In this 30-minute meditation, you will be guided to connect with the new moon, your divine feminine energy, and gentleness. Peaceful ambient sounds of 528 Hz kindly provided by Paul Carlos aid to transport you to a deep place of relaxation and insight. The track is 24 minutes, thereafter it is advisable to take a few minutes to integrate the process into your holistic system by journalling, conscious breathing with eyes open, a gentle walk, or grounding in nature. Welcome to this new moon meditation with myself Helen and music by Paul Carlos.

If you are not already in a comfy position I ask you now to take yourself to a place and a space that you can really relax into.

Let the body soften let the mind exhale.

And if there is something that you can do to take yourself just a little bit more deeper into relaxation do that now.

Perhaps you might be drawn to lie in the fetal position reflecting the new moon or if you prefer to be outstretched open to receiving simply allow your body your holistic body to be completely guided by your innate knowingness.

And now that you are comfortable intentionally relax the body muscles facial muscles feeling yourself settle more and more.

And let's focus on the exhalation now breathing out and again breathe out and once more breathe out.

Whenever any disturbing thoughts sensations emotions arise simply exhale.

Take a moment now to consider gentleness.

What does gentleness feel like for you?

What does gentleness look like?

What does it sound like?

And smell like?

Perhaps even taste like?

How have you shown gentleness to yourself today?

Those kind acts of gentleness that we give to ourselves every day through our consideration through readjusting the body into a more comfortable position placing a blanket over our body making ourselves a cup of tea drinking a glass of water pausing to look at the sky or to smell a flower really listening savoring the divine feminine flows through all these beautiful acts of gentleness that are so caringly woven throughout our day to create this comforting blanket of nurturing and nourishing and with the moon also being of a serenely divine feminine quality ask yourself now what does the moon symbolize for you without thinking too much just allowing whatever would like to surface perhaps as a visual,

As a feeling,

Sensation,

A memory and just trust that first drop of information that came through and be with that and be with that because that wisdom has been given to you now from the depths of your innate knowingness it might not make sense just simply allow it to be present with you and allow it to unfold if it chooses to and exhale and let the focus go drop your attention into the center of your heart center into the center of your chest and intentionally cultivate a feeling of gentleness here and as you continue to hold this gentleness within I'm going to ask you to listen to a very short verse by Pascal Amieu and just absorb the sensations and the glow that these words perhaps the imagery and the mysterious mysticalness that this verse creates and then we will move into three minutes of quiet simply allowing the body and the mind to be as they choose to be let there be light in this world let there be light in this world of nothing let it come from nothing let it speak nothing let it go everywhere and gently exhale focusing on the heart center and now if you can repeat internally with me I trust 100 percent that the message I'm about to receive is 100 percent from my higher self and for my highest good exhale and then again repeat with me send to me now now the message I need to hear I need to know I need to feel I need to see from my higher self right now trust this information that has come through for you to whatever it may be place it in your heart center now and surround it with gentleness and exhaling exhaling and once more and now consider for yourself what would happen if I were to meditate with the moon every night for a full moon cycle for one lunar month what could happen?

And now ask of yourself what might happen if I were to be even more gentle with myself?

What might happen then?

Exhale bringing attention the heart center the gentleness in the heart center and inviting welcoming that gentleness to flow and radiate throughout your entire being throughout your physical body and all around continue to wallow in this beautiful gentle cocoon that you have created for your whole self as you continue to listen and allow the sounds to transport you and as I gently exit and bid you a peaceful new moon experience
