I'm Jessie Galvin.
Welcome to this guided meditation for self-compassion.
Take a few moments to find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
And when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Give yourself a few moments just to let your body settle
into this now present moment.
And gently start to take a few deep breaths
in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you inhale,
Feel your belly,
Ribs and chest expand.
And as you exhale,
Feel your body soften and relax
as all breath leaves your body.
So inhaling deeply,
Feeling the expansion.
And exhaling gently,
Feeling that subtle contraction,
This gentle flow in and out of your body.
Gently grounding you into this present moment.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
We bring our awareness to the power of self-compassion.
You can repeat these affirmations silently or out loud,
Allowing them to be absorbed into your being.
I am worthy of love and kindness.
I forgive myself.
I am unique.
I am enough just as I am in this moment right now.
I view myself with gentleness and understanding.
I am learning to give space
to all of my emotions with compassion.
I trust in my ability to navigate life.
Every day I am able to embrace more and more self-acceptance.
I am worthy of joy.
I honor my needs and allow myself to rest.
I celebrate myself and my own unique journey.
I am resilient,
Capable,
And strong.
I am free to be authentically myself.
I offer compassion to myself during times of challenge.
I acknowledge how far I've come and celebrate my growth.
I am worthy of receiving love and support from others.
I speak to myself with words of kindness
and gentle encouragement.
I trust my intuition and my inner wisdom.
