Living From The Heart - Discussion & Meditation
by Helen Hansen
The debate of 'should I listen to my head or my heart' is an old one. We need to heed the tendency to solve all problems with the thinking mind. Of course, the thinking mind is necessary however many daily answers are more in tune with the heart than the head. So how do we really and truly think and live from the heart? Paul Carlos, Helen Hansen, and friends briefly share insights into this topic followed by a breathing sequence led by Paul and a meditation to activate the heart center led by Helen.

Well,
A warm welcome to everybody joining again,
Once again,
For this Helen and Paul discussion and guided meditation.
And we're discussing spirituality and consciousness and how the developments of awareness in our personal lives and collectively.
So welcome guys.
And thank you,
Helen,
For actually initiating these conversations originally.
The topic of today's conversation and meditation is living from the heart,
Which is another hot topic.
We said there was a hot topic last time as well.
I think the thing is,
You know,
What does it actually mean when we say living from the heart?
And what springs to my mind is that kind of very old debate,
You know,
Should I listen to my head or should I listen to my heart?
Should I trust my head?
Should I trust my heart?
And just thinking like,
Thankfully,
Perhaps in today's world,
That's actually changing around quite a lot now with a lot of new information and good information coming even from sort of conservative areas like mainstream science that have been very kind of very clinical in a way and very anti-heart as it were.
And we have organizations like the Heart Math Institute that are doing studies on the heart and what is the heart and what does it mean to sort of listen to your heart?
And this whole idea of coherence between the heart and the brain or the mind is called the mind is sort of seeming to become more and more important.
Even benefits are coming up from that and maybe even essential,
Actually.
So our society,
If we think about it,
Certainly Western society is kind of built on,
We'd say,
The rational analytical mind.
Unfortunately,
This leads us very easily to try and solve our problems and issues in life by thinking.
And this is kind of like leads to this analysis paralysis thing.
And we get caught up in thinking mind,
Which we call also has been called the monkey mind or the busy mind.
And it just kind of doesn't really work at the end of the day.
The thinking mind is great for making things practical on the physical plane,
As it were.
So nuts and bolts like planning a project or organizing something or a road trip,
What's the best route?
When it comes to the issues of solving relationships,
For example,
Even the relationship with ourselves,
The deeper questions in life,
The rational analytical mind kind of doesn't really cut it.
It sort of falls flat.
It doesn't really work.
And we kind of end up going round and round.
And I think,
You know,
There's this question of what is the heart and how do we actually authentically begin to live from the heart?
Spiritually speaking,
Our heart is like a fund.
What I like to think of as a fundamental aspect of our soul and the soul.
So for me is a combination of this heart and spirit and what I like to call the true mind as opposed to the analytical,
Rational mind.
So the true mind is it's that in fact,
The heart math and some of the other scientific studies have come up with this idea of the heart having actual brain tissue in the heart.
And they actually realize that the heart can think independently from the brain in the head and make decisions and so on.
And I feel that that's really the basis of this direct knowing that arises from the heart.
I think of the soul as a kind of almost a non-physical vehicle that our original being is growing and developing in a kind of evolutionary process of self-knowledge.
It's a little bit like our physical body and our social person and our name makes it it makes our passage on in the physical plane possible.
But it's very easy to misidentify ourselves with our body and our job description and our name and all that.
And we kind of missing the heart and the soul and the spirit as we get so involved in all the processes of daily life and practicalities of daily life.
Yeah,
So that's getting back to living from the heart.
What is the heart?
I think we just about all of us know that feeling of intuition.
So this has also been called gut feel and instinct.
And many people,
In fact,
Good business people often use their gut instincts as to make decisions and they check out a situation very quickly using their instincts.
And this is a great sort of aspect of what I think of as the heart is that direct knowing that sort of almost in my own experience,
I'll be almost like formulating a question.
And you have to be quick because the answer almost comes before I've finished the question.
And if we're not aware of that,
We miss that we miss the direct knowing that comes from the heart.
Another big reason that we miss is because we tend to be very caught up in the rational analytical mind and the common mind.
And we get caught up in emotional issues.
We get caught up in the outer circumstances and conditions.
And all of that,
We're kind of too late in a way.
And we also want to hear certain kinds of answers.
You know,
We want to be right.
So we want to you know,
We sort of not open to certain kinds of answers that might arise from the heart.
So these are all kind of issues that I feel are almost form a little bit of a foundation that needs to be established before we can even begin sort of saying that we're living from the heart.
We have to understand these issues and start working with that.
I also wanted to say that it obviously requires us to come into a mode of listening.
You know,
We always many of us want to dive in quickly with our interpretations and our views and our belief structures and our commentaries on everything.
And that idea of actually listening and becoming open almost automatically takes us to a quieter space that is when we're taking our attention away from the rational,
Analytical mind into the quieter space of listening.
You know,
It's not noisy when we listen.
And if we cultivate that more,
It becomes more easy to sort of hear that still small voice that is the voice of the heart.
So to actually authentically live from the heart is basically the topic of the discussion today.
So I hope that's given a little bit of a sort of introduction.
I don't want to talk for too long.
So we lose all our time.
And I think it would be nice to open it up to the group to see what everybody else has got to say.
So,
Helena,
I don't know,
Does that give us a little bit of a starting point there?
Thank you.
Thank you very much.
Lots of valuable points and insights.
I really like your expression of the true mind that really resonates as the real heart and what it really is in terms of being able to be led by it,
Led by the all-knowing,
The all-knowing part of you,
That trusting part,
That part that can be quiet,
That part of you that can listen and connect.
For me,
Living from the heart is very much about being able to connect authentically with others,
With your environment,
With life around you.
And I think of a quote that Dr.
Wayne Dyer said,
Which is,
See the light in others and treat them as if that is all you see.
Now,
If we really think about that and visualize ourselves doing that,
What will that look like?
What will that feel like?
It doesn't mean that we ignore certain things that maybe need to be seen or addressed.
It doesn't mean that our boundaries go down.
It means that we can have our boundaries,
We can have the honesty of a real situation,
While at the same time,
From within ourselves,
Treat,
And the key word there is treat.
And that's an action that comes from intention,
From within us,
From the heart space,
Treating that other in front of you as a pure reflection of you,
Of your light being.
Because this is really what we are.
We are beings of light and we're reflecting each other.
Would anybody else like to add on to that?
Jelke,
Michael,
Steve?
Well,
I can add a little bit to kick it off,
Get it moving.
And I think we had a good chat this morning,
Actually,
And it lines up nicely with what we were chatting about with that.
You know,
You gave the reference as a person,
But it could also be just,
You know,
The work you do,
The general life,
Everyday life kind of thing.
And that,
You know,
Having the high light aspect over your life,
And apologies if it's not very clear,
But like having that guiding light above,
But letting that reflect through everything you do.
So,
You know,
I think this,
You know,
We spoke about it earlier in this challenge that you face,
Like this constant sort of resistance is best word,
I guess,
Between everyday requirements and objectives and,
You know,
Everything you have to perform on a daily basis versus where you put yourself when you access those higher sort of aspects of yourself,
You know,
And how do you start to allow the one,
The higher one to influence the everyday thing,
You know,
What that might be?
Yeah.
Yes,
Yes,
Definitely.
And it's allowing that,
Again,
Another word that came from our discussion this morning,
That allowance of that to be part of you.
Yes,
Yeah.
That bit of your,
I guess,
Your heart,
Living through your heart,
Or see it as like shining out your heart,
Is that it's not,
You can't,
You can't force it,
You can't.
Yes.
And if we think of,
I mean,
Just the vibration and the visual aspect of those two words,
Forcing versus allowing,
You can feel immediately which one flows and which one will bring harmony,
Whereas which one,
Or the other one that is stuck.
Yeah,
The one radiates and the other one.
Yes.
Yeah.
Yes.
Thank you,
Mike.
Thank you.
Steve?
Do you want to add anything or not?
You don't have to.
Just opening it up to you,
If you'd like to share something.
Oh,
Paul,
I'm normally the quiet one in a group discussion.
We want to hear from the quiet one.
Still of artists.
Yeah,
The wisdom will come.
Yeah,
No,
It was when Paul invited me for this,
It was quite a something because,
We've been speaking about it for a long time,
Living from the heart.
And I actually went on the web and I said,
What is this about?
Let me Google,
Let me Google.
And there's actually a gazillion books that's written on the subject.
But yeah,
I found a beautiful illustration,
Living from the heart.
And yeah,
I'm going to try and share it in the chat just now.
But the heart is a place of grace and light and love.
Now,
We see the heart as a physical part,
It's associated with the physical,
But it's actually not physical.
Yes,
It is the life,
It is where blood and everything goes through.
But that's your real connection between spiritual and your soul.
So,
Where your brain is more the connection between body and soul.
And that's where you make,
Try and make sense about things.
But as soon as you give your heart the ability to just be and be open,
You make that higher connection to others and other people around you and to the universe.
And that's,
Yeah,
Living from that is,
And it's not easy in today's day to live from the heart.
Because you get challenged on the physical level.
And how do you override the physical challenges with living in grace and light and love?
Yes,
Yes,
Yes.
So,
We've heard now two or three times that word open.
And that's also a beautiful visual,
Like a flower opening when that is expansive.
And another key word that I feel really resonates with what you said,
Steve,
Is grace.
Gracefully open.
I can feel that,
I can see that,
I can sense it.
And it's life-giving.
So,
That's beautiful.
Thank you for sharing that.
Thank you.
Jelka?
Yeah,
I mean,
You all said already a lot.
So,
Yeah,
I mean,
I basically feel the same way.
It takes a daily reconnection to live from the heart.
By nature,
I don't live from the heart every day,
Especially when you are in the daily routines and triggered by the outside world and stuff.
Then,
Obviously,
By nature,
If you don't consciously connect to your heart,
At least for me,
Then I respond with my ego.
So,
Yeah,
It's a daily work to me to live from my heart,
Which,
I mean,
I don't think I do that every day.
So,
And I know that actually,
For me,
The easiest way to really connect deeply to my heart is if I connect to earth and heaven and allow those energies to flow into my heart.
That's,
For me,
The way how I fall into this grace of connection and then being able to transmit that.
So,
Yeah,
That is my way of getting into it.
But yes,
For sure,
It's a daily process.
Thank you.
And that is key.
And it is not necessarily a practice,
But it comes perhaps more regularly with practice.
So,
With first setting conscious intention,
And then eventually it becomes more of an automatic response as opposed to something which one has to remind oneself to do.
I'm sure that that's where most of us are wanting to be.
But that's,
As you say,
With the challenges of daily life,
It can pull one away from that heart center space.
So,
What do you do,
If I may ask?
So,
If you're in a challenge now and you deepen your day,
What brings you out from one space,
Whatever that might be,
A non-heart space,
To your heart space?
Is there like a click for you?
Is there a realization or something that happens?
So,
For me,
I can say if I feel really triggered by whatever situation,
My mantra is breathe before you shoot out of your emotional body.
So,
It's like a breathe.
That's my first response.
Beautiful.
Yeah.
And the breath is just so life-giving and so nurturing.
So,
Nurturing and reminding of who we really are.
Thank you.
Spot on.
Spot on.
So,
Paul,
We're going full circle now.
Back to you.
Is there anything you want to add that's come from what we've heard here before you take us into a breathing session?
Yeah,
I want to keep it short,
But you can talk for hours about this.
But yeah,
For me,
It's really important,
The recognition.
So,
We caught up in something,
Whatever,
During the day,
We're busy,
Or if it's an emotional issue or a relationship issue or something or work issue,
What even looking at the news or whatever it is,
What's going on in the world.
So,
The recognition that my attention is being captured in a way,
It's being pulled,
And then it's like,
Wake up,
And is this,
Am I allowing my,
Am I wanting,
Am I consenting to have my attention used this way in a way?
Or,
Okay,
If I can wake up,
Recognize,
And then as Jelka says,
A breath is very good,
And we'll talk about that maybe in a moment when I take us through the breathing.
But there's other things one can do as well.
But I think the recognition.
So,
The tool is great.
I can say,
Ah,
Just breathe.
But I think the recognition,
For me anyway,
And that might very well be different for other people.
It probably is,
I'm sure.
But the recognition is the most important thing.
Then I can use the tool that I need,
But to recognize the state of mind that I'm in,
The emotional states and the effect that it's having on my kind of mental,
Emotional,
Physical aspect,
I suppose,
That we are that combination as beings.
So,
Yeah,
That's kind of like what I wanted to add really to the discussion.
Can I ask you,
What happens when you recognize?
Well,
You know,
The thing is,
I think the first thing is,
Because there's that idea of being awake when we're conscious.
So,
And of course,
Although we,
You know,
We,
I'm not,
We're not talking about physically going to sleep at night,
But this idea of falling asleep in consciousness,
Which is falling back into the programmed conditioning,
You know,
And of course,
All our triggers,
You know,
Are in that,
That is where we are most,
You know,
There's a volatility there.
So,
If we're awake,
As in conscious,
And of course,
The recognition is,
You know,
We all basically in the same boat,
You know,
There's people that are more awake than others.
But the idea of being volitionally conscious,
Deliberately conscious,
And then,
You know,
We can see it coming in a way,
We can see the trigger coming,
Or we can recognize our state,
You know,
I'm kind of in,
And then that slides down into maybe depression,
Or I don't know,
There's hundreds of different states that we can actually slip into from there,
Almost unwittingly in a way.
So,
I don't know if that answers your question.
Hope it does.
What happens?
So,
It gives you,
What I'm hearing is it gives one more awareness of where we are,
And also options where we could go.
Okay,
I could go back down that road that I've gone before.
So,
Even if we end up slipping down depression,
Let's say,
It will be from,
It's more of a conscious choice,
More of an awake choice.
We also take that transformational process into another level now of taking one closer out of depression,
Because it's the awareness,
And that,
Let's say,
Issue or that state,
And the more aware one is,
The gap then moves,
So that eventually one,
Perhaps if it is one's choice,
And one's desire to move away from that space,
And that's another thing to think of,
But we're talking about living from the heart senses,
So in order to manifest and create and have more of that,
The awareness is going to be part of the key.
That's what I'm hearing from what you said.
Is that correct?
Yeah,
I think so.
You know,
Choice becomes much more available.
So,
And I mean,
All of this is really a kind of a development from what we've been calling,
It's really detachments,
But observation mode,
You know,
Watching us,
Consciousness,
Being aware of being aware,
You know,
Conscious of being conscious,
That metacognition of being aware of what we're doing,
The mindfulness.
So,
It's almost that we want to live from the heart as a choice.
So,
It sort of almost is a little bit of this evolution from a very instinctual level of self,
Where we're just kind of reacting,
And most of that reaction is going to be from programming,
Isn't it?
So,
Becoming more conscious beings,
We have,
You know,
We're much more aware of choice.
Even if we are in a dreadful situation,
We can,
I always love the example of Mother Teresa in the city of Calcutta,
And the time of pestilence and disease.
And,
You know,
She would point out a flower,
A lotus flower growing out of a pile of dung or something.
Now,
I mean,
She was a practical person.
She was involved in healing the sick and working with the dying and so on in India.
But,
So she was very well aware of the dung and all the diseases and all this stuff,
But she chose to put the focus on the beautiful flower while she did her work of compassion and so on.
So,
It's not that we,
You know,
We're going to be airy-fairy and sort of,
You know,
Everything is beautiful and there's no problems or anything.
It's more how we sort of,
You know,
Work with the problems and the challenges.
So,
Just,
You know,
By living from the heart,
We're going to,
It's not that things are going to,
It's our experience that is going to change.
It will be the same situation,
But we're going to experience it by a choice,
Have a different kind of experience.
Yeah,
Okay.
I mean,
I can go on and on.
So,
I think that's probably enough.
That's beautifully put.
Thank you,
Paul.
Thank you.
Yeah,
It's a pleasure.
All right.
So.
Are we ready for the next?
Yeah,
Yeah,
I'm good.
Um,
So I'll just take us through a short breathing session and I'll see what I can do about weaving in some of these ideas that we've been discussing,
Introducing,
Living from the heart,
Awareness,
Recognition.
So,
I'll just like to invite us to sit up nice and straight.
The important thing is really that the chest is open.
Uh,
It's a bit,
Makes it more difficult to breathe properly if you kind of collapsed.
So,
We want the chest to be,
You don't have to exaggerate it too much,
But try to lift the chest a little bit,
Sit up straight.
Even if you're in a chair,
Most of us are probably sitting in chairs,
That's fine.
I am sitting on the floor,
But I'm comfortable to sit on the floor.
So,
Last time I did the pranic breathing,
Which I'll just skip that today.
So,
What we can do is just do the breathing mudra that I introduced last time,
Which is mirudanda.
So,
I'm going to put the fingers into my palms,
But not too tight.
Okay,
And stretch your thumb a little bit.
And then you can just rest your,
Uh,
In that position,
Rest your hands on your knees.
And that's,
Um,
A mudra is a seal,
Uh,
An energy seal.
And what it effectively does is it channels energy into the breathing area in the body.
So,
I don't want to go further with that now,
But you can just give yourself some support with the breathing mudra,
The mirudanda.
And then I want us to just close the eyes for a few moments to basically sort of just help us turn within.
You can open your eyes later if you want to,
But just take that minute or whatever to heighten the awareness of the breathing.
Now,
Without doing anything,
So just kind of almost observing,
You know,
Being aware of the breath,
It's going to come in and out,
In and out.
And if we just relax and be present-minded and relax,
But without collapsing the chest,
The breath will naturally become a little bit smoother and easier.
So,
The very first thing is to become more comfortable.
So,
The breath is more natural,
It's flowing in and flowing out.
And there's a wonder here,
There's an enchantment that we actually,
Again,
Withdrawing our attention and placing it on the flow of the breath,
Which is also the flow of duality,
The coming and the going,
The rising and the falling.
And it's very much to do,
As I alluded to earlier,
To do with our spirit.
So,
We have in the Latin the inspirare,
The inspiration,
Inspire to breathe in and obviously to breathe out.
We can release on the exhalation.
So,
It's time now to take a slightly deeper breath in and let it go out.
Very naturally.
Very natural,
Easy,
Don't worry too much.
Take another nice comfortable deep full inhalation.
And out.
There's a strong idea of releasing as we exhale,
Letting go.
And when we're breathing in,
There is a taking in of new fresh energy.
Let's do another one,
A nice comfortable full inhale from below the stomach all the way through the floating ribs to the top chest.
And then let it go in reverse to that.
And then just breathe normally again,
Naturally.
And if the mind wanders for a moment,
Bring it back to the breath.
And the flow in,
The flow out.
So,
From that very natural flow,
We can just increase it very slightly.
So,
Just a little bit of a longer elongation of the inhale.
Maybe you just notice the pause and then the long exhalation.
Pretty much natural,
But just with a slight control of the breath.
If anything feels tight and bothered,
Try to relax there into the tightness.
So,
The nervous system and our consciousness,
It's all plugged into the breath.
And the breath can be a very effective and efficient way to release.
Like a bridge into wherever we want to go.
And this is why I've also said before that the breath fans what we're focusing on.
So,
If we're focusing with an intention of balance,
Of harmony,
Equanimity,
Equilibrium,
All those good words,
The past is gone.
The future hasn't come yet.
The future hasn't come yet.
So,
It's a very good practice now just to breathe gently and fan the intention.
And of course,
That's an awareness becoming a consciousness of equanimity,
Of balance.
I am okay.
Everything is okay.
And this is a choice that we can reach for in spirit.
So,
It doesn't matter what the physical circumstances are.
I can reach for that choice in spirit and my heart.
The outer circumstances come and go.
The rational analytical mind comes and goes.
And we need in this work to plug deeply into the eternal ongoing spirit.
So,
The only thing I'd like to add now before Helen takes us into a short meditation is that we can make that pause a little bit longer,
Maybe two or three seconds.
We can just try a nice comfortable inhalation.
Pause just two or three seconds.
Keep it comfortable.
And then that long,
Slow,
Steady exhalation.
And if it feels okay,
Another two or three second pause just to notice what is inside that pause.
You're welcome to do it again,
Once or twice.
Long,
Smooth,
Steady,
Deep inhale.
Pause.
For a short while.
And notice what is inside the pause.
And then the long,
Steady,
Slow exhalation.
Pretty comfortable.
Notice what is inside the pause.
And then it's good to rest and breathe naturally.
And I'd like to just put the hands onto the heart for a few moments.
You can,
However is comfortable.
One crossed on the other one is fine.
It is simply to heighten awareness of the heart level.
The actual physical heart,
Slightly on the left of the body.
And this psychic heart,
Round about the center of the chest is fine.
Just in your awareness to feel.
It's not important that you have precision.
It is the feeling and the sense of that level of our being.
It is really important to be aware of our spine and the connection into the earth below us.
And into the heavens above,
The sun.
And the source energy,
The ultimate original source energy of all that is.
And to unify and connect.
In that consciousness to create that consciousness of unity.
Of merging in a way of unity of earth and man and heavens.
Symbolic and literal.
And source energy.
Very,
Very important to include the source of all that is.
For whatever that means to you.
For some it will be God.
For others it will be universal intelligence.
Whatever meaning for you that you can relate to.
Thank you.
Thank you very much.
And thank you everybody.
And thank you,
Helen.
Namaste.
Thank you,
Paul.
That was beautiful.
If we can drop our hands now into our laps.
One hand comfortably on top of the other.
Just keeping the spine straight.
And reaching the crown upwards.
Take your attention now.
Above the crown.
A few centimeters.
And perhaps a few centimeters more if you can.
Just feel what that space feels like.
Breathe into that area.
And then on the exhalation just drop your attention.
Down through a pathway of light.
Down through the crown of your head.
Through the center line of your body.
All the way down.
It's not along the spine.
It's in front of the spine.
It's the center line of the body.
And it will go out through the root chakra.
And now you're going to see this light.
Reaching down into the earth.
Take a breath here in as we now reverse.
And from this point in the center of the earth.
Just connecting this light pathway up through our root center.
Up through the midline.
And then to the crown.
Pause at the crown.
Now we're going to reverse again.
And take our attention down into the chest area.
The upper chest area.
Now take your attention to the middle of the sternum.
And bring.
You can use a visualization as we did now with the pathway of light.
Bring the attention back from the middle of the sternum on the skin.
Back through the body to meet that center line.
That midline.
That connected your roots on your body.
And then bring your attention back to the center line.
That connected your roots on your crown.
And this is really the center point of the heart center.
And if you unsure and it's difficult to find.
Move around in that area and just find the space where you feel most vibration.
That is your point that you're going to work with now.
And when I say point,
We're going to start with a point.
And move from there.
So this point.
The small.
Center point.
Visualize as a powerful.
Radiating source of light.
This is where all the light for your being comes from.
Imagine that.
And sense and feel.
That every system in your body.
Your physical body.
Your auric field.
Everything is connected to.
The center point.
The center point.
Holds the vitality.
Holds the life.
Now take a breath in there.
And on the exhalation.
See.
The radiance from this point.
Emerge.
Creating.
A beautiful sphere.
A sphere of light.
And this is your heart center.
And notice the difference in feeling between.
The full heart center and that center point.
And it's very important to have.
This distinctive difference in imagery between the sphere that rotates.
And that.
Center point.
Breathe in again to the center point and on the exhalation.
Notice.
And feel.
The radiance of light.
Of love of compassion.
Fill that sphere.
On the next exhalation.
We're going to send that throughout the physical body.
So breathing in.
Vital energy into your center points.
And on the exhalation.
Feel that radiating through the sphere throughout your physical being.
Nourishing all of your senses.
All of your systems.
And then on the inhalation.
Going back to that center point and feeling it filling up.
And on the exhalation.
This time we're going to radiate.
Out around the body.
Into the space around the physical body.
And feel that fill up.
With the nourishment from your heart center.
Breathing in again into your heart center.
Feel that welling up.
And as you exhale.
Feel the radiation move out through the physical body.
Through the space that auric field around your body.
Out further afield.
And then bringing your attention back into your center.
Breathing in again into the center point.
Feel it full and exhale out.
Through the physical body.
The auric field.
Further afield.
Out through your entire city,
Village,
Town.
Wherever you are.
Feel your heart radiating outwards.
Expanding.
Reaching far.
And then coming back to your heart center.
Breathing in.
Feel it now really,
Really,
Really full.
And as you exhale.
It's going through your whole body.
It's going through your whole body.
Really,
Really full.
And as you exhale.
It's going through your physical body.
Your auric field.
Through the town,
City that you're in.
Even further.
It's now filling up the entire country that you are in.
Just feel yourself radiating.
That beautiful energy.
That beautiful light frequency from your heart.
And then bringing your attention back.
Into your center point.
And then bringing your attention back.
Into your center point.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
And then bringing your attention back.
Really full.
Really nourishing.
And exhaling out.
Through the body.
Through the country.
The planet Earth.
And further afield.
As far as your awareness can take you.
Through the stars.
Solar system.
Milky way.
Feel it all.
And feel yourself nourishing.
And receiving nourishment through your heart center.
And then bringing your attention back to your heart center.
And notice now.
How it reflects within your heart sphere.
And let us just rest there for the next three minutes quietly.
Just being completely present.
With your beautiful heart.
Keeping your attention on your heart center.
Just bringing a deep breath once more in there.
And letting that go.
And placing your attention on your whole body.
Feeling yourself rooting down to the ground.
While being lifted up to the heavens.
Slowly bringing movement to various parts of the body.
Just waking up the feet,
Fingers.
And letting go.
Just waking up the feet,
Fingers.
Maybe moving the shoulders a little bit.
And then whenever you're ready.
Just very slowly.
Starting to open up the eyes.
Looking downwards.
Opening up the eyes a little bit more.
Slowly start to look outwards.
Thank you for joining me in this meditation.
Paul,
Is there anything you'd like to say in closing?
Paul,
I think you just need to unmute yourself.
So I'm in that meditation space,
Helen.
I'm not on mute.
Yeah,
That was beautiful.
Thank you so much.
That was very effective.
So I really felt a very big impact and a shift from that meditation.
That was really lovely.
Thank you so much.
And yeah,
Just to what I want to add is just encourage.
You know,
Always encourage myself and everybody to live as much from the heart as possible.
And to do as much exploration as possible.
You know,
What I've found over in my life is it stops when we stop.
And the path carries on if we want it to,
You know.
So it goes as far as we want it to go.
Which is actually beautiful in a way because you can never get bored.
You know,
There's always something new and new horizons.
And in terms of enrichment and beauty and love and caring and kindness.
All those good spiritual qualities that we all covet so much.
Thank you so much,
Helen.
That was beautiful.
And thank you everybody else for joining.
And it was really lovely to have you guys.
And if you know anybody that would benefit and may want to join us.
I think Helen would also be open and we can grow the group a little bit.
Thank you.
Thank you.
We look forward to the next one.
And probably about in another two weeks we'll keep you posted.
But in the meantime,
As Paul said,
It's keep on living from our heart center.
Thank you everybody.
Thank you.
Thanks.
Thanks,
Mike.
Thank you guys.
Thank you very much.
Thanks,
Yelka.
Bye,
Yelka.
Bye-bye.
Bye.
Bye.
Thank you,
Helen.
