Good morning!

I'm also excited and I feel really calm and peaceful already.

So I'm so ready to just directly take you into this world of inner sensations and to fully allow you to stay at home.

I feel sometimes the emotions are so present and it can also be like when you're fully in a pain body.

A pain body can also be the sadness but if you are really in a pain body of having this pain somewhere in your body,

It might be the lower back,

It might be the knee,

It might be the hips,

The arms,

Headache,

Any kind of pain.

It is like a big scream of your body.

It's like,

Hey listen to me,

Listen.

What is there?

So if you have something like this today,

Even better,

Don't push it away.

Open the door and let it fully in.

Even it might be hard and it might be crazy but like fully letting the pain body in is like so powerful and it brings a lot of release and staying with it.

Are you ready to start?

Make it comfy.

If you want to sit,

Choose a seated position.

If you want to lie down,

Then lie down.

And we start with rubbing the hands on each other.

Increase the heat and once your hands are really really really hot,

Find a place where to put them.

It can be your belly,

It can be your heart,

It can be your head or somewhere else.

Feel the heat from your hands traveling inside of your body.

And feel how the warmth arrives inside.

It's really heating up the whole area under your palms.

We will do it two more times.

Next time,

Choose again where to put your palms.

Rub your hands,

Increase the heat and find again the spots where you want to place your hands right now.

Both hands can be on the same spot on different parts.

Let the heat travel inside.

When the heat is fully internally felt,

One more time.

Rub your palms,

Increase the heat.

Find again the spot where you want to place your hands on your body.

And you can choose if you want to keep your hands where they are right now or if you want to relax your hands.

Relax your hands on your knees,

On your belly,

On your chest or just on the side if you're lying.

Connect with your breath and I invite you not to change it,

Just to raise your awareness.

There's no need to do or to be anything.

Anything what gives you a feeling of being stressed or running around.

It's not the time right now.

Allow yourself to just be.

Nothing to do,

Nothing to worry nothing to hurry.

You can just be here right now.

The past is behind you.

The future will happen and you are in the middle.

And without changing your breath,

Get aware where it travels inside.

Are you breathing into the nose or into the mouth?

How does the sensation feel when the air enters your body?

Just receiving the air.

And you feel also your belly.

Breathe into a soft and open belly.

And with each inhalation,

Feel the expansion of your breath.

With the exhalation,

Relax yourself into the ground under you.

And with each exhalation,

You feel more safe.

You surrender into the ground.

With each inhalation,

Breathe in a soft and open belly.

With each exhalation,

Surrender into the ground under you.

No expectation,

No attachment.

Allow yourself to be you,

To be here.

And I invite you to scan your body.

Start with the toes and travel all the way up through the legs,

Into your buttock,

Into the organs,

And you will do it in your own time.

All the way up.

Don't forget the arms and the head,

The chest.

And while you're traveling up,

Stay relaxed and cozy in your breathing.

Nothing to do.

Only your awareness travels.

Finding your inner landscape,

What is there to see right now,

To feel internally?

When you already find a spot where it needs more awareness,

Say there's one,

Two,

Three breaths there,

Give it some love already,

That we are still scanning the whole body,

So just allow this pain point to already be witnessed and then travel on.

Find all the spots in your body where you feel yourself the most.

Where is it right now?

And once you already arrived in the top of your head,

Travel again down,

Making your own circulation for your whole body,

Traveling your landscape up and down,

Connected with your breath.

Beautiful.

Once you're fully aware of your whole body,

Feel everything at once,

That your breaths already change,

You'll find a new rhythm,

Or is it still peaceful,

Excited for the exploration,

Or anything else?

Everything is allowed.

Give yourself this permission to be fully seen,

To be fully you.

And from your whole body,

Whether one or two or more spots where you felt they need more awareness,

More love,

And it can be that you choose a part of your body where there is pain,

Where there's discomfort or dislike,

But you can also choose a part of your body which you feel you just want already to increase the love,

Or you're so thankful for this body part,

So you wanna maybe focus directly on the gratitude and the love.

And ask your body,

Where do I need my awareness right now?

And your body will tell you once you feel it,

Once you know,

Go with your full awareness there.

If it's non-specific part,

You can always choose your heart.

And once you arrive at your spot,

Let your breath travel there,

Feel the inhale and the exhale.

And again,

No expectations,

No attachment to the pain or to the bliss.

Just be.

Beautiful.

And can you feel the softness in this area?

Can you feel the muscles?

If you choose an organ or an organ is closed,

You can feel the organs close to your body part.

Can you feel it?

Can you feel the blood circulation?

Can you feel the tissues?

Each tiny cell?

And can you feel tension?

And if there are emotions or feelings coming up,

Allow them,

It's okay.

If your body needs to be expressed with tears,

With a scream,

With silence,

With a movement,

Allow it.

And stay present.

Don't get blown away of something.

Stay present in your chosen body part.

You might even feel that your breath changes or your whole body awareness changes,

But it's not happening because you want it to.

If it is happening,

Then it's happening automatically.

Otherwise,

You just stay focused,

Calm and centered.

And once you feel complete here,

And you might feel a bigger pulsation or more warmth or tingling in this body area.

Beautiful.

And I invite you to travel through your body with just another part which needs the same awareness.

And it can be the same spot.

It will change with the second love awareness which you will give to it.

But it can also be another part of your body.

And once it's not fully clear where to go,

Just breathe.

Breathe and then soft and open belly.

Exhale,

Surrender into the safety of the ground under you.

And once your body is telling you where to go,

Start again in your chosen body area.

What is there?

What is your body telling you?

Which information are blocked here?

Or which feelings want to be felt?

Allow yourself to feel deeper.

Feel the softness,

The tissues,

The cells,

Muscles,

Bones or organs were closed.

Can you feel the blood circulation?

And can you feel the tension?

Your face is relaxed.

Your breath is guiding you.

Your awareness is so pure,

So fine.

So you're fully aware of any tiny or big sensation which will arise here.

And then you feel your breath is changing.

It can be that there's just one deep breath like.

Or it's pulsating,

Or more warmth,

Or tinkling.

And it happens automatically.

Beautiful.

Also allow here everything to feel.

Take a few more breaths on your own here.

Tears are allowed.

Movement is allowed.

Anything what your body wants to express is welcome.

Slowly release this part.

And we will have one more together.

If you feel there's one body part which really needs more love,

Then go again there.

Otherwise I invite you to either take your belly or your heart space.

And this time we wrap again the palms on each other to increase the heat in our hands.

And they're really,

Really,

Really hot.

And then you feel the heat on your heart space.

Feel the heat traveling inside.

And directly feel the softness.

If you have chosen your heart,

Can you feel how open it is?

You're safe holding it with your hands.

Are you able to allow to feel everything?

Can you allow all the suffering,

All the fear,

All the craziness to be there,

To be seen like bones or scars already?

Please enter in soft and open belly.

And with the exhale,

Feel the safety of the ground under you where you still stay at your heart space.

And you feel the tension inside.

And you feel the softness,

The muscles,

The bones,

The heart space.

And you are still alive?

So beautiful.

Whatever you went through in the past,

It brought you here to the now.

You are alive.

Feel it.

And feel how each inhale is bringing you new life force,

New energy.

Also feel the expansion of your chest with the inhale.

And with the exhale,

Allow yourself to get soft and surrender.

My love,

Are you ready to allow yourself to expand your breath a bit more with the inhale?

And you're not pushing or pulling,

You're just expanding your awareness and your breath will follow.

Your breath will guide your heart to open into the safetyness of your palms.

How loving does your heart feel?

How much warmth is there?

Or is it more like a really hot heat,

Like the sun is burning inside of your chest?

There's so much love that it just radiates out.

And if there's any kind of discomfort,

Just allow it to be.

If you open that space for something new,

Your body might take a few moments to allow it to happen.

Be kind to yourself.

Be full of patience when you listen to your heart.

And take a few moments on your own to listen to your breath and to listen what is your heart telling you?

Okay.

Okay.

Beautiful.

Wherever your experience took you right now,

Come back to feel your heart space,

To feel the hands holding your heart.

And from your heart space,

Feel your whole body and send the love which increased into each body part until the crown of your head,

Into the tip of your toes,

Into the tip of your fingers.

And expand them as well around you in your body,

Directly body,

Your energetic bodies,

Your astral body,

Your aura,

Maybe even your whole room or your whole house,

Your whole city,

Your whole country or the whole world.

And so much love you have right now.

And to reach another level as well.

Feel,

Feel the other souls who are meditating right now with you.

Feel them from heart space to heart space.

And it might be really strong,

But just allow it to fill,

To open your heart to the ones who are on the same journey with you.

We are together.

Feel it.

You are not alone.

We are here together.

Once you fully feel it,

Slowly open your eyes.

Stay with the softness inside that come back to the reality around you.

And I invite you today to share this love which you expanded inside this acceptance with the ones you love or with the ones you feel they needed the most.
