Again,

Welcome to everybody and how blessed we are that we can dedicate time according to allow ourselves to be embraced by presence.

I'd like to dedicate this meditation to that exact moment that I talked a little bit that moment when we just waking up waking up in the morning and maybe we still didn't really open our eyes even but we know we are awakened,

We know that that exact moment or maybe even a second before is extremely divine and sacred because that's exactly our true nature because normally in that moment we still don't know who we are really you know,

That movement of the I,

I am me didn't take place,

Didn't enter into a gear as if we didn't take yet a dress on and we're putting this dress all the time with any eye movement of the mind we're putting this dress on of I am me it's true but also only a thought in the same time so that moment of innocence,

If we can recreate it as we are awakened we're gonna break many barriers of confusion about our true nature let's try to isolate this state of being by just trying to remember I mean,

For those of us in Europe,

We just woken up and for those of you in other parts of this beautiful magical planet,

Planet Earth you remember when you woke up maybe a few hours ago or many hours ago because we do it every morning let's try to remember that moment when we just waking up before the mind start to move and bring in the I identity,

The ego and all what it attached to,

Story,

Worries,

Anxieties our position,

Our gender,

Everything that attached to it before that what happens truly we don't need to remember because it's available for us 24x7 all the time that state we need to somehow know how to move from the ego I into that state instantaneously I believe that each one of us has maybe a little bit different way of doing it I can only share the way I do it but if you have something else that works for you better,

Of course follow that the I only lives in the mind,

It's a thought it's a subconscious thought,

It's the deepest thought that we have and it's the first thought we all have we are not aware of that thought but it's the first one so what happened before the I it means what happened before thinking try it for yourself right now to generate I or any thought requires a mental movement what happened before your mind moves let's check it now it's not correct that I'm thinking therefore I'm alive completely not correct because our being has nothing to do with thinking you can check it for yourself right now that when your mind just stops you still have 100% awareness of your existence and this is your true nature this is the background of everything it's always here,

It's soft,

It's beautiful,

It's blissful but many times this softness,

Blissful state is so overwhelmed by so much anxiety,

Fears and such a loud mind that we are not aware of that beauty that we are sharing and we are having within let's soften the mind directing it inwards and directing it to the heart center the heart chakra and even if around that experience of peace there is a big big storm even maybe your body is completely not comfortable maybe your nervous system is shouting like crazy maybe even your mind is fast moving maybe your emotions are painful no matter what you can always be the space in which all that mess is manifesting that space is only available when the mind stops identifying with all that external manifestation for me practically to achieve that softness of the mind I have to relax the forehead and the eyes I need to make a conscious decision not to follow a certain thought wave soften the face and we can even feel that we are kissed or caressed by grace because the minute we're softening in that instant we're connecting with life itself in its most natural true being we're connecting with each other we're connecting with all there is beyond this planet of course because we are here completely here we soften our face we soften our eyes we soften our forehead we're softening the mind and we're like cocooning in that mind,

Heart,

Being only that will make everything else relax only that different when you're sheltering from a big storm outside actually here it's the opposite when you go inside the storm subsides when you go outside the storm gets strong so I inside our heart with a very soft mind trusting trusting only this sacred union between mind and heart will soften everything else we continue with the union mind and heart but we're adding the acknowledgement that me is infinity itself that me that is now connected with the heart is not the me person we're transforming from me person to me creation why not okay so me creation meaning all there is is touching the heart so your heart your personal heart becomes the heart of creation your personal heart becomes the way creation can experience love creation is you exactly the same as what you think you is you is all one thing at the whole creation feel and be the love in your heart the minute that experience takes place you have a very potent healing balm that you can send all over your form to soften any anything to remedy any pain any discomfort but first of all consciousness is infinite connecting with the love in the heart and then sending this love to all your physical emotional and psychological form if you have any specific area of your body your physical body that is painful invite that experience of universal love to gently caress and soften and heal that area each cell it's a tissue each part of our physical form functions the best in the environment of infinity and functions the worst in the environment of duality of separation so when we offer an area that is afflicted with discomfort to the whole creation we're doing a great service of healing to it and let's do exactly the same uniting the whole creation with any emotional discomfort that we may be experiencing right now an emotional discomfort doesn't have to be on the surface like I feel very sad or angry or fearful it can be deep buried deep deep underneath even a comfortable state of being so just check is there any emotional discomfort within me in any depths of my existence that I can offer to synchronize with the whole creation and please don't go into the story that embedded this emotional discomfort there just recognize and offer it to synchronize with the whole creation okay and then achieve to vibration because the nervous system manifests a lot of tensions through vibration and that vibration relates very much to the energy system to the meridian system which is the energy of the physical body so pay attention to vibration in your body and offer that vibration as well to synchronize with the whole creation also here try to be very very vigilant and to observe even the subtle vibration in your body around your body in the energy body and offer it to harmonize because when the body or in our ego being is completely or better saying human being is completely in harmony we don't feel vibration and so when we offer vibration to the whole creation this vibration subsides and gives space to deeper sense of peace and bliss okay and now let's let's take advantage of the fact that we are here together amazing lovely radiant being of light and love we're sharing the space the same now space because we decided to be here to create our existence in this very moment here together so let's just visualize that we're forming a circle a circle of light being and in this circle we can support each other to raise vibration to harmonize and synchronize further because it's normal that not all of us are being able to do it in the same way because sometimes we are really bothered by difficult life situation so we're here to support each other so in this beautiful circle that we're creating we're sharing love we're sharing light we're sharing beautiful energy when we inhale we're receiving from each other and when we exhale we're giving to each other to raise vibration to shine more and more to synchronize more and more with souls and then to this beautiful circle let's invite those of us who have or let's invite friends and family that right now may be finding life difficult so they as well can be healed and enjoy this beautiful healing and beautiful light and love that we're sharing and let's invite to this beautiful circle areas that have great suffering of war conflict nature disaster difficult problem on this planet that's in the middle of this planet let's invite them as well to be part of this circle thank you so much for joining and then we have a great joy and great responsibility to maintain that state how to come back to that state if we're losing it for our benefit and for the benefit of the whole humanity because once we're holding this state of infinite being we can support other because we're connecting with souls okay blessing to everybody have a beautiful day
