Welcome to this lunch break meditation.

It is time for your lunch break amongst a big day.

It's time for you to refuel and recenter.

You deserve it so much.

Not because of the work you have done but because you are innately worthy of taking time just for you.

To create space and stillness in your day.

To fill your cup.

Even if it is sitting in a room,

A cafe or outside and taking a moment to eat your lunch and get hydrated.

Now as you sit here come into the present moment.

There is no need to think about what you need to do after lunch or re-engage with what happened this morning.

This time is for you.

How are you feeling right now?

Mentally,

Emotionally and physically.

What do you need right now?

Listen to your own inner guidance for the answer.

It may be something small or something big.

Be open to receive it.

Take some deep conscious breaths.

Allow yourself to take in the moment.

If you feel any stiffness or tension from sitting or standing up at work move your body.

Shake it out.

And now place your hands over your heart or you can just bring your awareness to your heart center if that feels more comfortable for you.

And tune into your heart.

Tune into your goodness.

Feel your heart beat.

No matter what has happened in your day so far you are a good person.

You have skills and talents and you are doing the best that you can.

You have so much value within you and to offer the world.

Tune into who you truly are.

Tune into your unique essence.

And now go back into your work day.

Staying true to who you are.

Standing in your own self empowerment and sovereignty.

Use your voice to speak your truth and to express yourself.

Have a strong energy field that you radiate out around you.

You've got this.
