Dear beautiful soul.
Welcome to the series,
Loving Yourself.
How to accept,
How to be,
And how to love yourself each moment a little bit more and a little bit more.
Today we have a really special one,
How to Love Yourself When You Are Down,
When You Are Struggling,
And When Nothing Works How You Want to Have It.
When everything seems like a failure.
And it can be that it's just one day or it influences a longer period of your life.
Maybe a few hours,
A few days,
A few months,
A few years.
And to love yourself,
Especially in these moments when you might not always love yourself that much,
Can be a really beautiful and challenging journey.
I have two examples before we start with the meditation.
And one example just happened when I was about holding exactly this meditation live on internet time.
I was ready,
I was prepared,
And then the wifi doesn't work.
And I tried and I tried all the techniques,
All the ways what normally work and I was like,
It was just impossible.
I could not enter the live stream.
And after 10,
15 minutes I finally found a way through my phone with another app and I could enter.
And I saw there were already around 60 people waiting for me and they couldn't hear me.
I was like,
No way,
Finally it worked and still it didn't.
So yeah,
What are you doing with the pressure when you know some,
For me it was like,
Yeah,
People were waiting and I was ready and I was willing and I was like,
Wow,
Universe,
What are you telling me?
And I feel like in each failure there is beauty in it and there is a kind of surrendering of trusting and allowing to learn,
To learn from each experience.
And this was just a short example.
I have one what goes way deeper and is even more simple.
A friend of me,
He is working in a kindergarten and there was one kid and always fall down and I didn't know how to stand up.
I was just crying and crying and crying once it was on the floor.
So they were already wondering why doesn't the kid know how to stand up?
I mean if you fall down,
Of course you cry,
But like then you just get up and you keep doing what you want to do.
And one day they were on an adventure with the parents as well and the kid was falling again and it started to cry.
But before it went any kind deeper,
One parent picked it just up,
Put it on their feet and the child was just jumping up,
Running away,
Continue what it was doing.
But for my friend it was eye opening because what did he see?
The child didn't have time to find a way up.
Sometimes it's not about that we get the help,
It's more that we find our own way and we all are falling from time to time and we need support,
Yes,
But support in a good way so we find our own inner balance,
Our own way to stand up and run around again.
Are you ready to dive into the meditation today?
So for now just make it comfortable.
Find your position for today.
Take a long and deep inhale.
Close your eyes.
And with the exhale,
Relax.
Relax your face.
Relax your shoulders.
Inhale,
Elongate your spine.
And exhale,
Arrive in the now.
Inhale,
Elongate,
Raise your awareness.
And exhale,
Just simply be.
Take a few breaths on your own to fully arrive and feel what is there right now in you,
Around you.
And your purpleRight Pose.
And to ground yourself a bit deeper into the present now,
Feel your feet,
Feel the air in your ankle,
In the lower legs,
The knees,
Upper leg,
Your butt,
All the places where you are in contact to the ground,
As well your hips,
The lower back,
Lower belly,
The whole foundation,
Feel the gravity there.
Take a few deep breaths here,
Fully ground yourself,
And let it go.
It might even feel a bit heavy,
That's okay.
Allow to feel your legs,
Your hips,
Your whole lower body,
Even more and more,
With each inhale and with each exhale,
You relax into these sensations.
If it feels too heavy,
Elongate your spine with the inhale.
Feel the ease in your head and with each exhale,
Ground even deeper.
And all these parts of the lower body are connected to your mulada,
Your root chakra.
Breathe in deeply here.
And if it's helpful for you,
Visualize a red flower,
Red,
Dark red,
Beautiful flower.
It might even have some black or some dark red,
Which is almost getting into a brown,
Really grounding color of this flower,
Which is sitting directly under you in your root chakra.
Feel it,
Imagine it.
It gives you stability,
Grounding,
And a feeling of safety,
Being hold and super safe.
It holds you warm and protected.
And to activate this feeling even a bit more,
We will chant the bhi cha mantra for the root chakra.
You can just listen or whisper or chant it with me,
Whatever feels the best for you.
Feel the vibration deep inside you.
Namah.
Namah.
Namah.
Namah.
Namah.
Namah.
And feel afterwards.
Namah.
Namah.
How are you feeling now?
Is there a deeper sense of trust?
Because when you struggle,
When there is the state of being in fear and worries or unknown,
Not knowing what to do,
You're missing exactly this deep feeling of safety,
Of trusting.
This is where we start,
With trust,
With building this foundation,
Feeling it,
Still letting it vibrate the mantra in your body.
And whenever you feel in the meditation,
You are losing the sense of safety,
Of trust,
Of grounding.
And just repeat the mantra.
It will always support you.
And with the safety feeling,
I invite you to imagine the last time where you struggled.
And it can be just one single moment of the last days or the last weeks.
It even can be a big,
Big struggle,
Which maybe holds over years or over months,
Where you were in this deep,
Dark hole and you didn't know what to do,
How to get out of it,
Or how to just go through.
And each kind of struggle where you felt really down is allowed right now.
And just feel it and stick to one.
Mostly it is the first one what comes into your mind.
Allow it to take place in your body.
And your body might want to change its position,
Maybe folds a bit forward,
More inward.
You had things to your chest,
Your shoulders are coming inward and down forward.
You might even want to lay down,
Come into the child position.
Allow this feeling of struggling where you didn't feel well to fully take over,
Take place.
You know it's okay.
You can trust yourself.
The more you allow it right now to happen again,
To feel it again,
You will find a new way out of it.
So breathe,
Keep breathing and remember your mantra,
Lam,
When you need it.
See yourself when you were struggling.
How does it look like?
Remember all the details of the situation.
See yourself on the outside.
How was your face?
Were you angry,
Frustrated,
Depressed,
Sad?
And then travel into the inside.
How did it feel at this moment to be there?
And don't worry about any kind of why is this happening.
Why was it there?
Just allow to feel it again.
And if this one is not fully present,
Invite another one.
Add it.
Feel it down where you were not successful.
You were really not in a good state.
And any kind of emotion is okay.
Feel it,
Express it right now.
If there are tears coming,
If there are even a scream coming,
Then just do it.
Release it.
Your body is so smart,
It always knows how to express so it doesn't get stuck in yourself.
Sometimes you are not listening,
So listen now.
A bit more,
Yes,
Allow it to feel it.
And slowly start to feel again the ground,
The foundation where we started.
Must feel the feet,
The legs,
The hips,
The buttocks,
The lower back,
The lower abdominal,
Your mulada chakra.
You might even see your red flower again.
And from this state,
Let it go.
And all along the spine and take really slow time vertebra by vertebra,
This flower will send its beautiful fragrance of trust and feeling safe.
Vertebra by vertebra,
Up and up into your whole spine,
Uplifting you from the inside like a plantar scroll,
Breath by breath.
And it is your own rhythm.
If you need longer,
Take your time to slowly roll up and really elongate.
Because in the struggling,
In the fear place,
You were small.
You were rolled inwards to feel more.
And now you are able to elongate.
And it's really the internal process.
You might even feel how your breath changes.
Can you feel that more air can enter your body right now?
The small ease you can breathe in.
Change your body position so you feel that your spine is long and elongated.
With each inhale,
It even lifts itself a bit more up.
And if it's one millimeter or one centimeter,
Allow it.
With each exhale,
Feel the grounding.
Inhale,
Elongate.
Exhale,
Feel the grounding.
You might even,
With the inhale,
Lift your shoulders up until the ears.
Roll them slowly with the exhale down and back.
If this feels good,
Do a few more rounds.
Inhale,
The shoulders come up until the ears.
Exhale,
Roll the shoulders back and down.
Inhale.
In your own time,
Shoulders come up and exhale.
Relax them back and down.
How does your chest feel?
Is your heart open?
Feel the air.
Can you feel the difference from before and now?
What did we change?
Was it just a little thing or was it something huge?
From the inward,
Feeling your struggle,
Feel the pressure down.
Now,
Sitting straight,
Long and elongated.
Stay in this beautiful position and I will just ask you,
Can you still go back into the same mind setting where you were before?
Stay in this beautiful position of not lowering your energy.
I guess there's not that space anymore in your body.
When you reach a higher state of body awareness,
It will influence your whole system.
It is simple but it is so powerful.
Whenever you feel down the next time,
Look and see how is your body reacting.
It is so simple.
Give yourself a smile to integrate,
To uplift you even a little bit more.
And to activate this beautiful feeling a bit more,
Feel your heart space.
Breathe in deeply and invite the feeling of you did something really well,
You were successful.
Feeling warm,
Blissful,
Joyful,
Being loved.
Come your heart space,
Bring it up with the inhale over your head and with the exhale along your back down and like a spiral or like a circle around you.
Inhale the front body up,
Opening the front body even more and exhale,
Imagine the energy flows along the back of your spine,
Down.
Inhale,
Front of the body upwards,
Exhale,
Back of the body down.
You can even imagine the picture of somebody puts a tape on your back.
So your whole back is like getting a bit more tense,
A bit more backward.
It is a backward bounce just with your energy field.
So the front body can open with each inhale,
Feel the sensations and exhale,
Energy flows down.
Can you feel this gentle opening?
Take three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Three,
More really beautiful,
Open,
Loving breaths here.
Inhale,
Feel the love.
Exhale,
Extend it.
Inhale,
Increase the love.
Exhale,
Extend it.
One more inhale,
Increase it,
Feel the love.
Exhale,
Relax it.
Come back to your normal position.
Get aware of the surrounding where you are right now.
And to end the meditation was a quote,
Only in the darkness can you see the stars.

When you are ready,
Feel free to open your eyes again.
I promised you to share the five,
Five emergency toolkits I use for myself once I'm in a struggling or down.
And afterwards,
The 10 tips I have to always lift up my energy and just change my mood.
The five emergency tips,
What I do first,
Breathing,
Getting aware of your breathing.
And you might even make it more quick or more slow,
But just getting aware of it is the first key of everything.
Second,
Accepting,
Surrendering.
And mostly,
This is when I also start to smile or even start to laugh,
Because I'm like,
What the fuck is happening right now?
Is this really happening?
And sometimes accepting comes later.
The third one,
Expressing your emotions.
And this is already when you get aware of it,
You might start to even want to scream,
You want to punch something,
Then also like allow it in a good and in a way where you know it's okay to express these kind of emotions.
But the more you express it,
Exactly when you're fully in the state of pure expression,
Like whoo,
You have full fire inside,
Express it in a accepted way of your surrounding.
The fourth,
And this directly comes mostly after expressing the emotions,
Open,
Because you're open for ideas,
For insights,
For this inner wisdom,
Which is directly activated in this raw deep state.
And you express the fullest you and it also brings directly solutions.
Solutions to calm your mind,
Maybe with the breath again,
You repeat it from the beginning then,
Or already solutions with the next steps,
What to do right now.
And this is the fifth point already,
Just do it.
The first thing,
The first solution that comes into your mind,
Do it,
Directly do it.
Those are the five emergency tips and now I give you the secret of the 10 tips how to shift your energy when you are low and you want to be blissful and joyful again.
The first,
To go into nature,
To just connect with the sunlight,
Or if it's rainy,
Go into the rain,
Feel the rain,
Feeling it on my skin,
Looking into the sun,
Feeling the warmth and touching the water,
Feeling the water,
Listening to water,
Or watching a butterfly,
Taking the time to smell on a flower,
Just connecting with nature,
Any kind of nature connection.
Then the second one,
Connecting to my friends,
To my family,
Or if nobody is right now there for me,
Maybe messaging them,
Calling them,
Or if somebody else is there right now,
Opening up if you feel it's safe to trust some foreigners,
Then just do that.
Third one,
Meditate,
Any kind of meditation which will work for you and any kind of meditation technique,
Just do it.
Fourth,
Music,
Listening to your most favorite song and just invite this frequency to uplift you.
Five,
Start to dance,
Start to move your body,
Or do yoga,
Or any kind of what is for your body the best to move it.
If you are in struggle,
Your body mostly goes inward,
It's condensed,
It's not moving,
And if you start to move,
Everything is flowing.
Activate your body with dancing,
With going on a bicycle,
Moving,
Jogging,
Any kind of movement.
Go crazy,
Go wild.
When you dance,
Don't stop,
Like,
Oh,
I just want to dance,
But no,
Fully dance,
And shake it,
And move it.
Move the stacked energy.
Six,
Be creative,
And this means in any kind of way.
Sometimes I need to paint,
Sometimes I need to,
If you play music,
And play music,
Whatever,
It can make even like cooking,
Creating a super yummy meal,
So the whole focus goes into this process of creation.
Number seven,
Nothing works,
Go to a massage.
Give yourself the love you need from someone else.
If you can't give it to yourself,
Or can't reach that point to crack it,
Into being positive,
Or like accepting yourself where you are,
Then go somewhere and get a massage.
Eight,
Smile.
Just smile,
Or love,
And this is also a beautiful exercise to go to the mirror.
It's so easy and simple,
You just,
And for around two minutes,
You just smile at yourself.
And if you're smiling,
You put your two index fingers into the side of your mouth,
And you just lift them up.
And it even looks like funny,
Or,
Yeah,
Just funny or crazy,
And you just uplift your lips,
And you need to smile,
And you can even try it now.
Just keep continuing with the last one,
Keep smiling,
And you will feel how this already influences you.
And don't take anything too serious.
Yes,
So two more.
Number nine,
Listening to anything what uplifts you.
And this can mean an audiobook,
Any kind of YouTube videos,
Inside timer meditation,
Any audio what lifts you up.
And for me,
It's also like with manifestation,
With future,
With abundance,
With like,
Yes,
Because if right now,
I'm not in the full abundance,
I'm low frequency,
Then if I connect with something what is like,
I am joyful,
I am loving,
Any kind of affirmations,
Or future oriented imaginations,
It mostly uplifts me,
So I do that.

It's the most easiest,
Trust yourself.
Trust,
Everything is okay,
Everything is meant to be.
Squeeze in,
And deeply trust.
