So we're just going to,

As always,

Move right behind our eyes and breathe and settle in as we begin to bathe in the frequency of self-love,

Powerfully turning on positive chemicals in the brain and the body and turning off fear responses.

I am behind my eyes.

I am in my body.

Just breathing down into the belly and let that air purify the body.

Let it cleanse,

Let it release,

Let it soothe.

Just breathe and see if you can create a little bit of space between your back molars when we just give ourselves some space back there,

It can relax the jaw.

Just imagine that there's a little space between your back teeth touching and kind of let them float a little bit.

Good.

Can you slow everything down to this moment here with us,

With me?

You are practicing a new way of being,

One that you may not have been taught.

And like anything new,

It can feel uncomfortable at first.

We're just going to the self-love gym,

Putting in our reps.

Good.

Your body is connected under you and you're noticing it.

Just breathe and soften,

Collect all your energy back.

I collect all my energy back from anyone I gave it away to,

Innocently,

Of course.

I am me and only me now.

And it's okay if we don't understand intellectually self-love or how to love,

Or we think it's just being positive to ourselves all the time,

That's not true.

Love is embrace.

Love is unconditional.

Love is kindness,

Generosity,

Acceptance,

Honoring,

Respect.

Love is many things.

Practicing it,

Directed toward you.

And if it's too far-fetched to direct it towards you,

See if you can direct it towards little you,

Pure,

Innocent little you.

Okay,

Good.

Just keep breathing and softening as we begin with offering ourselves reassurance,

Letting ourselves know you're safe.

Right now you're safe here with me.

What you're feeling is temporary.

We're going to get through this.

You are safe.

You're going to be okay.

We're going to get through this.

I believe in you.

I want what is best for you always.

Breathe and receive your own medicine.

Remember,

The brain might say,

Huh,

Let me just turn that volume down and we see it as a program.

Lots of computer networks firing habitual patterns that were passed down.

New neural networks can be formed with what we're doing.

So feel into the truth,

Feel into the lightness.

As we offer unconditional love,

It's okay to feel what you feel.

In this exact moment,

You are okay as you are.

Saying this to ourselves,

Whispering in our mind or quietly from our lips,

Nothing is wrong with you.

You're okay.

Perhaps there's things to learn or grow from or explore or nurture or see or shift,

But there's nothing wrong with you.

You're okay as you are.

You're safe.

We're going to get through this.

Nothing is wrong with you.

When you see yourself,

Maybe you see yourself in a mirror or you speak to yourself now,

You see little inner you.

Know that the potency of this frequency you are sending is divine.

Breathing in,

Softening the body.

It's all okay.

Whatever we get done today is enough.

Whoever I am at the end of today is enough.

Whatever I am today is just fine.

Whatever I do today is just fine.

I'm okay as I am.

My feelings are okay.

Breathe and soften.

You're doing good.

Allow any emotions to arise.

This can shift a lot for us.

You might feel heat or tingling or energy moving.

We say it's okay.

What is arising here is okay,

And my internal experience is okay too.

All of me is welcome here.

All of me is welcome here.

How I feel makes sense.

Who I am makes sense.

Anyone in my shoes with my past and my story would feel and be exactly as I am.

I am not alone in this.

The way I react makes sense.

My dreams matter.

My truth matters.

My authentic expression matters.

Who I am is okay.

All of me is welcome here.

You're safe.

This is temporary.

We'll get through this.

There is nothing wrong with me.

I am okay as I am.

My challenges are a gift.

My challenges come with them a resolution.

I am learning.

So perhaps what I perceive as my weaknesses,

One day I will awaken with the eyes of my strength.

There has never been anything wrong with me.

I was simply learning.

I am made of innocence and purity.

I am connected to all of life.

I am good.

I deserve love simply by existing.

I deserve love in this very moment without adding anything on more to me or taking anything away.

As I am,

In the fullness and totality of me,

I deserve love.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

Just breathing and softening the body,

Noticing any brain patterns that arise and turn the volume down and say,

Okay,

I hear you,

But now I fill you with medicine.

Now I fill you with truth.

Now I remind you of God's truth,

Of source's truth,

Of life's truth,

That I love you.

That I embrace all parts,

Knowing that within my embrace,

We can still change and learn and grow.

All of you is welcome here.

You are safe.

This that we are experiencing is temporary and you will get through this.

I believe in you.

There is a genius inside.

You have a purpose.

I will open to finding it.

I hear you.

I see you.

I understand.

There is nothing wrong with you.

You are okay as you are.

Life is happening for me.

Even when there is pain,

There is wisdom.

I am normal.

I am unique.

And that is lovable too.

I accept you as you are.

What we feel in this moment is okay.

Who we are in this moment is okay.

I am allowed to be dynamic.

I am enough as I am.

Nothing to hide,

Nothing to prove.

I'm okay.

I just want you to breathe and soften into this self-love bath you've just taken.

Maybe certain phrases or words resonated with you more than others.

And so I'm just going to give you a couple quiet moments here to breathe into this,

To feel this,

To notice this.

And to either repeat a phrase that felt rather delicious to yourself or just let yourself let this experience integrate.

You relax the body and breathe.

Very slowly.

If you were doing this with a younger image of you,

You can let that version be wrapped in golden light and move into your heart space.

And if you were doing this with you now,

Just wrap yourself in golden light.

And just imagine this ball above your head filled with gold,

Pouring into the top of your head,

Taking up the shape of your whole body,

Expanding two feet out on all sides.

Hold in your heart the potency of what you just offered yourself,

Knowing you can come back to this at any time.

Placing yourself behind your eyes in your body,

Calling all of your energy back to you wherever you may have left it.

Breathing deep and long.

Placing your bottom on the seat,

All those points of contact of your body in the surface as you slowly start to stretch,

Wiggle,

Move,

Sway as you come back to the room.
