Welcome to this guided meditation for healing your inner child.

A journey of compassion,

Understanding and nurturing.

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can fully immerse yourself in this transformative experience.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep soothing breath in through your nose,

Allowing your chest and abdomen to rise.

Exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or worries.

Let's begin by turning your attention inward to the younger version of yourself,

The innocent,

Curious and vulnerable child within.

Visualize a room filled with warm golden light,

A safe and comforting space where your inner child can find solace and healing.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine yourself standing before a door.

This door leads to the room where your inner child resides.

Gently open the door and step inside,

Crossing the threshold into a world of love and understanding.

Look around the room and notice the cozy atmosphere,

Soft cushions,

Plush toys and gentle colors.

Create a space of warmth and comfort.

At the center of the room you see a younger version of yourself,

Your inner child,

Waiting to connect with you.

Slowly approach your inner child,

Extending your hand as a gesture of friendship and care.

As you hold their hand,

Feel a sense of connection and trust building between you.

Let your inner child know that you are here to listen,

To heal and to offer unconditional love.

Let's introduce affirmations that will guide you in healing your inner child.

Repeat them silently after me,

Allowing the loving energy to flow through you.

Let's begin.

I'm here to embrace and heal my inner child.

I offer my inner child love,

Compassion and understanding.

I release any pain or wounds from the past.

I create a safe and nurturing space for my inner child to grow and thrive.

I am a loving and caring guardian of my inner child.

With each affirmation,

Sense the golden light in the room growing brighter and more comforting.

Feel the energy of healing and love filling the space around you.

Take a moment to engage with your inner child,

Asking them how they feel and what they need from you.

Listen to their responses with an open heart,

Offering comfort and reassurance.

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Inhale deeply,

Drawing in the healing energy of love and understanding and exhale slowly,

Releasing any remaining tension.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and when you feel comfortable,

Open your eyes.

Carry the feeling of connection and healing with you,

Knowing that you can revisit this space of love and compassion whenever you need.
