Sitting before beautiful chimes, I walk us through a deep meditation amongst the sounds of birds and the swaying of trees. Using meditation, we journey into our center to re-member our deepest center and love all facets of our being.

Welcome.

I'm so grateful to have you here with me today.

Let us just take some time to settle back into ourselves.

To come back to our beingness,

Back to our essence.

Let us breathe together for a moment with the wind and the song of the wind chime.

Exhaling.

And inhaling.

And again.

One more time.

Exhaling.

Coming into stillness.

Allowing our spotlight of awareness to shine onto our breath.

To bear witness to this ancient rhythm,

This rising and falling,

The ebbing and flowing.

The sea mirroring its rhythm in you.

Allowing ourselves to fully arrive here,

Exactly as we are.

Welcoming all emotions.

Welcoming our joy,

Welcoming our sorrow.

Allowing ourselves to arrive in our full expression of being.

In the complexity of our humanness.

Allowing ourselves to just be as we are,

Here,

Together,

Breathing with the wind,

With the birds and the trees,

All growing around us,

Wherever you may be.

Breathing deeply.

Breathing deeply.

If you feel any thoughts arise,

Just allow them to pass by.

A visitor for a moment,

But not something to define yourself by.

And every time one arises,

You make note of it,

You say hello,

But then you come back to breath,

Coming back to the sound of the wind and the birds and the beating of your heart and the wind in your lungs.

Allowing all the sounds to just be as they are,

Wherever you may be.

Allowing it all to just be as it is.

And embracing that.

Breathing deeply.

We are going to put a mantra upon our breath to deepen into presence.

And the mantra of today will be,

I am the essence of presence.

So as you inhale in your mind,

You are going to say,

I am the essence of presence.

And then as you exhale,

I am the essence of presence.

And as you inhale,

I am the essence of presence.

And as you exhale,

I am the essence of presence.

Allowing it all to just be as it is.

And if any thoughts arise,

Just come back to the mantra.

As you are inhaling,

I am the essence of presence.

And as you are exhaling,

I am the essence of presence.

I am the essence of presence.

I am the essence of presence.

Breathing deeply and fully and completely exhaling.

Allowing the breath to really fill you up.

And releasing every last drop.

Wherever you may be,

Become aware of the land where you live.

Of all the trees and all the plants and the winds and the sun and the moon.

Feeling yourself interwoven into the land where you live.

Feeling that you are a part of it too.

And it is a part of you.

You are not separate from the wisdom of nature.

You too are blooming and growing and changing and ebbing and flowing.

Feel in your bones for a moment that you are a river.

You are a verb.

You are ever in a state of motion.

Experiencing the transfiguration within yourself.

This alchemical process that we call life.

Allow yourself somatically in your body to lean into that for a moment.

To lean into the knowing.

That you are alive to dance and to change and to grow.

And expand.

Breathing deeply into this feeling.

As we navigate through the labyrinth of life we always have a thread to hold to.

Allow yourself to feel in your body your centeredness.

Your breath.

This thread.

That you carry all through life.

And recognize that it is always there for you to hold to,

To find comfort in.

Breathing deeply.

Allowing the breath to just happen.

Not trying to control it or make it feel any certain way.

Just allow your body to be breathed by the wisdom of your body.

Which is so beyond your mind.

So beyond language.

The body is a language unto itself.

Take a moment to feel that.

To tap into this body wisdom.

I invite you to take your hand to your heart.

And just ask yourself as you would a friend that you dearly love.

Ask how are you feeling today?

How are you feeling today?

What's real for you today?

And then just gently listen.

Allowing a language to be conveyed without language.

To be conveyed through feeling.

Holding our hand to our heart with immense love.

Compassion for ourselves and for our journey.

For our mistakes and for our learning.

May we feel this infinite compassion.

For ourselves as we journey forth into this mystery of life.

May we allow ourselves to become like wind chimes.

That sing into the air.

As they are touched by an ancient wind.

My yearning for you is to feel the music of your unique essence.

And to feel it emanate from you.

As life arises and flows through you.

May you dance with this dancing world.

May you laugh with the flowers and feel the reverence to the seasons and to the tides.

Breathing deeply.

Wherever you may be.

Just place a little bookmark in this space that you've carved for yourself.

Knowing that you can return here at any time.

Whenever you are ready I invite you to wiggle your feet,

Wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers.

Maybe moving your neck from side to side.

Coming back into the body.

Back into this world in a deeper way.

Witnessing our surroundings with new eyes.

With refreshed breath.

May you take this calm.

May you take this peace.

May you take this sense of centeredness and connection with you throughout the rest of your day.

Or into your dreams.

And may you always feel the wind wherever you may be.

May you always feel the earth under your feet.

May you always remember that you are interwoven into this wild mysterious tapestry of life.

And that you are the doorway for that great mystery.

I love you so much.

Peace.
