Releasing money anxiety a meditation.
Take a deep breath count how long your inhale is.
Hold the breath at the top and then now as you exhale breathe out for longer than your inhale.
This may mean that you need to adjust the way that you breathe out.
It doesn't matter how long your inhale or your exhale are just as long as the exhale is longer.
Pause at the bottom of the breath and allow yourself to breathe in once again.
Count how long it takes for you to breathe in and then once again let the exhale extend beyond the inhale.
Allow yourself to build this rhythm into your breathing and notice as your body settles into the chair into the movement into wherever you are listening to this meditation that the natural inhale and the longer exhale become the backbone or the rhythm of the meditation.
Anxiety is an opportunity to return to your body.
Money anxiety is the same as any anxiety.
It's when we are leaving the now leaving our body energetically unconsciously we're drifting into some time in the future one option of many when something has gone wrong financially I feeling the feelings of it having gone wrong and we're operating from that internal state in the now energetically we're in the future statewide we're in the now no matter what is going on for you financially the antidote to your anxiety the space between the place where the answers the expansion the abundance new decisions moments of opportunity release it lies here in the moment so continue to breathe take another deep breath just come back to your heart for a second come back to your body feel the tips of your fingers allow the tips of your fingers to stroke the internal palm of your own hand feel your feet feel your feet on the ground feel the ground the earth supporting you feel your breath inside your body notice anything else around you perhaps there is a warmth perhaps there is a temperature of cool perhaps there is something under your seat where you're sitting just lies up to notice the sounds the sensations on your skin the feeling of being in your body right now come back to now no matter where the trajectory is heading in this moment you are safe you are enough to be in this moment you have enough to be in this moment feel the feeling inside of your core of being enough and having enough to exist in this moment allow the feeling of safety to return to your body the feeling of presence the feeling of knowing the feeling of now the feeling of being at the edge and nothing has happened nothing has happened yet and as you allow that feeling of I have enough to be in this moment right now if you need to say that to yourself out loud if you need to say it to yourself a few more times internally allow yourself to feel the feelings washing over you of having enough I have enough I am enough to be here right now I always have been and I always will be and I always will have enough to be in the moment feel time and space and matter and energy bend around you to remind you of the power of this moment and that you have enough to be in it and now we're going to take a little trip whatever it is that you're feeling a sense of anxiety around you continue to breathe let's imagine for a moment and you future and you how come now nothing has happened yet the best way to teach your body your soul your unconscious to make decisions that align with what you want is to go there and teach yourselves what it feels like so I want you to go to a moment in time now where what you're imagining to go wrong or fearful of going wrong or feeling anxious about has actually gone better than you could have ever imagined just go there now allow yourself to be in that moment step into your body look through your own eyes what can you see what can you feel what can you hear what can you touch what can you taste what can you smell the moment where it went better than expected ah allow the sensations of this going well to wash over your body in this moment give yourself the gift of traveling here fully just for this moment to feel the feelings of all of this working out better than you could imagine and the fact that you can do this again it was easy get to know this place this is your guiding star you can return here with everyone feel the feelings that tantalizing sensation in your body of busting through a financial hurdle a financial pickle and the feeling of safety and self-trust that comes with this feeling of knowing that it worked out better than you could have possibly ever imagined and it's all because of this moment right here this moment of you taking the time to stop the panic in its tracks and self-direct a new outcome breathe into the power of that breathe in and out your exhale longer than you inhale to the joy of being you right now feel the feelings of being enough to be in this moment where it went better than it could possibly have ever imagined if it feels good click your fingers lock it in now keeping these feelings of it having gone better than you could have possibly ever imagined you really feel them come back to your body come back to now taking these feelings with you keeping them alive knowing that you can return to this place as many times as you need to until this becomes your reality this becomes your normal this becomes your go-to unafraid of when things seem to be going in any direction and trusting of yourself for things to work out better than you planned better than you imagined bring those feelings into this moment lock them in in that special place that you reserve for all such necessary times this is your inner toolkit give thanks to yourself give gratitude to your body for allowing you to stop the flow of thought in its tracks and create a new pathway remember take this with you allow it to guide you you can return here whenever you want use these feelings to guide new inspired safe actions you
