This guided Breathwork Meditation is a 2-step active breathing technique that moves stagnant energy in the body helping you release and connect with a heightened state of awareness. This practice can leave you feeling open and more ready to step into life as your authentic, natural self. Please do not do this meditation while driving your car or operating any machinery.

My name is Jenna Ries and I'm your Breathwork Meditation Coach guiding you today using a powerful technique known as Breathwork Meditation.

Breathwork Meditation is an active meditation,

Which means this practice is not designed to be used while driving your car.

Please create a sacred environment for yourself where you can minimize distractions from the outside world and it is recommended that you be lying down throughout the duration of this practice.

This two-step breathing technique,

We're going to be breathing in through the mouth into the low belly for the first breath.

You're really allowing your belly to expand,

Pushing your belly outward if you can as you inhale and then breathing into the high chest for a second breath.

So two inhales before we exhale,

Belly breath,

Heart breath into the high chest,

Exhale,

Belly,

Heart,

Exhale.

Sounds a little more fluidly like this.

If you haven't done so yet,

You can allow yourself to close your eyes.

Get yourself comfortable,

Maybe roll back a shoulder or the neck and just open your mouth and start breathing in through that open mouth into the belly breath,

Heart breath,

Exhale.

Just allowing yourself to start to get in line with,

To start to get into your own pattern with this breathing technique.

Even though you can't hear me following suit with it,

You are always actively breathing.

As you breathe this way,

Using this technique,

You're actually moving energy within the body from previous experiences,

Pain,

Traumas,

Happiness,

Joy,

Any energy that may be stuck or sitting within your body can get sparked,

Can be moved.

So just recognizing what you may start feeling as you breathe this way,

May take a few minutes to allow for that energy to get sparked,

To get moved.

Stick with it.

Keep breathing.

Helping yourself to truly know youretition or your purpose in life Lisa Lobb The mind can play a lot of really interesting tricks on us as we start allowing ourselves to pay attention to some of the stagnant energy and try to resist any temptation to get distracted,

Noticing the mind's desire to jump around,

To jump between any other problem that may be happening or experience or things on your to-do list later today.

Just notice the mind's desire to jump and then think that big beautiful mind of yours and bring your attention right back to your breath,

To the breathing technique.

Okay.

Reminding yourself,

No matter what you may start feeling that you are safe,

That the energy that's being sparked is safe to be felt,

That any sensations you may start to feel,

Start to be sparked is safe to be felt.

There's no need to be afraid of any emotion.

We're comfortable with our vulnerability in this space.

And if anything,

We're encouraging of ourselves to let some of these layers,

Let some of these walls come down.

You're always breathing.

Beautiful.

Relax it,

Stay in with it.

Allowing yourself to really pay attention to your own body.

Any sensations starting to become more prevalent.

Do you feel any tingling in the fingers or in the toes?

If so beautiful,

That's you.

That's your energy.

If not,

That's okay too.

You have energy that's moving within the body.

You just don't feel it yet.

No way is right.

No way is wrong.

Just breathe.

Evaporation.

Wow.

You're surrendering,

Making the choice to surrender to everything that you feel in this moment.

Even giving yourself that permission to not understand what it may be that you're working with or on or what you're sparking.

We're just surrendering to the experience.

Being with our breath,

Being with the body and breathing.

And I'm just inviting you at this time,

As you breathe in each breath to imagine more space opening up.

To imagine more space opening within the belly,

More space opening within the heart.

You're allowing yourself to just notice all that you're letting go of in order to create more space for.

And as we're breathing in more space,

Allowing ourselves to notice any of that energy that might need might be ready to be moved.

So just allow yourself to make a really big sound right now,

Whether it's a long,

Exaggerated exhale or it's a yell or a moan,

Just a sound coming out of the body.

Good.

Maybe you need a little more.

Good.

Jumping right back into the breath,

Noticing that there might be just a little more space for you,

A little more space for your breath.

You're breathing,

Always breathing.

I'm And taking your final few active breathing breaths.

As you allow yourself to fall into relaxed breathing again,

Your more natural rhythmic breathing pattern.

Just relaxing for the next few moments,

Allowing all that's there to just be felt.

Trusting that the walls that have started to come down.

Trusting in your body that you're safe.

Hello everyone.

You you you you from this relaxed state from this place where your hearts are cracked open just a little bit more I Invite you to set an intention for your day for your week for your month and Speaking this intention into existence as though it is already happening in the present tense I am creating I am doing Allowing this intention to be felt as though it is already happening you Taking a big deep breath in and exhaling Maybe you place your hands over your heart I Just invite you to take one more deep breath in as you think yourself Thank the practice Thank the universe for allowing your intention To come into existence You Can start to come back to the space and open your eyes and just relax with what you feel Thank you so much For practicing with me today It is an absolute honor to get to be here with you breath Work it's a powerful technique.

So hold your self sacred hold the space sacred Maybe take some time to journal drink lots of water And allow yourself to just honor the moments Of space the moments of openness that you just gave to you Such a gift.
