We are getting the message clear,

We will do it practically.

So for the last few sessions,

We were understanding viveka,

Discernment.

Discernment,

We were understanding viveka and the discernment.

Viveka means that power of discernment that is always available to us,

Always available.

Whether you make it available in your life or you don't,

That is your choice.

Because we have a choice being a human being,

We have a choice to claim I'm in stress and suffering and I also have a choice that I'm in peace and happiness.

We use this power of discernment in daily life.

You have a nurse,

You go to restroom,

Not to the kitchen,

That is a power of discernment.

Do you see that?

You want to drive,

You go into the garage,

Not into the kitchen.

Power of discernment,

We separate.

Knowledge,

We have a knowledge and we say,

Here is an action,

Here is a thought,

They should match together.

So I were joking with a brandy just now.

You see,

Once you color your intellect with the discernment,

Your intellect is not going anywhere,

It will catch you.

Can I share?

She said,

I know,

How are you?

I'm pretty good,

But tired.

Do you see that?

So because the mind will take up instinctively the tiredness and it will expand into your entire day.

Gone.

Are you getting it?

That is the power of discernment.

And the third meaning of the discernment is a self inquiry where we separate real from the unreal.

Tiredness belongs to the body.

Am I the body?

No,

I'm the real self.

Finished.

My master used to say,

What he used to say,

O mind be at peace,

This will also pass.

By the way,

I remember something.

On the topic of the Viveka,

There is a text written by one of the great masters.

It contains more than thousand verses only on Viveka.

There you listen to the teacher and by listening the intellect confirms this is real and that is unreal.

You are settled in the state of meditation.

Just by listening,

You got awakened.

But for which we need to be qualified.

Again,

Question.

Simple question asked.

Ask your simple question.

What is the subject matter?

Ask yourself,

What is the subject matter?

I want to bring an end to the suffering once and for all.

That is why we are learning Eastern wisdom.

Am I really interested?

I was giving a real life story to Brandeep just before you all came in.

Am I really interested?

Second is,

If I'm interested,

Second point is,

Am I committed?

Second point.

Third point,

Am I ready to treat the path?

I'm already qualified.

What is the result?

What will I get?

I must be 100% clear.

I'm interested to bring an end to the sorrow and suffering for that meditation and mindfulness is there.

See there.

So once these thoughts are present in the intellect,

Then this intellect will not go anywhere.

Then it will never bring in the wrong notions in my life.

Clear?

So we have understood a bit about this.

I've been talking,

You all are wise,

You all are seekers.

So we have understood normal inquiry and self-inquiry.

Do you understand that?

Normal inquiry,

I don't know about Krishna.

So Brandeep tells me about Krishna because I don't have a prior knowledge.

So it's a simple inquiry.

But self-inquiry has to be done with the discernment.

Why discernment?

There is a confusion.

Pain is here,

So I have a headache.

I have a headache or head has a pain.

I'm upset.

So mind is upset or I am upset.

So there is a confusion.

Who am I?

At one time,

I am the body.

At other time,

I am the mind.

Third time,

I become the emotion.

Fourth time,

I become the husband.

Fifth time,

I become the wife and longest.

Soulmate and then sourmate,

I become.

Wherever I become,

So there is a confusion.

Do you see that confusion in our life?

We live with these wrong notions and the confusion.

That is why the self-inquiry has to be done with the discernment.

It is not a normal inquiry.

And if it is not a normal inquiry,

Then,

And if it is a self-inquiry,

Then it means I must understand that where lies the confusion and how to remove that confusion.

Let us apply Viveka.

Just be in today's session.

So we will,

Once you apply Viveka,

You can enter into the meditation.

And then we will also do the practice.

Buy one,

Get one free.

Bogan.

Switch on the lamp.

What it means,

Pay attention.

Switch on the lamp.

It is one word,

One sentence.

Switch on the lamp.

So lamp is there,

So I feel the light.

Is there any confusion or not?

Normally we say there is no confusion,

But switch on the lamp,

Switch on the light means does the lamp have a light?

Lamp does not have a light.

What is hidden behind is electricity.

Bulb with the lamp,

With the light simply shows the electricity is there.

So it is not a normal inquiry.

It is not a normal inquiry.

It is a self-inquiry.

It is not a normal inquiry.

It is not a normal inquiry.

Light simply shows the electricity is working behind.

Am I talking?

What is behind me?

We miss it.

So there is a confusion.

No,

No,

No,

I'm talking.

I'm talking.

I'm teaching.

So you are your lips.

Real self.

That is the power of this.

Electricity is hidden behind,

Not seen.

Real self is hidden behind,

Not seen.

There is a confusion.

Meditation only removes these confusion.

Nothing else.

It removes the confusion and it says,

Here is the real self.

You got,

You are.

That is what is known as awakening.

So after understanding,

We are applying Viveka.

I see you.

You see me?

Right?

So you are outside me?

And when I say I see you,

I experience you inside the heart.

Christian,

Now we have,

Ah,

We have still,

Majority is women,

But it's okay.

So.

Do you see that?

Are you understanding this?

Object is outside,

I experience that object inside me,

Inside the head.

Are you understanding?

Is it clear to you?

Object outside,

Experience inside the mind.

How do I know?

I know by knowledge takes place in the mind.

How the knowledge takes place in the mind?

I have a memory and I say,

How are you Christina?

How are you Brandy?

How are you internet?

How are you Samir?

How are you Barbara?

Do you see that?

Object is outside,

Experience inside.

Clear?

Ah,

We are removing the confusion.

Why?

Because self inquiry with the discernment.

Are you getting it?

I'm reminding you again.

Just you need to maintain your awareness.

So first understanding,

World outside separate from us.

Clear?

And experience is happening inside me.

Am I clear?

Internet,

Am I clear?

Internet is an object of perception,

Object of knowledge is outside and experience is happening inside.

Clear?

World outside is separate from the knowledge or experience that I have in my mind.

Are you clear?

The world outside is separate from the knowledge or experience happening inside me.

Clear?

Clear?

So now go back.

When I said switch on the light,

Electricity is hidden behind.

So I have a thought.

What is the thought in my mind?

I know internet.

So this is the knowledge.

This is known as perception.

This is known as thought.

This is known as experience.

Am I clear?

It is not one minute instant mindfulness.

When we say mindfulness is beyond the time in this space and when we say one minute mindfulness,

What it means?

We have not understood it.

So go back.

What did I say?

I'm repeating.

World outside,

Experience inside.

That experience is I get an experience,

I get a knowledge by thought.

Clear?

If I say,

Here you are,

Bradley,

This is a thought.

Thought contains the knowledge.

This knowledge is known as perception,

Co-ordination,

Experience.

I'm in stress.

That is thought.

Can you get any knowledge without any thought?

When Brandy said I'm pretty good,

But she did not say I'm pretty tired too.

She said,

I'm tired and pretty good.

So what is the conclusion?

That good means tired.

Mixture,

Mixture.

Do you see confusion?

Where in the mind,

World outside is separate from knowledge,

Experience?

Are you clear about this?

And my knowledge and experience takes place in the mind.

And that knowledge,

Perception and experience has a thought.

Clear?

The way I said I have a thought.

Switch on the lamp.

Right?

What is thought?

Here the magic happens.

If I live into that awareness,

What is it thought?

I know internet.

This is a thought.

Thought is equal to knowledge of internet plus consciousness.

If I'm not conscious,

I cannot say that.

If I'm not conscious,

I don't know internet.

Are you clear?

I know Barbara.

Means what?

Knowledge of Barbara plus consciousness.

Light in the lamp means bulb plus electricity behind.

Can I be aware here and now?

You need not to do any practice.

Forget about it.

You are already there.

Do you see?

Did you understand?

Like lamp plus electricity,

Like wave plus water,

Are you aware?

Are you listening to me?

Can I have any thought without consciousness?

Now tell me.

If there is no consciousness,

There is no thought.

And thought is equal to what is that?

An object plus consciousness.

Object plus consciousness.

Are you clear?

Is electricity different from the bulb,

Lamp?

Yes.

Is thought different from the consciousness?

Yes.

Why?

Because thought comes from an object outside.

Object is already outside.

Do you see that?

Object is already outside.

I get an experience in the mind and that experience is a thought and thought is equal to an object plus consciousness.

Is electricity always separate from the lamp?

Yes.

Is consciousness always separate from the thought?

Yes.

Is consciousness present in all the thoughts,

In all my experiences,

In all my perception?

Yes.

Does consciousness change at any time?

No.

Consciousness is me,

I'm the real self.

Done.

Finished.

Finished.

I'm in meditation.

That is the power of discernment.

That is the power of self-inquiry.

If I am the thought,

But the thought contains an object,

It means that object is also me.

Here is brandy,

It is a thought,

But if any thought.

So now see,

Another magic that happens,

There are millions of objects outside,

There are millions of thoughts inside my mind.

Am I clear?

I see monitors screen,

I see all of you,

I see the color,

I see the camera,

I see the lamp,

I see the wall in front of me,

I see my guru image.

You see millions of objects,

Millions of thoughts and experiences inside.

One consciousness.

One consciousness.

Do you see one consciousness,

That consciousness never changed.

Do you say I have many consciousnesses?

Do you ever say it?

Do you ever say many waters?

That is why many ways.

In many ways.

Do you ever say that?

We know,

We are aware only one consciousness,

One consciousness,

Millions of objects outside,

Millions of experiences inside,

They are changing.

Object changes,

My experience changes,

Consciousness remains the same.

That consciousness remains the same.

That consciousness remains same behind the objects,

Behind the knowledge,

Behind my perception,

That consciousness is the ultimate reality that never changes,

That is all pervading.

How do you say that is all pervading?

That is the power of discernment.

Once if you don't use the power of discernment,

Meditation,

Mindfulness is just a physiological or biochemical practice.

Scientists may talk about it,

It brings a lot of physiological changes.

We are not finding what are these changes.

We are finding,

Discovering the real self,

Which is self-existent,

Which is self-evident.

Pick up another point.

I know,

Christian,

Consciousness is clear.

It is the thought,

Right?

Now,

What is the great magic?

I don't know,

Christian,

Our consciousness is.

Did you understand that?

Because Krishna is an object of my knowledge.

So whether I know something,

I don't know something,

Consciousness has to be there.

It is the same consciousness that makes the thought as a present.

And by that thought,

I don't know,

Who says this?

Consciousness has to be there to claim I don't know,

I know.

Means what?

Consciousness is independent.

It has an independent existence.

Thought does not have an independent existence.

So when we have anything that depends on the consciousness,

Cannot be real.

Wave is not real.

Water is real.

Can you say wave is water?

Yes.

Can you say water is wave?

No,

We cannot say it.

Consciousness is the ultimate reality.

That consciousness is the ultimate reality.

All pervading,

Only one to discover that we practice,

We do meditation.

That is the power of discernment.

But if I do not contemplate and reflect,

What is the goal of meditation?

Self discovery,

Self discovery,

To discover the self.

So the first method is what we master says,

Viveka means discernment to separate.

Why to separate?

There's a lot of confusion.

That who am I?

So in order to remove that confusion,

We apply the Viveka in the process of self inquiry.

Millions of thoughts,

Millions of experiences takes place every day.

Thoughts,

Millions of objects constantly change.

Millions of experiences takes place in the mind.

They also change.

Is it not a fact?

But something inside remain as it is,

That is consciousness.

So once we have removed this confusion,

Then what happens to the intellect?

The intellect has a clarity and conviction that I am the real self.

I am the water,

Not the wave.

The real self,

I am the water,

Not the wave.

So now where is the problem?

I have to live into that state of awareness all the time.

What it takes,

Nothing.

I removed the confusion.

Then the mind does not follow the lower instinct and impulsive nature.

And because we are awakened to that peace,

Why?

I love peace,

Yes.

Is consciousness,

Is peace is there in the consciousness?

Yes.

Do I love happiness?

Yes.

Consciousness is the nature of happiness.

That is the meaning of awakening.

Don't be so serious.

No,

It's not a serious topic.

It is not a serious topic is you are crazy when you say I am stressed.

Because it is different from you.

When you say I'm tired,

Body is tired,

You are consciousness.

The way I know Brandy,

I know my body also.

So when I know body,

So I have an experience in the body.

The experience in the body is tiredness.

That is the thought.

And what is the thought?

Object plus consciousness.

So tiredness is an object,

Consciousness is independent.

Do you see that?

If you see that you are already awakened.

If you don't see that,

Still you are awakened.

If you see that you are awakened.

If you don't see you are still awakened.

Let us start our practice.

Eyes are closed.

Eyes are closed.

Let us follow the Viveka.

Eyes are closed,

The body is steady and,

Body is steady and,

Mind is looking inside.

Now see everything,

This is little subtle.

We have explained logically to prove,

To whom to interact that we are the consciousness.

We are not constantly changing experiences in the objects in the world outside.

So body is steady,

Mind is looking inside and,

So I know the body,

Yes.

I experience the body,

Yes.

The body is outside,

I experience in the mind.

So whatever I experience,

Perceive as an object is different from awareness.

See that.

In the very first step,

You can be into the state of meditation.

But we have to become a seeker.

That is the challenge.

So now in that state mentally,

For the hand in the Namaste Madra,

I know it,

Whatever I know is,

I'm different from that.

But still I'm doing Namaste Madra mentally,

And I see the space in between both the hands.

Namaste,

Humility,

Five sense organs,

Five motor organs represented by 10 fingers in between.

We find the space.

Mental Namaste.

And that space empties the mind,

And then we can see the consciousness,

If I see so.

And there,

We just,

Am I interested?

Yes.

Mentally we can do it.

Not physically is not required,

Mentally you do it,

Yes.

That is much better way.

So mentally,

What is the subject matter?

Now we are doing the practice of meditation.

It's a process.

It's a movement.

It's a change.

So let us say,

Let me move from anxiety,

Stress,

Suffering,

Insecurity to the real self,

Which is truth.

So it means what?

Here and now,

Wherever there is a change,

It is not me.

Don't brand it,

Don't give a label,

It is me and mine.

What it takes,

Awareness.

Let me move from ignorance to wisdom.

Ignorance is confusion.

Who am I?

At this moment,

Still your mind believes and attaches that I am the body and the mind,

You're gone.

That is required.

I told you,

We just understood that.

So that is the confusion.

And that confusion is removed in meditation.

I am mortal.

No.

Am I immortal?

Yes.

We have to remove the confusion.

The body is no doubt it is mortal.

It cannot be made immortal.

But I am not the body.

Body is not me.

So with that idea and the thoughts and the mind,

Look at the neck joint,

Be there,

Feel the sensation,

Comfort and steadiness.

Every experience comes from the objects outside.

What is the object?

Object is neck joint.

I'm not the body,

I know it.

So experience comes from that neck joint,

Sensation,

Comfort and steadiness.

After that,

There is a space and after the space,

You are simply aware.

So that awareness is independent.

From the awareness,

We go to the existence,

Which is consciousness.

Look at the shoulder joint.

The knowledge should remain present in the mind.

That is why we say sleep is a problem in meditation,

Laziness is a problem in meditation,

Non-commitment is a problem in meditation.

So looking at the shoulder joints,

Being there,

Feeling sensation,

Comfort and steadiness,

Space.

You see how you are navigating your mind so easily.

Why it does not happen easily?

I give value to the experiences,

I give value to the objects,

I get attached and attachment and detachment,

Reaction and resistance,

Anxiety,

Et cetera,

Enters into my,

It covers,

It wails.

Confusion continues the entire body,

Become aware of the entire body.

Become aware of the entire body from the top to the toes.

Experience,

Sensation,

Comfort and steadiness.

Do you still remember?

No experience is you.

You are different from the experience.

That's how you understand that I have an experience of anxiety or peace and love or wisdom.

And then there is a space.

So we are separating in this step from the objects.

How?

By becoming aware,

Any object,

Any experience,

Any thought,

Any feeling in the mind has nothing to do with my real self.

How simple,

How powerful it is.

But still the mind lives into that state of confusion and because it constantly triggers the thoughts,

Fast impressions.

So we purify the mind,

Looking inside the rib cage in the heart,

Center of the heart.

So we are not talking the physical heart,

Center of the chest.

Is the seat of the consciousness.

We maintain awareness of the space inside and then start reading quick,

Short and gentle breath through both the nostrils as if you're playing with the breath.

Continue,

Quick,

Short,

Gentle breath,

Keeping your focus inside the rib cage in the space.

Continue,

Do not stop in the middle.

Continue.

Continue.

Continue.

The mind will resist and you stand.

You tell the mind through an intellect that I'm going to do it.

So that will give rise to a new experience.

The mind is not akin to the new experience.

Why?

Insecurity,

Fear,

Anxiety,

Duality,

Conflict.

That is why we say,

By these practices we purify the mind.

Continue my friends.

Continue.

Continue.

And stop it.

Do nothing.

Just do nothing and experience.

What we are experiencing the changes.

Do you remember that all the experiences or knowledge or perception belongs to outside the real self?

Oh,

Yes,

I remember.

No issue.

Let us start breathing little deep,

Silent and slow.

We will do the nyasa that we have done couple of weeks before.

So every time your deep,

Silent,

Slow breath is your car,

Vehicle to drive the mind.

So mind,

You follow the mind.

The mind is the driver and the intellect throws a mantra,

Om Shanti.

How we do it?

We do it as you inhale,

Move the mind inside the right arm,

From the shoulder to the fingertips.

In the space inside,

That is our highway.

And the intellect is dropping,

Om Shanti.

Means the real self is Om and peace.

Peace.

Why?

Once we have already understood that we are neither the object nor the experiences of the object,

Then who we are,

We have already understood we are the consciousness.

So in order to reach to that consciousness,

We are doing the nyasa.

Are you clear?

The breath is the car,

Mind is the driver,

Highway is the space inside,

Om Shanti is the destination.

Now do it on the left arm.

The breath is not very deep,

But it is little deeper to prevent any distraction.

Why?

Because you remain aware and attentive,

The deep silent and slow breath.

Is it not so simple to do it?

We need not to allow the signs to interfere here,

Here,

Here,

Physiological changes.

Can you become conscious of any of them?

Your creatinine level goes down.

Yes,

It is a fact.

But that is our object outside.

We are searching real self.

Once we do not,

If we do not understand that,

If the knowledge,

Right knowledge is not there,

The meditation doesn't succeed.

Now inside the right leg,

From the right side of the waist as you inhale,

Move the mind,

Inside in the space with Om Shanti.

When you exhale,

Move the mind from the toes to the right side of the waist.

Yes.

Look at yourself.

There comes a natural stillness.

It is the stillness in the body coming from the consciousness.

It is not the stillness of the body by the mind.

So the mind is making any effort.

We do not succeed in meditation.

That is why we say meditation is effortless and natural.

Now move the mind inside the left leg.

Simple,

Not a big deal.

What is simple means to know I'm aware of it.

I'm there.

That is the meaning of simple.

So you are there.

We are human beings.

We are seekers.

Now inside the spine,

From the crown of the head to the tailbone and from the tailbone to the crown of the head,

Is it not so simple?

Yes.

Continue please.

And now drop this deep silence,

Slow breathing.

So keep looking inside the center of the chest,

Which is the heart,

Seat of the pure consciousness,

A real self.

Look inside,

Become aware of the space.

What is the shape of consciousness?

Size of consciousness,

Color of consciousness?

Nothing.

No shape,

No color.

The moment you have a shape and a color,

You are limited,

You are conditioned that there will be insecurity,

Anxiety,

Fear.

That is why we do the Viveka.

And looking inside the heart and the space,

You have seen the heart and the space.

Then pick up a point in the space and just drop shantuham.

Shantuham means I am the peace.

What we have understood in this journey that anything that is changing comes from outside is a thought,

Perception,

My experience,

I'm none of them.

So when I say shantuham,

I'm the peace,

I'm referring to the consciousness behind.

I believe you all are getting it.

And the moment your mind touches that consciousness,

You may have millions of challenges in the problems in the body.

It has to come down.

But we do not remain in that state,

24 by seven.

That is why we have this problem.

Continue.

Again,

Pick up the space,

Move the mind a little deeper.

Within you find the space,

Pick up a point,

Shantuham.

Again,

Go deeper.

Viveka,

Disfirmment,

Self-inquiry.

What we understand,

All the objects outside,

Experiences inside,

Object changes,

Experience changes,

Millions and millions of objects,

Millions and millions of experiences.

That happens in the presence of real self,

Which we say pure consciousness.

Without consciousness,

No experience,

No cognition of object,

No thought,

No perception.

That consciousness remains one behind all the cognition,

Perception,

Experiences,

Our peace,

Happiness,

Love,

Wisdom,

Anxiety,

Duality,

Stress,

And suffering.

So,

Confusion removed by Viveka,

That none of them are pure consciousness.

That is why we are moving the mind within by shantuham.

Shantuham.

So,

We need to apply Viveka at every moment in our life.

An internally application of that Viveka during the work,

Personal,

Professional,

And social life,

Keeps in touch with our real self.

Question of anxiety,

Stress,

Suffering do not arise at all.

What a wonderful state you are all in.

Now,

We need not to force the body to be still,

But internally cognition,

A stillness in the body coming from what is always still,

What is always still,

What is always non-changing,

And that is only one thing about our consciousness.

Because of the consciousness we exist,

That is why it is known as sat,

Existence.

It is of the nature of awareness,

We say that is why we are conscious.

And sat in ched,

Existence in consciousness,

Which is ever present,

Never changing,

That is why it is love,

It is peace,

It is happiness,

It is wisdom.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Om.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Om.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Bring your mind on the right hand.

Now just check it,

The right hand is an object.

Experience is inside,

Where in the mind?

So you say that,

Yes,

I experience my right hand.

This is the thought,

How the thought can,

Thought is a perception,

It's a knowledge,

It is an experience.

So what is the thought actually?

It is an object plus consciousness.

What is an object?

Right hand,

And plus consciousness.

Who am I?

I cannot be my experience because I'm different from it.

I cannot be an object.

So what I am,

Conclusion.

So when the confusion is gone,

This mind constantly lives into that state.

Move the mind on the left hand.

Same thing,

Can you be aware?

In the same way I just explained.

And maintain that awareness.

Lift your both the palms,

Place it on your eyes.

Open the eyes inside the palms.

And bring the hands down.

How are you,

Christina?

That was so fast.

And I totally forgot I was in my car.

So that was wonderful.

Beautiful,

You see that.

At peace,

Thank you.

You are young,

Never forget to practice meditation.

I always inspire younger generation to continue the journey because their life in the future will always be better.

And look at Terry,

She also did not move.

How are you,

Terry?

I'm so happy not to be moving.

You can do it.

Mind comes in between and our experiences interferes.

Past impression,

Now you understand by understanding the viveka,

We understand how the mind is ruling our life,

Dictating,

Guiding.

No,

I have lot of anxiety.

Who is saying mind?

Stop mind.

Crazy mind,

Stop this.

No,

No,

You don't understand.

So I go back to my memory lane and then I cry.

None of me,

Finished.

How are you,

Barbara?

I feel very,

Very peaceful.

And I feel very,

Very happy.

And during the meditation,

I felt very lightheaded and then everything appeared very bright.

Very bright,

That's a good,

That's a good.

Barbara has seen Terry.

Terry and Barbara,

You both met together at my home.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes.

Oh.

Do you recognize from New Jersey?

Hi Terry.

Hi,

How are you?

I'm good,

I'm good.

How are you doing?

All right.

Normally I host two big feasts at my home.

So you all are welcome.

Christina and Brandy and Anthony,

You all are welcome and including Barbara.

Barbara,

Why don't you make a program now?

24th of July,

It's a Guru Purnima.

24th of July.

Yeah,

It's a big feast I'm hosting.

We will,

Yeah,

We will talk same thing about Viveka.

We will eat our food and we will enjoy it.

How are you,

Brandy?

Really peaceful and relaxed.

That was deep and quiet and fast for me.

Beautiful.

Yes,

We have to live into the state.

How are you internet?

Very good.

That was,

I experienced complete weightlessness,

No consciousness of my body at all.

Beautiful.

Very relaxing,

Very.

Very relaxing.

That's a deeper meditation.

Beautiful internet.

You are in Phoenix?

I am in Chandler.

Oh,

Chandler,

Yes,

Yes,

You too.

Oh,

So you can join us.

I'll be sending the invitation.

How are you,

Sangeeta?

I'll be sending the invitation to you also,

Brandy.

Don't be jealous.

Ah,

Sangeeta.

This is peaceful and I want to give you a smile.

Yes,

Guru Dev,

You are doing very well.

You are doing very well.

You are doing very well.

You are doing very well.

Now I'm just telling her she's finding wonderful.

So our Guruji used to,

My Guru Dev,

My master,

Used to emphasize,

Do viveka,

Do viveka,

Do viveka,

Do viveka,

Remove the confusion.

Then practice becomes a deeper and rich experience in our life.

So this is what,

And so you all are welcome.

I'll be sending the invitation in a few days.

So maybe I'm thinking of doing it from six to 10 in the evening.

Fortunately,

I have a couple of rooms who come from the far away.

They can stay with me.

One,

Two,

Three.

I have three bedroom,

Which is,

Well,

It's so blank.

It remains always.

The second floor,

At least 10 people can sleep on the porch.

It's a big area.

So I do it twice a year.

Barbara knows and Terry has joined those to celebrate peace and happiness.

Are you planning,

Christina?

Yes,

I wanted to know more details and I would love to plan and come.

Yeah,

Yeah,

I'll be sending you.

Yes,

Yes.

That is all for today.

We will meet again on Monday.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Namaste,

Everyone.

Thank you.
