. Enjoy these 10 minutes of connection with your inner peace.

Welcome in this mindfulness meditation where we find a space to breathe,

To be still and observe.

Practice of non-controlling.

We control so much in our life that sometimes it's hard for us to simply find a space to just be and observe without trying to fix anything or interfere with anything.

Mindfulness can be our daily practice,

An attitude we adopt when we let go of the motivation to control the present moment and instead just fully accept it.

Make sure you're sitting comfortably with your back straight,

Feel your sit bones on the earth with equal weight left to right.

Let your hips be heavy and from the base of your spine lift upwards to the crown of your head and release the shoulders by lifting them halfway up,

Halfway back and then down.

Close your eyes as you keep relaxing.

Relax your neck as well,

Being awake and aware.

And from here simply start to pay attention to the exhales.

Are they long or short?

Are they calm or jagged?

Do they leave your body in a rush or do you not quite get to the bottom of them?

Where does the breath leave your body?

Is it through your nose,

Through your mouth?

Just remember that you are not trying to control or fix your exhales.

Just observe them as they come and go.

Keep paying attention to the exhales.

Now start to pay attention to the spaces between the breath.

Are they long or short?

Are you rushing to the inhale?

Do they seem non-existent or spread out over time?

Just keep your attention on the spaces between the breath.

Now shift your attention to the inhales.

Where do they enter your body?

At the top of your nostrils or the top of your lips?

Are they warm or cool?

Are you grasping for them or do they appear out of nowhere?

Maybe they just come naturally and easily?

Just observe,

No need to change anything.

As you interfere less or stop trying to change the natural flow of your breath,

The breath will move of its own accord.

Watch the four parts of your breath now.

The inhale,

The space before the exhale,

The exhale and the sweet pause before you inhale again.

The mind and body will naturally fall into equilibrium as you allow this process to unfold.

As you harmonise your breath and come back to balance through your inhales and exhales,

You will feel much calmer and peaceful from the inside.

You are naturally creating more space to just be and observe.

Through accepting the present moment just as it is,

You are making more space for flow and ease in your life.

Without needing to and trying to control everything,

Instead allowing things to come and go naturally.

Without attaching yourself to them.

When you manifest something,

When you pray for something,

Bring this attitude of acceptance and let go of control about how it's something going to happen when or where.

Simply stay open and allow the divine forces to work for you in the best possible way.

Thank you so much for connecting in this short mindfulness meditation.

Keep practicing it more and more often.

Keep making more space for yourself,

For breathing and just being.

Namaste.
