Okay,

Good.

So,

Inspired by coronation.

Yeah,

I was thinking about the coronation and of course I always take it into our spiritual development and thinking about the connection between a coronation of a human being to coronation of the spirit,

Coronation of the self,

Because this is the real coronation.

And that's what I wanted to focus on because we can put as many gold crowns and write this golden carriage and everything is cool.

And obviously I have nothing to say about anybody and respect all traditions.

Ah,

Thank you Tom.

But I think the personal coronation is really what makes a difference.

Yeah,

So that's what I want to focus.

I want to focus on finding the queen,

The king,

The emperor,

Whoever we want to call it,

Whatever we want to call it,

Within us.

Because for most of us the state of being that we're experiencing is actually being a slave,

Not being a queen or a king.

Yeah,

And we are slaves of our own mind,

Which actually is a phantasma,

Is not really existing.

So we are coronating ourself once we becoming and acknowledging our kinghood or queenhood.

Yeah,

And this can only be done when we start to observe the mind and take decision based on free will and not on the capricious,

You know,

As the mind says,

Do this,

Do that,

And just boom,

We go here,

We go there.

Good.

So for that we have to develop space within ourself so we can recognize the mind and we understand when the mind moves,

If we have a free choice there or actually it just jumps into,

Could be an addictive behavior or habitual behavior,

And then in that moment we are out of control.

In that moment we are enslaving ourself to the mind,

In that very moment.

For that we need to develop awareness.

For that also what I mentioned many times in the meditation,

We need to develop awareness to everything we do all the time.

Otherwise the mind is so sneaky that will just move behind our back and make us believe that what he says is very important and very true.

Yeah,

I just had a session with somebody and after him,

You know,

Flying everywhere and being infinite and so he said,

Yeah,

But I think it's all rubbish anyway,

You know,

And that's what is,

I think,

It's just his mind telling him stories.

Yeah,

So this happened to all of us and that's what happened when Moses went up to the Mount Sinai and brought the Testaments and he had such an amazing experience up communing with God,

With the Divine,

And then he came down and he saw what's happened,

You know,

Yeah,

That the people were worshipping the golden calf,

Yeah,

And really that's exactly the mind,

Yeah,

That one day we can be in the height of the heights and then the mind tells us something and then boom we're falling,

Yeah,

And that's really the constant coronation that we have to give ourselves permission to be in,

To be as,

And it's a decision and it's a determination and it's expression of power and expression of love and dedication.

So as much as we meditate here together,

If you don't take it home into your heart,

Into your daily practice,

Which is every,

Every,

Every moment,

Then the changes will not be so powerful.

So I really want to encourage us all to take it very seriously if we want to feel better and if we want to contribute to ourself and to others on this life,

On this planet,

Because especially today when we have the mobile in the tip of our fingers,

Our mind can tell us,

Look at that,

Look at that,

Do this,

Do that,

Bing,

Bong,

Boom,

And we go.

So we are never present,

Yeah,

And we can even,

I say,

Chocolate coated,

Yeah,

Or sugar coated with spirituality,

Say,

Oh,

This guru,

Let's listen what he said.

I'm talking from my own experience,

Yeah,

That's what I do,

You know,

That's guru,

This is very interesting,

Let's hear this,

Let's hear that.

But even with the spiritual coating,

We can be addicted,

You know,

To not being present.

And when you start being present,

You'll see very clearly that the mind is all the time like suggesting you something to do.

What does it mean?

It means it's looking for its addiction to be completed,

Yeah,

To be nourished.

Do this,

Do that,

Let's do this,

Why you didn't do that?

All the time the mind is talking.

Once you say no more,

It's not easy,

But that's like any addiction,

We stop being addicted so much and we liberate it.

So let's pray and wish that this meditation will support us all in this process of coronation,

All the time to get on the throne,

And even if we're thrown from the throne,

We go back,

Crawling up,

I'm here,

Yeah.

Okay,

So space,

First we have to connect with space,

Check space within you right now between awareness and objects.

Object is a thought as well,

Object is feeling,

Object is physical sensation,

Object is a sensorial stimulation,

Yeah,

What do I hear,

What do I see,

What do I feel?

All these are objects reflected on the screen of awareness.

Okay,

So yeah,

Let's connect to space.

Awareness observes stuff,

So how is my physical body,

I'm asking,

And then comes to the awareness information,

Maybe pain,

Maybe comfort,

Maybe energy sensation,

How is my emotional being?

Again,

Ask the question and then stuff starts to be reflected into the awareness,

The pure consciousness.

Maybe there is sadness,

Maybe there is joy,

Maybe there is love,

Maybe there is happiness,

Whatever comes.

What comes is not you,

It's reflection on pure consciousness.

Who we are is pure consciousness,

Not what we think we are,

Not what we feel we are,

Not what people tell us,

All that stuff is not who we are.

Who we are is pure,

Pure,

Pure,

Cannot be purer than that.

And all what we feel,

Think,

Yeah,

It's just reflection on this purity which we are.

Okay,

Then we ask,

Okay,

So how is my mind?

Because,

Oh,

My mind drives me crazy,

But still it's because it's reflected as crazy on pure consciousness.

Okay,

Let it be crazy,

It's still not you.

Then we say,

Okay,

So how is my energy?

Energy is subtle than physical,

So we feel sensation going here and there,

Maybe we feel some blockages in chakras,

Maybe we feel our eyes like this or like that,

That's the energy.

It's still something reflected in pure consciousness.

Okay,

So like this we're creating space between what is and the pure awareness which we are.

Let's make that space even more clear by going deep into pure awareness.

If you did the energy reading course with me,

We talk about it as the idle place,

Zero place,

A place where the awareness is connected to itself.

If you didn't do it before,

I'll guide you.

Basically,

We're just bringing the part of our mind,

Our brain,

Usually the area of the third eye,

And we're just turning it backwards on itself.

Instead of projecting from that area into an object,

Feeling pain,

Being aware of a thought,

Being aware of emotion,

We're turning that and we ask that part that is going out to be aware of something to turn on itself and just to be present with itself,

Which is pure stillness.

Try it.

For that purpose exactly,

Ramana Maharishi said,

Ask,

Who am I?

When the mind asks itself,

Who am I?

That's exactly what happened.

It turns and looks back,

Shines back on the source.

See what happened to you when you do that.

Make sure that you don't answer who am I with words,

With thoughts,

Because it means that that's not who you are because that's also a thought and you're not a thought.

So when you ask who am I,

The answer must be peace,

But not a thought,

A thinking peace,

An experience.

When we are more established in pure consciousness,

In that idle place,

Zero place,

Before the awareness is being projected onto an object,

That beautiful quiet place,

We can see with more clarity that we have a choice if to engage with things or not to engage.

We can keep the awareness within itself or we can engage it with a thought,

With emotion,

With sensation,

Even with energy,

Even with God,

Even with anything.

The most holy place is exactly that,

Awareness within awareness,

Pure presence.

And then in the same time when the awareness is established within itself and you're moving out of the small existence of a human body,

A human head,

You can easily feel that actually you are infinite because awareness obviously has no limit.

See if you can acknowledge that,

That actually there is no limit to your existence,

That your mind is infinitely expensive,

Wonderful.

Once we establish as infinite being,

Then we can start to help more our human being to synchronize with this beautiful infinite,

The highest vibration there is.

So,

As that infinite expansion of human being,

Of infinite being,

Sorry,

Let's pay attention to the breath.

Let's just observe how the breathing process takes place when our mind is infinitely expanded.

Meaning that when we breathe,

We take in the life force from the whole creation and we're inviting that life force to harmonize to heal,

To synchronize with our physical existence,

With our human existence.

And then when we exhale,

We exhale with gratitude and we invite the tension that's stored within us to release to the whole creation.

Again,

We can inhale,

Inviting all this beauty to harmonize,

Support our whole existence and then exhale with gratitude.

Thank you.

If you have any part of your system,

Physically or emotionally,

Or even the mind that feels tense,

Direct the breath and invitation for harmony into that specific part.

And when you exhale,

Try to release that,

To soften that,

So it will harmonize.

And now let's go,

Let go of the control breathing,

But stay infinitely expanded and again invite that connection with infinity to touch any part of your system that feels needs healing,

Needs support,

Needs transformation.

As if your awareness serves as a bridge or as a channel between infinity,

Nothing,

And your human existence,

Something.

And no need to do anything besides bridging or channeling between these two and the system will harmonize naturally.

For that to take place,

We have to move from arrogance to humbleness.

Arrogance means that the mind thinks it can fix everything.

So even now,

It tries its best to make things perfect.

This is arrogance.

Humbleness is when we let go of the mind and we say,

I'm surrendering to the power of creation that as it moves and creates in such a harmony,

The whole,

Whole universes,

Stars,

Galaxies,

My body is part of it.

My being is part of it.

And with humbleness,

I'm surrendering to that harmony to manifest within me as well.

As much we are more humble,

Transformation is faster,

Deeper.

The process of coronation is exactly that,

From arrogance to humility,

From being somebody to being nobody,

To being no thing.

And like this,

Everything we do as a human being will be so much more powerful.

So allow yourself to connect directly with the source,

Directly.

Your emotions are the emotions of the divine.

Your breath is the breath of the divine.

Your senses are through which the divine sees,

Hears,

Smells,

Touches.

Your heart is the love of the divine.

Your body,

Your physicality is expression of the divine.

All your being is divine being.

That happens when we are nobody.

You know you're on track because you feel blissful.

That's how I feel.

So beautiful,

So connected.

Expression of source,

Pure expression of source.

And as I say always,

It's normal that not all of us can connect to that because sometimes we have difficulties,

We had a very difficult day or period in our life.

And that's normal.

That's why we're here together,

A community of spiritual brothers and sisters to support each other.

So let's acknowledge the presence of each other in this meditation,

That we are here together to support each other.

It doesn't matter that one is in Europe,

One is in Africa,

And one is in Pakistan,

Or who knows where.

It doesn't matter because we're meeting in the now.

That's the only place we meet because that's the only place there is.

Here and now we're meeting.

And here and now we're supporting each other.

We're breathing together and we're giving each other the most power so each one of us can reach the highest vibration possible.

Inhaling love,

Beauty,

Energy,

Power,

And exhaling and nourishing each other with that qualities.

Exactly that.

Last Sunday we did a meditation called Atomic Being.

Exactly that.

We're made of infinite,

Infinite particles of vibration and everything is made from the same vibration.

So remember,

In order to keep that state,

Remember that we have to be aware 24-7 of everything we do and do things differently.

Challenge the mind in its habits.

Otherwise,

It will always think the same,

Do the same.

It's very difficult to overcome it.

So do things different.

Then your mind starts to be free.

Thank you so much for joining this meditation.

Bye-bye everybody.
