Hey big welcome Many times when you see to meditate we feel overwhelmed with emotion with thoughts with physical discomfort So when we start meditating and the mind doesn't stop we feel why to bother Let me help you to recognize those simple signs that shows you I'm on track Yeah,

Because even when you meditate and your mind is going all over the place Maybe your breath is already deepening Maybe suddenly you notice That there is more saliva in your mouth.

This is a great great signs that you are on track Suddenly you feel Some relaxation in your body or suddenly you feel that your mind Lose its rhythm.

It's much more comfortable All those are signs that you are on track that you're doing well when you're sitting to meditate you must trust That this will be okay that by sitting to meditate your system will harmonize Even if it takes a bit longer than you thought your system will harmonize Physiologically the fact that your body doesn't move Yes,

The mind does move but the body stopped moving Already create a loop of energy in your body That pulls the excess from the mind Into a circuit that is harmonized So even if you don't do anything you just sit quietly and don't move Even if your mind keeps on moving and drive you crazy It'll happen you will relax now,

Of course if you adding to not moving awareness breath awareness body awareness Sensation in your body awareness Then you start to soften much faster But remember the minute you recognize the essential signs you're on track those fundamental signs are Deepening of the breath Relaxation on body tension Salivation of the mouth and Relaxation of the mind as well There'll be an opening in your heart Where emotion start to soften and there's a transition from shifting from being anxious and a bit hyper To more relaxed and open and soft in your body in your mind And in your heart center one of the most important keys to reach that state quite fast is to shift awareness from being identifying Is to shift identity from only focusing on my body to focusing wider than your body to open space around your body Like this the tension in your body have a lot of space to relax and open and widen So I want to bless you on your practice if you have any question don't hesitate to send a note Blessings

Dear Yair, this is very timely! I've been in a period of, 'egh, can't be bothered ' and 'why?' And tadahhh, here it is!
