Welcome beautiful soul to your guided meditation today.

Go ahead and drop into a comfortable position.

Beginning with the breath.

Inhaling through your mouth.

And exhaling through your mouth.

Deep belly breath.

Inhaling through your mouth.

Letting it go out the mouth.

Continuing that breath as you ground into the space.

Inhaling through the mouth.

And exhaling through the mouth.

Allowing your belly to rise on your inhales.

And fall on your exhale.

Allowing yourself to feel connected to your body.

Feeling connected to your heart.

As today we will journey through healing heartbreak.

And the many layers that this holds.

Knowing that heartbreak is a potent space to be in.

Heartbreak is a portal into an entirely new beginning.

A new beginning starting with yourself.

One that ripples out into your external reality.

So allowing your breath to come back to its normal pace.

Not forcing anything here but just bringing your awareness to your breath.

Keeping it there.

Allowing your breathing to be just as it is.

Allowing your breath to connect you to your heart.

Feeling anything that arises within this meditation.

Any emotions that come to surface.

Allowing them to be felt to come through.

Acknowledging,

Feeling,

Riding the wave of the emotion.

And then letting it go.

It's when you allow yourself to really feel.

Where you hold the power to alchemize.

To alchemize anger,

To alchemize sadness,

To alchemize grief.

Into love,

Into joy,

Into abundance.

Because as you feel,

You allow these emotions to move through you.

To not get stuck.

To not keep you anchored into a cycle,

Into a pattern.

But to create space.

And that is the portal.

Space into the new.

Through remembrance.

Through transmutation.

Through love.

Any thoughts that come up.

Allowing them to gently pass.

Continuing to focus on your heart.

And it's within this space of heartbreak.

Where your heart is cracking open to expand.

With the sole intent to receive.

To receive more of who you are at an authentic level.

As your heart before the breaking was at one residence of self.

One that when you move through heartbreak.

You feel into all that this space holds.

That residence no longer holds the same frequency as this new part of you.

This new version of you.

So that is how and that is why.

This is an invitation for deep rooted change.

To let go,

To embrace.

Who you once were.

To remember new aspects of your soul waiting to be reclaimed.

And as you're in this space.

Feel.

Feel anything that comes up and through.

Knowing that sadness.

Often comes with confusion.

Often comes with fear.

Because when heartbreak happens.

Your past,

Your present,

Your future all collapsing at once.

Bringing you into the unknown.

And the unknown is malleable.

This liminal space allows you to really shift.

To awaken,

To remember.

All that is ready.

And the anger that you feel.

The rage,

The frustration.

Often tied to.

Wanting something different.

A different outcome.

Expectations that you held on to.

Letting those go.

Feeling all that it holds.

What is it showing you?

What narratives is it tied to?

What wounding is holding on?

Letting yourself feel.

Anger is a powerful emotion.

One that can feel really stuck.

Difficult to move.

Difficult to feel.

When you allow yourself to unearth these emotions.

All the layers of grief.

Imagine the space.

Visualize the space.

Being created from within you.

And it's through this process.

Of feeling.

Feeling it all.

Where you are not bypassing.

This is the only way to stop cycles from repeating.

To become aware of patterns.

And choosing to release those patterns.

Taking a moment through your breath.

To allow whatever wants to come to surface.

Be felt.

Be acknowledged.

The deeper you go.

Often times a lesson comes with it.

Holding a thread.

That you can now see through your awareness.

One that was subconscious.

Within that relationship.

Prior to the heartbreak.

Allowing yourself to see.

What wants to be seen.

Following the thread.

It is through this process of acknowledging.

The thoughts.

The emotions.

The patterns.

The revelations.

Your own wounding through compassion.

This is how you alchemize.

Because you can take all that's coming to surface.

All that is.

We can say of darkness.

And through your light,

Through compassion,

Through love.

Shifting.

These energies.

Into joy.

Because you can see.

And when you see these parts of you.

Instead of pushing them away.

Or hating these parts.

Or being angry at the other and playing victim.

You show yourself.

Unconditional love.

You show yourself compassion and grace.

At the same time you show the other.

Just the same.

In due time you will shift into forgiveness.

You will hold the awareness.

To understand that all is always.

Just a projection.

From you onto them and them onto you.

And though you may feel devastated.

And hurt beyond belief.

Feeling like there is no way out.

Or questioning how you will ever love again.

Know that there is the other side.

There's always the other side.

But to truly get to the other side.

To anchor the other side.

To embody the parts of you.

That allow you to get to the other side.

You cannot bypass.

The other side holds magic.

It holds newness.

It holds deeper love.

Deeper joy.

Deeper compassion.

Because you are not playing victim.

Because you are not holding resentment.

You are not holding on to what was.

What could have been.

Those parts of you that once served you.

And now you can see no longer are.

And this is the process to really shift.

To change.

To alchemize.

To remember and reclaim.

Because the parts of your soul.

That are ready to be reclaimed.

Are here.

And they are presenting themselves to you.

In this space of heartbreak.

That's why it's so powerful.

So allow yourself to see what was.

And gently share compassion for those parts.

To welcome in the new aspects that are ready to be reclaimed.

So this is a beautiful practice to dive in deeper.

With yourself.

In this now moment.

Continuing to go within.

Or grabbing a pen and paper.

And journaling through the experience.

It's upon reflection.

When you become aware.

It's upon feeling.

When you actually heal.

And it's through compassion.

Where you can alchemize.

And through unconditional love.

Where you then reclaim.

Awakening a deeper sense of self-worth.

Because you see the parts.

That no longer serve you.

You love them.

You let them go.

They are free.

You allow the other.

To go their separate ways.

Only holding love and gratitude.

For all that they showed you.

And it's within this space.

Where you hold the key.

Ask yourself.

Will you stay where you are comfortable?

Or will you leave?

Will you allow that key to open.

The threshold.

A gateway into an entirely new version of self.

When you're ready.

In your own time.

In your own way.

Allow yourself to come back.

Knowing that you were worthy.

To be here.

To feel.

To receive.

Love.

For self.

For another.

And from another.

And so it is.

Oh.
