Welcome to my space my name is Hedy and in today's experience I'm taking you through a mindfulness,

Breathwork and embodiment practice to be able to tap into your body's wisdom where the deepest truths reside.

This is about unburdening yourself,

Shedding the weight of societal expectation and reconnecting with the mission,

The deepest why that lives within you that moves you.

Take a breath in and get into a standing position.

Feet nicely planted on the ground,

Feeling yourself lengthening in the space,

Knees remain soft.

Feeling your body's weight on your mid-feet.

With every breath in,

Imagining there is a pull on top of your crown pulling you upward and allowing you to get taller in your body while you remain planted beneath your feet.

Start connecting with the depths of your breath.

Notice your breath moving through you in and out.

With every breath in and out,

Feel yourself becoming more and more present in your body,

In the vessel that you create through.

With every breath in,

Invite all pieces of yourself back to your body.

The part of you that might be left in a meeting,

The part of you that might be left in a story from many years ago.

With every breath in,

Bring pieces of yourself back to this human body.

The pieces of yourself that you left in a conversation,

The pieces of yourself that you left in an experience that happened before,

The part of yourself that has remained in an argument,

The part of yourself that is occupied with a thought in your mind that you keep going at it and you can't let loose.

Bring all pieces of yourself back to yourself in this moment.

Keep going with the breath.

Breathe in and out,

In and out.

As you continue going with your breath,

Feeling yourself becoming more aware of the sensation of your body.

Soften your gaze and close your eyes and start feeling what you're sensing.

Ask yourself,

What weighs on me?

Ask yourself,

What burdens me?

What feels heavy in my business,

In my creative work,

In my life?

Scan your body.

Do you feel it in your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your gut?

What is the sensation that you're feeling?

Allow your body to show the posture that you're operating from.

Imagine these burdens as a physical cloak over your shoulders,

Made of societal expectations,

Perfectionism,

Past failures,

External noise.

And so often we pretend that they're not there.

In this moment,

As you're tapping into the sensation of your body,

Let your body show you what it's actually carrying,

What it's actually feeling,

What it's actually sensing.

Feel its weight.

You've been carrying this for a very long time.

Give yourself permission to feel it,

To acknowledge it,

To validate it.

There is power in acknowledging what drains you.

This is the first step to reclaiming your energy,

Your vitality,

Your deepest why in life.

Not all weight is meant to be carried.

Some is meant to be transformed and some meant to be unburdened.

Kick in with yourself.

What about this weight?

What about this burden do I care so deeply about?

What is the injustice,

The problem,

The need that calls me to action?

Keep going with the rhythm of your breath as you're feeling this burden,

As you're getting intimate with what feels like a burden.

What feels heavy?

So often we ignore,

We pretend that they're not there.

Can you create space for what burdens you?

If you feel burdened by the broken systems around you,

It means you were born to build better ones.

If you feel the weight of not being seen or heard,

It means you are here to use your voice for those who can't.

If you feel overwhelmed by what's required of you,

It means your mission is bigger than you.

Now,

As you feel the weight of the cloak,

Begin moving softly side to side.

Let yourself move no matter how heavy it feels.

Take a step forward.

Take a step to the left.

Take a step to the right.

Feeling those cloak dropping down to the floor with your movement.

Letting those cloak turn into fuels.

Imagining fire in your belly,

Passion rising,

Power returning.

Keep feeling these cloak shattering into the ground with every step you take.

Allow yourself to move around your room.

And slowly invite more movement.

Maybe you're feeling yourself going deeper.

Maybe you're moving down to the ground,

Coming up.

Maybe you're shifting your hip to the left and to the right.

Maybe your arms are swinging left to the right.

Maybe you're using your hands as a symbol of shaking off the dust from the cloaks on your shoulders.

Maybe you're shaking off all the remainder,

All the residue of the burden on your body.

Keep moving.

And now start shaking your body.

Your hands,

Your arms,

Your legs,

Your body is beginning to shake,

Move.

Your shaking is intensifying.

You're dropping more of the weight down.

You're letting yourself be moved.

Instead of letting yourself be burdened by the world,

Can you allow the fire in your belly,

The passion in your gut,

Give you the fuel you need to rise above it.

Keep shaking your body.

Keep moving.

This weight is no longer crushing you.

It's propelling you forward.

Letting your body move you instead of you trying to move.

Instead of you thinking about your next move,

Let your body lead the way.

Let your instincts lead the way.

How would you move if you let your body take over right now?

Allow that wildness within you to come alive.

Keep it moving.

Maybe now you're shaking turns into a dance.

What else you're meant to shake off?

What else you're meant to unburden yourself from?

Where else you need to cut cord,

Not to let the outer world suck your energy,

Steal your power.

We're here for the last few seconds.

Give it the best you've got.

What else needs to be broken down?

What else needs to be broken down?

What else needs to be shaken off?

Beautiful work.

Slow down your movement.

Feeling the heat in your body slowly returning to stillness.

Look down at the cloaks on the ground.

What are they representing for you?

What are you truly working towards?

If you were free from the pressure to be more,

To do more,

To prove yourself more,

What would you create in this world?

Who would you be?

Place your hands on your heart.

Say it out loud.

I am creating because I believe.

Fill in the blanks.

I am creating.

What are you creating?

Because I believe.

What are you believing in?

I do this work because the world needs what the world needs.

I do this work because the world needs what the world needs.

What if your mission is bigger than you?

It is for the ones who came before you and the ones coming after you.

Bow to your heart,

To this remembrance.

Feel this humility in your bone that you get to create this life.

Now take a breath in.

Stand tall.

Take one step forward.

Take another breath in.

And on the next step forward,

Step into the depth of your why.

Feeling your feet rooted in the ground.

And allowing this step be a symbolic act of moving boldly into your mission.

You may not know the how.

But can you allow the mission to hold you without knowing the precise how?

Can you allow the mission and your commitment to the mission and all the inspired action that you take guide you into where you're meant to go?

You're no longer carrying burdens.

You're choosing responsibility.

You're not trapped by pressure.

You're powered by purpose.

You're not forcing success.

You're aligned with it.

Wrap both of your arms around yourself.

As a symbol of your safety,

Your compassion,

And your kindness for yourself.

As a remembrance that you get to do this.

You get to create this life.

What do you need to never forget this moment?

To never forget what you know deep within?

Within you.

That's it.

Take another big breath and hold it on the top.

Opening your arms on your side in a position of receivership.

In this humble remembrance of the mission that has been put on your heart.

Slowly bring yourself back to the room you're in.

Slowly open your eyes,

Look around your room.

Feel the space.

Feel yourself in your space.

Maybe look around your space with new eyes.

With a deep new perspective.

And step forward in your life and make our world a better place for all of us.

Our collective is thanking you for being willing to do the work.

Bring gentle emotion into your body,

Into your fingertips,

Into your spine.

And perhaps you can go to your journal and write down to yourself about what you have forgotten.

What is your deep why?

And how can you walk on this earth being deeply rooted in your why?

How can you go out there running your own businesses,

Your own creative endeavors,

Show up in our world fully anchored in your passion?
