Welcome my friend.

I'm glad you're joining me today.

Pregnancy is both so exciting and so anxiety inducing.

Learning to regulate your breath will help release anxiety and it will also help you during childbirth.

We will begin with breath,

Then I will start saying affirmations that you can repeat after me or just listen to.

Take a big breath in and let it go and relax your shoulders as you exhale.

Now let's connect the breath with counting.

I will count to 4 as we inhale and then we'll exhale to 6.

Let's begin.

Inhale 1,

2,

3,

Exhale 1,

Beautiful.

Now you can release the counting and breathe naturally and notice how relaxing it is to just breathe in the way that your body needs.

Alright,

Let's begin our affirmations.

Repeat after me out loud or in your head.

I am okay.

My baby is fine.

We are getting stronger each day.

I release all negative thoughts.

I focus on positive thoughts.

Positive thoughts help my baby,

Even though I may not understand how.

I pause to breathe whenever I feel anxious.

I do my best to stay calm each day.

Everything will work out as it should.

I make healthy choices.

I take good care of us.

I find time to rest each day.

Everything will be alright.

I am good.

My baby is fine.

We will work together to have a beautiful birth.

All is well.

And so it is.

Take a big breath in and let it go.

Take a big breath in,

Let it go.

One last big breath in and let it go.

Thank you for joining me today.

Namaste.
