Hi lovely people,

Big welcome.

We're dedicating this meditation for inner and outer peace.

Let's sit comfortably or lie down whatever works for you and start to observe your breathing.

No need to breathe deep or strong just to become aware.

How the breath moves in and how it leaves the body.

Introducing gratitude.

Thank you when we inhale and thank you when we exhale.

Let's visualize that our body is much bigger than its physical form and invite the breath to bless us and enter and fill up all the spaces available.

And again we don't need to force the breath,

It's more the acknowledgement of the size of our physical body and the energy body that allow the breath to occupy all these spaces and for us to feel more comfortable.

And we are here to increase and connect with peace and bliss which is our nature.

So just pay attention within you where and what is not peaceful and please don't try to think about the reason for that.

Just acknowledge maybe your mind is moving very fast and is not peaceful.

Maybe emotionally you feel some heaviness and discomfort or maybe physically you're not feeling well.

We continue with this awareness of widening our physical and energy body as we inhale in and relaxing as we exhale out.

Instead of focusing on the area that is not comfortable for us,

Just focus on the image that I'm suggesting.

Let your mind observe that wide space which you are,

Inviting the breath to occupy all this space.

It's important that your mind has a clear image of a very very wide physical and energy body.

And when you inhale you feel that all this imaginary wideness filling up with air and with life force.

Feeling that slowly the awareness shifts from more physical breathing into vibrational existence and vibrational awareness.

Continue to breathe in and out with gratitude.

Thank you and inhale and thank you when exhale.

And now invite that part that is a bit painful for you,

Again if it's the mind,

If it's the emotion or the physical body,

To synchronize with that space that you already opened and aware of.

So if for example I feel emotionally heavy,

So I'm inviting my heart chakra to synchronize with the infinite space which I'm aware of already.

And like this you can do with any form of blockage.

Remember that as wider your identity is who you are,

The effect of the meditation is more profound and life feels more comfortable.

So if you feel comfortable with the image that you are infinite,

This is great because this is the ultimate expansion.

So when you inhale,

Acknowledge your infinity and breathe to the whole creation.

Feel that your body is creation,

That your skin is creation.

But when you inhale creation expands and when you exhale creation expands even more and shining immense light to infinity.

If you don't feel comfortable with that infinite expansion,

Stay exactly where you do feel comfortable and breathe to that space.

Remember that inner peace must go together with infinite expansion.

And remember that when you are peaceful and blissful,

The vibration you are sharing with life is exactly that.

So you have a very strong effect on the reality around you.

So have a blissful,

Peaceful day my friend.

Blessings
