Hello and welcome to today's two minute breathing exercise where you've just carved out two minutes of your day to recenter,

Reconnect and to be able to join your day back wherever you have left it,

Whether that's going out,

Going back into the world to school or to work or whether you're going to sleep.

Wherever you are,

Whether you're sat down or lying down,

Take a nice deep breath,

Closing your eyes and let it all go through your mouth and just do that again in your own rhythm,

Taking a nice deep breath into your belly and letting it all go through the mouth.

You might want to place a hand on your stomach as you do this,

Breathing in and noticing that your abdomen expands a bit when you inhale and then as you exhale noticing how your abdomen contracts.

Just gently breathing in and breathing out,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Keep going in your own rhythm,

No forcing,

Just letting the breath come in and out of your body naturally in its own rhythm and as you're sitting there in this breathing space just take your concentration to the point between your eyebrows and take a deep breath and let it all go and keep your mind focused there at the point between your eyebrows as you continue breathing nice and relaxed centring your mind with your body and your mind with your breath to feel a sense of deep connection and when you're ready you can open your eyes.
