Broken and unsure if you will ever love again.

Releasing the pain of the past takes time.

Grief is not linear,

But healing is possible.

We can live with both pain and joy as our reality,

A paradigm where both exist in harmony.

Sit with the difficult emotions when they arise,

When we choose joy,

I believe my voice is important in this world.
