I Am Whole is a meditation that brings you into harmony with the living vibration of the infinite. The same current that flows through the universe is also within you — this practice helps you sense and synchronize with it. So the story is,

Or it's not a story,

That it's all about synchronization,

Yeah?

The realization is not we are realizing something that is external,

It's we kind of understanding how to synchronize,

Yeah?

As if all around us,

And actually inside us,

There is a certain wavelength,

And our mind,

Due to confusion and the attachment to the ego,

Is going like this,

Yeah?

And when we are adjusting,

Adjusting,

Adjusting,

And then we go like this,

Then we feel amazing,

We feel bliss,

And we are connected to everything,

Yeah?

So it's a bit like riding bicycle,

You get on it,

You fall,

You get on it,

You fall,

And in the end you are on it,

Yeah?

So that's what I like this meditation to focus,

Is how to harmonize with that vibration,

That vibration that is in you,

That is everywhere.

And the trick is that when we are in that vibration,

So there is not me in that vibration,

Okay?

Because that me is exactly what doing this for the ego,

And when this me-ness,

Meaning the ego mind,

Is dropped,

Or better saying,

Is kind of uniting with that vibration,

Then there is no me,

Really,

Okay?

There is a sense of being,

You know,

It's not that we are resisting or we are rejecting our existence,

But it's not separate from everything,

Okay?

So it's part of everything,

And it's a very beautiful existence like this.

Okay,

So the good news is that it's all happening now,

Yeah?

It's not in the future.

It's happening now,

And it's available for us 24x7,

And it's up to us how much,

When,

We synchronize to be in that,

And also how much we are training ourselves to be in that vibration.

And how much we put that,

Let's say,

Subject,

Is very important for us in the scale of what we are doing in our life,

And what we are putting energy to,

And what we don't.

So it's training like anything else,

But maybe it's the most important training that one can do.

So because it's all about the present moment,

Let's enter through the present moment,

Of course.

Okay,

So let's just be present.

And as I mentioned in the last few meditations,

One beautiful portal to experience this unity is the vibrational body.

So let's try to connect with the vibrational body.

Yeah.

When you pay attention inwards,

You can feel that your body is alive.

I call it alive,

You know,

It's not necessarily the sense of vibration.

Everybody can feel it differently.

But it's definitely a sense of life.

A sense that I know I'm alive,

Not because I'm moving in my chair,

Not because I have a back pain,

Because I feel that I'm alive.

Yeah,

I feel completely alive.

So let's connect to that feeling that you are alive,

Completely alive,

And you know it because you feel it.

You try to feel it from your whole being that you are alive,

That each and every inch or millimeter or cell all over your body is alive,

Is vibrating.

And you are aware of that.

And that's where the synchronization starts to take place because the awareness that is aware of that vibration is also vibrating almost similar.

Almost.

But it's very close to that.

Yeah,

So the awareness that observing the vibration and recognizing the vibration is from the same sort or same family,

You can say.

So after we connecting and feeling that the whole body vibrates,

Then we start to connect to the space around the body.

And we kind of letting go of this illusion that the skin separates us from life.

So the same life we feel in the body,

We feel outside the body.

And this is one of the most important barriers to go through so you can feel unity.

Okay?

So as you're aware that your body is alive completely,

It vibrates.

Maybe you feel its temperature,

That it's warm.

If you see colors,

Maybe you see different colors inside the body.

And then when you widen your awareness outside the body,

You get very similar sensation.

Yeah.

And here is to understand something very,

Very important.

Is that what you perceive through your senses depend on where your awareness is focused on.

That's why it has nothing to do with the size of the body.

Yeah.

You can be aware of your knee or your shoulder or your nose.

And the same way that you can become aware of your aura or the space in which you're sitting.

Okay?

Again,

This is a barrier to cross.

Yeah.

So what's happening is that your awareness is cropping.

No,

It's not the awareness.

It's the mind cropping or shaping in a way the size that you would like to perceive.

Your awareness is filling up this size or this space that you cropped or you decide that's what I'm going to feel.

And then your senses are starting to perceive this information.

Yeah.

And normally or most common,

It's a sense of sensation.

But some people have a sense of seeing.

Other even hearing.

Different senses.

It doesn't matter.

What is very,

Very important is to understand that the size of your awareness is what creates and allows you to connect with the space.

Okay?

So now we're feeling the life inside the body.

We're feeling the life outside the body.

And then the next step is to feel the life in the whole creation.

Yeah.

So again,

It's the same technique as feeling the knee,

As feeling the whole body,

As feeling the aura,

Feeling the space in where you are.

Same technique.

It's just the acknowledgement.

Your mind creates the object and your awareness filling up that object and then your senses are perceiving the information.

Okay?

So if your mind says,

Yeah,

I am infinite,

Then the awareness immediately occupies infinity and then you start to perceive infinity.

Okay?

So let's say locate our being in that state.

So body vibrates,

Space around you vibrates,

The whole creation vibrates.

Just let's sink into that vibration.

And here comes the biggie.

And the biggie is that we're shifting from I am infinite to infinity am I.

We can say or even we don't say anything.

So that awareness that normally we are attaching our identity with,

Even when we're expanding to the whole creation,

Is now sinking into creation itself.

Yeah?

So there's a sense of being with no identity.

Okay?

So the awareness is filling up the whole creation and you are that,

That you are,

You know,

It's just easiness and there's no a person that separates from that.

It's part of it,

Of course,

But not separate.

Allow that to happen as well.

So I can only share how it works for me when I do it,

If it helps.

What I feel is that awareness that normally is attached to the mind,

To the head,

Let's say,

And is aware of the whole creation.

Now,

It starts to sink down to the level of the heart or maybe just below the heart,

Something like this.

And that's where this is the portal of the experience.

It's not directly into the brain,

Into the mind.

It's more a heart experience.

Maybe that helps.

Now the fact that we're feeling so beautifully connected,

It doesn't mean that all our system is connected or harmonized because normally when we live as an ego being,

We pay a big price for this.

We pay emotional price,

Psychological price and physical price and energetical price,

Meaning that we get tight and tense.

Our nervous system is quite anxious and our mind is normally not relaxed because we don't live in that vibration of unity and that's okay.

But now when we're acknowledging unity,

Then we can invite those side-affected parts of us kind of to melt and to join and to relax into this beautiful sense of being.

So always I like to start and doing this with the heart chakra.

And again,

Make sure that you don't position yourself in the center and pushing the heart chakra energy out.

It's not like this.

You are everything and you're calling the heart chakra to synchronize with you as everything.

That you that is everything is not the person.

It's everything.

It's consciousness.

It's just is-ness,

That's who you are.

And you're calling the heart chakra to synchronize with that.

Number two,

We're calling the nervous system.

So the nervous system,

If it's not in unity,

It gets anxious.

It's just like this.

So we're calling the nervous system again to soften,

To relax,

To harmonize and synchronize with this infinite space which you are.

Wonderful.

And then we can go into the second and base chakras and again invite them to synchronize with all there is.

There should be zero effort in this process because this is the most natural thing to be no-thing.

So allow your system to come home,

You know,

To let go of all tension,

To be that no-thing being.

Unbound,

Completely unbound,

Infinite.

And then you're calling these ten spots of your human form to synchronize.

Wonderful.

And now it's a beautiful time to acknowledge our sangha,

Our community.

Community of like-minded spiritual beings.

And to acknowledge that we are here sharing together this space,

The space of now.

Okay?

So let's visualize that we're forming a circle and just place yourself in that circle wherever you want.

Okay?

And this circle is to support each other to vibrate in the most beautiful possible way.

It's very important that everybody will try to position yourself in that imaginary circle.

Even if you are doing this meditation in a recording,

This is in the now,

So you're part of this circle.

This circle is forever.

Yeah.

And if you pay attention carefully,

You can feel that the energy is building up in the circle because it depends on our minds.

Good.

And now when we have the circle built,

Let's support each other because not always life is easy and sometimes the challenges doesn't allow us to be completely in unity.

So let's support each other and give each other that beautiful acknowledgement of unity and receive the same quality from others.

So everybody will raise vibration.

When you are in that pure consciousness being state,

Like you're harmonizing like we did to our personal system,

We can do to anyone else,

Of course,

Because you are everything.

So now,

As a group,

We're doing it to each one of our group like we're all cells of one body.

And we can use the breath to receive the bounty,

The light,

The love,

And to exhale and give it and share it.

And into this beautiful circle of light and unity,

Let's invite those that we know that now they're finding it very difficult and bring them with our awareness into the circle as well so they can benefit from this healing state of unity.

Okay?

And last thing,

Like they do in a free fall when they're forming a circle,

Giving hands up in the air and then they just say and each one goes before they open the parachute,

They just have a free fall.

So now we're letting go of the circle that we held with our mind and we're dropping the mind.

So we don't try to be aware of anything now.

We're just in completely mindless state.

It's a pure being state that the mind is not involved.

And some people told me this is almost too much.

Okay.

Keeping the light.

Yeah,

We need it.

We need the light strong in this life,

On this planet.
