Welcome to meditation session 16.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
You can use your own words so follow along these.
Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.
Now I am doing meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
Allow yourself to set out the world aside and just be in this moment right now.
Putting your focus on yourself and observing what's in your experience.
Is there any thoughts going through your mind?
Whatever thoughts there is or whatever other sensation there is,
See if you can let go of any judgement.
Your mind is a labeling machine,
Always judging what is good,
What is bad and what is neutral.
Trying to get more of what we label as good.
Fleeing from what we label as bad.
And most of the time this is just how the mind works.
There is nothing wrong about it.
But just for now you are relaxing this and just observing your experience as it is.
There might be thoughts.
There might not be thoughts.
There might be some pleasant sensation in the body or some unpleasant sensations.
For now no need to judge.
No need to label.
Just going deeper into just observing and letting the labeling machine relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Everything can be just as it is right now.
Finding yourself in a state where there is nothing to resist.
Nothing to flee from.
And in this moment there is nothing to strive for.
Just seeing everything as it is.
No labeling.
No judging.
Just being with the moment.
Going deeper and deeper into this state of non-judgment.
Of fully witnessing without no labeling.
Being fully present without no need to change.
No judging.
No judging.
Just letting experiences pass.
Let the thoughts come and let the thoughts go.
As soon as the river that flows by.
Just watching the thoughts,
The emotions,
The sensations,
The sounds in this experience.
Watching it fully and letting it pass.
Going deeper into this state of peace,
Clarity,
Freedom.
