In this gentle, guided meditation led by Heidi Hanna, you'll be invited to bring your attention to your breath, allowing yourself to enter into a natural and comfortable state of relaxation. From here, you will be encouraged to feel a sense of gratitude, and then to focus your attention on a simple mantra of trusting the journey, by softly repeating "what is for me, will not pass me". The beautiful and inspiring music in the background helps shift energy and attention to a calm, confident state of being.

Close your eyes and get into a comfortable position,

Either sitting in a chair,

On the floor,

Or lying down.

And slowly start to shift your attention to your breath.

Just noticing how it feels to breathe.

Without forcing any changes or adjustments,

Just gently bringing your attention to the natural in and out rhythm of your breath.

You may notice that you naturally start to slow down just a little bit more.

Taking a fuller breath without forcing any deep breathing.

And if your mind starts to wander,

Just notice it and gently bring your attention back to the physical sensations of your breath.

With each exhale,

Notice your body releasing any tension you might be holding onto in your neck,

Your back,

Or your shoulders.

As you breathe and let go.

Fully and completely.

Allowing yourself to be supported by the chair or the floor or whatever surface that is supporting you right now.

Knowing that you don't need to do anything at all,

But simply breathe and relax and let go.

And I'd like to invite you to think about something or someone that you feel grateful for in this moment.

And as you start to shift into a state of gratitude,

Just begin to notice if there's any changes that you can feel in your body.

Perhaps you notice yourself starting to let go and relax just a little bit more.

Or you may notice a warming sensation in the space around your heart.

Just allow your body to guide you into this state of deep relaxation and gratitude for just a few moments.

Allowing the positive sensation to wash over your body as it calms and softens your mind.

And now we'll begin to shift our focus for today's practice to the intention of trusting the journey that we're on.

Trusting that although there are some things we can control in life,

There are so many things that happen around us that we may not fully understand.

And recognizing that we want to stay open to and flexible with trusting the process.

As you breathe in and out,

Staying fully relaxed,

Letting go a little bit more with each exhale,

Reminding yourself of what you know that what is meant for you will not pass you.

Trusting that parts of the journey cannot be seen,

But knowing that when you continue to stay connected to and aligned with your true self,

That each step you take is the right step.

And that each moment is a moment in time that's meant for you.

And that where you are right now is just right for now.

And so as you continue to breathe and feel gratitude,

No matter where you are,

Knowing that you have enough and that you are enough in this moment,

Gently repeat the phrase to yourself with each breath in what is meant for me.

And with each breath out,

Will not pass me.

As you let go of the idea.

As you let go of the pressure or worry or concern that you need to be doing anything other than this right now.

Breathing and relaxing into this moment to recharge.

And knowing that by taking care of yourself now,

You prepare yourself for what's ahead without worry,

Without concern.

Simply trusting.

What is meant for me.

Will not pass me.

What is meant for me.

Repeating this simple mantra silently and lovingly to yourself for a few moments.

And if it feels like you'd like more time to practice.

You can continue repeating this focus phrase as you stay in a relaxed state for as long as you'd like.

You can also come back at any time during the day to recharge in this intention with the short meditation practice.

So when you feel ready,

Just bring your attention gently back to your breath.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your neck.

Relax any tension you may be feeling in your body.

As you gently bring your attention back to this moment,

Back to the space that you're in.

And when you feel ready,

You can gently open your eyes.

Bringing with you this focused intention of trusting in the journey.

And knowing that whatever is meant for you will not pass you.

Namaste.
