Fun Fact : I used my favourite Triangle Awareness Method for this practice. I created this method when I was dealing with severe anxiety and stress because of my day-to-day work. I found this method very helpful and easy to apply in (almost) every situation.

Welcome,

This is Gurri and I invite you to try this triangle awareness method that will help you bring balance in between your mind and body.

Finding your most comfortable position,

Keeping your back upright but not uptight,

You can choose to sit or lay down.

Now gently close your eyes and keep on breathing naturally.

We are using three awareness points for this practice.

First bring your awareness to the environment around you.

Try to notice if you can hear any sound.

Feel more curious of the sound that you are perceiving through your ears.

Now try if you can notice more sounds.

It may be my voice,

Your breath,

The air coming out from the vent,

Ticking of the clock or maybe someone is talking outside.

Bring your awareness on the sounds without any questioning and reasoning.

With this stillness,

Bring your awareness to your body.

Scan your body from your head to toe.

If you feel any tightness in your body,

Let it go.

Also notice the connection between your body and the floor.

Notice if you can feel any sensations in your body.

Hold on.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your brain.

Notice the gentle expansion of your belly and chest when you inhale,

And soft contraction of your belly and chest when you exhale.

Keep on noticing this cycle for a few moments.

Bring your awareness back to your body.

With every breath you take,

Fill your body with awareness and visualize a peaceful and grounding energy.

On your next inhale,

Fill your face with awareness inside out.

Noticing a peaceful and grounding energy also filling up your face.

Now,

Inhale and fill your shoulders with awareness and healing energy.

Filling your chest with the next inhale.

Filling your back with awareness.

Filling your pelvic region.

Filling your legs and feet with awareness and the peaceful and grounding energy.

Feeling this peaceful and grounding energy on each area in your body.

Now visualize and feel your whole body is filling up with this peaceful and healing energy.

It is making you feel more grounded and more present.

Now,

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold your breath and a big sigh out through your mouth.

You can sit in silence or gently open your eyes.
