Hi my friend let this meditation help us move beyond addiction so make yourself comfortable sitting or lying down but make sure you're comfortable so you can really relax and not paying attention to any difficulty in your position let's take a deep breath and then release and relax another very deep breath release and relax let's pay attention inward and be very loving to ourself because we know that addiction can be much more powerful than us than our mind and with a lot of love we're offering to ourself a process to release with this difficult grip of addiction so we're giving gratitude that life brought us to this moment that we can look at our addiction and be with our addiction from a loving place although that addiction gives us a lot a lot of difficulties a lot of suffering we're going to work with it with love we give gratitude to ourself first of all for making the effort to deal with that difficulty we give gratitude for others who supporting us so we can take this moment and be so conscious about ourself we give gratitude for life itself that supporting us in so many ways in millions ways where we're sitting or lying down the food we eat the clothes we wear the beautiful people around us and even the difficulties that direct us towards our goal so can liberate ourself for things that are not helpful for us and continue lighter to achieve what is matter for us in this life to deal with anything that is difficult we must create space within ourself between the thoughts between the emotions between the physical body and the awareness that sees all that meaning to become aware that there's endless space in me and around me and all those things that are manifesting like pain like suffering like even beautiful things they all manifest in that space how do we become conscious of space space is actually the awareness that allows you to recognize the pain the awareness that allows you to recognize I feel like this I feel like that the awareness as much as we become more conscious of awareness and widen awareness so it's not only aware of what's happening within us but we become conscious that the awareness actually is infinite then there's a lot a lot of space in which everything could manifest so let's try to widen awareness to feel that our mind can expand and expand and expand as it fills up the whole creation it become infinite mind and inside this infinite existence we can feel things that are nice and things that are not nice but we have the awareness and the space to choose if to identify with them okay so let's practice we're widening our awareness so much wider than a physical form if possible we invite our mind to become infinite to fill up the whole creation and we feel that our body transformed from this little body into the whole creation and now let's invite the thought that we know it's not good for us while keeping this infinite space and just see that we have space for it we don't need to to get sucked into it we can have so much space that it can come arise like dark cloud and then it will go I stay as space you maybe aware of emotion in your heart that is not nice be aware of it as space and you see that the emotion start to dissolve okay so the whole trick here is not to collapse from this infinite space which you are into the identity of the person and identify with it and like this we again locked in the addiction as you do it more and more neurologically chemically the roots that before that was so tight into responding in addictive way to life we have much more space and much more healed so they're not responsible fast you have more space anyway more time lapse between addictive thoughts between addictive thought and the respond to that thought in an action blessing on your practice my friend have a beautiful day if there are any question I'm always here to answer thank you
