Hello mother,

Beautiful woman.

Welcome to your today's you time.

Your space for yourself,

Your self-care,

For your healing.

Please don't take for granted that you're showing up here.

Take that moment to honor your choice.

Take a deep inhale and exhale out.

And as you honor yourself,

Set the intention to slowly arrive in this moment,

This space you've gifted yourself with.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

You might want to place one hand on your chest and maybe one on your belly just to deepen the connection with yourself and just breathe.

Watch yourself with every breath.

Watch yourself finding permission to melt deeper into the ground,

Into that connection with mother earth.

Finding permission to calm your mind and indulge into an inner space of comfort,

Of release and stillness.

There is nothing you need to do right now and you're exactly where you're meant to be.

Melt deeper into the connection with mother earth as you're opening the soles of your feet.

Release your joints,

Your hips,

Your belly,

Your chest and your jaw.

Recognize yourself with compassion and then ask yourself,

Which aspect of you is longing for self-care,

For extra attention,

For that self-treat?

Which aspect of you have you neglected lately?

And ask that question with compassion.

You are giving it your best day in day out.

There might be sadness,

Frustration about not having enough time to tend to yourself and your needs.

There might be sadness,

Frustration or even a sense of shame that you don't find enough time to tend to yourself.

Find love for yourself.

You are giving it your best.

And which aspect of you is coming to the forefront?

Is it the inner child that didn't receive enough love and comfort and being seen?

Is it the inner woman that didn't get to feel herself enough to express herself enough?

Is it the inner creative that didn't find enough space to let inspiration flow,

Self-expression?

Is it the inner fragile that had to be strong and tough instead?

Maybe it's the loved one,

The lover that didn't get to receive enough love from a lover or love from a friend or love from family,

Because you focus so much on giving.

Whatever you find,

Inhale and exhale out.

And as you forgive yourself,

Forgive yourself.

Mother Earth is holding you safe,

Carrying you with comfort and unconditional love.

She's there to nourish you whenever you need it.

Just give yourself permission to be nourished by her and let go of any belief that you will have to earn that moment of care,

Of receiving,

Of nourishment.

Ask for that exact quality that you have been missing in your life,

That you are lacking right now.

Ask for it.

And with your next inhale,

Just watch how Mother Earth is offering that quality to you.

And you are just,

With your inhale,

Receiving it,

Flowing it through your whole being.

With your next exhale,

You are letting go of everything that's not at peace with you and your state of self-care.

You are doing enough.

Experience that natural flow of nourishment,

Of care,

Not by you having to do anything,

It's just by you giving permission,

Surrendering into the love,

The nourishment of Mother Earth that's always there,

Allowing yourself to open up,

To let go and to receive.

Know that whenever you choose self-care,

Your child learns from you,

The spirit of your child watches you,

And you will be a reminder of what it means to care for yourself,

A reminder that your child's soul will never forget and will try to imitate.

You are not selfish,

You are being the best example that you can be.

Let go of any restricting belief and open up to abundant receiving.

No wish is too big,

No request is too much for the Earth.

Trust,

Ask and receive what she's offering.

Continue breathing,

Continue releasing.

Thank you,

Mom,

For taking this time out of your busy day today.

Thank you for caring for yourself.

Take this moment to honor yourself and your choice.

Don't take for granted that you showed up.

Thank you for practicing self-love and for showing your child what it means to care for yourself.

I honor and I appreciate you.

Have the most beautiful,

Peaceful and nourished rest of your day.

Thank you.

Thank you for this beautiful meditation. It's a reminder for parents to make space for ourselves first before we serve others. I find myself serving others before filling my own cups. Thank you for this gentle reminder that I can fill my soul needs first. Many blessings 🙏🏽
