This practice, with its clear explanation, is also beneficial when you’re feeling anxious or over-excited about positive things in life. Welcome to another guided meditation with Ivy and Light.

Today we're going to go through a simple practice for helping you to recall your energy in the moment from any situation,

Person,

Or experience that is frustrating you.

This is a perfect way to help re-consolidate,

Realign,

Rebalance,

And make sure that you're moving through the world with your own energy and not somebody else's.

This practice is also beneficial when you're feeling anxious or overexcited about positive things in life.

Through this practice you'll be able to take a step back,

Focus on something else,

Get some rest,

Etc.

So if you've ever had a situation like these or if you have anything currently going on where you know you're leaking energy,

Then you're going to love this exercise.

It is very easy to do this anytime,

Anywhere.

So let's go ahead and get settled in before we start.

Make sure you're in a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Feel in and close your eyes and let's begin with three deep breaths.

Breathing in peace.

Breathing out anxiety.

Breathing in clarity.

Breathing out overwhelm.

Breathing into this moment.

And breathing out all the other moments that we're not worried about for now.

So now we're ready to begin.

It's as simple as asking for the energy back from whatever the situation,

Person,

Or thing is.

You can say it out loud or you can just think it in your mind.

So let's say or think this together.

I recall my energy from.

And you can fill in that situation,

That person,

Or that thing.

I recall my energy from.

Let's spend the next minute or so speaking or thinking these words and allowing your mind and heart to bring to the surface whatever you need to recall your energy from.

As you go through this simple process,

There are a few ways you may experience that energy returning.

Some people will see it as a ball or string of light returning from the distance toward your body.

If you're a very visual person,

Then this is a great way to think of it.

Personally I'm more auditory sensory and so I literally feel the energy rushing back to me.

That's how I experience it and maybe how you experience it as well.

Let's spend another minute visualizing the energy returning,

Seeing or feeling it return as we make our statement.

I recall my energy from.

Continue saying this phrase as many times as you need until you can't think of anything else that has your energy attached to it in this moment.

I recall my energy from.

Ab Pain.

There may be times where you don't actually feel the energy or see the energy coming out.

You're not feeling anything happen.

If that happens to you,

It's likely that you or they are creating a block.

Either they're really intense about holding on to that energy or you are really intense about holding on to that energy and you're stopping yourself from disconnecting and recalling it back to you.

In that case,

You can go to my Releasing Negative Energy meditation to help you let go of the things that are blocking the return of the energy or creating that chain of connection.

And remember also,

This practice is not just for negative situations.

It is fantastic for that,

But you can also use it in situations where you're getting distracted by too many thoughts or excited about the future rather than staying grounded in the present.

For these situations,

Let's try another affirmation.

I recall my energy from the future.

I am focused on the now.

Let's repeat that a few times together.

I recall my energy from the future.

I am focused on the now.

I recall the energy from the future.

I am focused on the now.

You can also recall your energy from that specific exciting or future event.

I recall my energy from and insert your that positive thing.

I am focused on and insert the current project where you need your energy right now.

I recall my energy from.

I am focused on.

I recall my energy from.

I am focused on.

I recall my energy from.

I am focused on.

And now your brain is only expending energy on one thing.

Your emotions are only expending energy on one thing.

Your spirit is only expending energy on one thing.

So whether it's positive or negative,

Whether you feel that you're just going in too many directions or you're not really able to control where your thoughts or your emotions are focused,

We all have the ability to call back our energy into ourselves so that we have it to give to the people,

To the ideas,

To the goals,

To the to do list,

To those right things in this moment.
