Sometimes it's hard to add daily meditation into your life. So I created a 5 day, 5 minute meditation challenge to help you! These will be quick guided meditations to assist you in doing one for five days in a row. Welcome to Day 3. In this meditation, we bring in the intention of Forgiveness. Knowing that forgiveness is more about us, than others. Releasing the emotion from our bodies.

Welcome back to your five day,

Five minute meditation challenge and into day number three.

We hope these small moments of meditation in your day are starting to make a difference in feeling more calm and more relaxed each and every day.

Asking you now to get into a comfortable position,

Whether you choose to lay down or to sit up whenever and wherever you're bringing your five minute challenge into your day.

We'll start by taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and gently letting that go.

And one more time in through your nose,

Breathing in deeply and slowly in.

And then I want you to sigh it out through your mouth and really let it go.

Settling into that comfortable position and just allowing your breathing returning to its normal length and pace.

Knowing that if meditation is new to you or you're just having a really busy minded day,

Thoughts and sounds from elsewhere are going to enter your mind through this five minutes.

And that's okay.

We just allow them to enter and then to exit,

Giving them no action,

No more thought and no more energy.

Our intention on day three is we're going to breathe in a bit of forgiveness.

And knowing that forgiveness is more about ourselves than it usually is about others.

Carrying non-forgiveness,

Carrying upset,

Carrying hate,

Carrying anger in our bodies is extremely toxic.

So allowing forgiveness to be the intention that settles into our bodies today.

Forgiveness isn't about saying something is okay if it wasn't.

Forgiveness isn't about changing the state of a relationship.

It's about releasing and about letting go.

So with your eyes closed,

If you haven't already done so,

I want you to picture a white warming light.

And in that white warming light is a feeling of calm,

A feeling of relaxation and a feeling of floating.

That white light is going to enter our bodies now through the top of our head.

And inside this ball of white light is forgiveness.

And as it starts to enter through your body,

I want you to feel the warmth coming through.

It'll start down through the top of your head and it will roll through your body at the pace that you want it to.

So just bringing that warm light into your body now as you continue to focus on your breathing,

Just allowing this white light to float through all areas of your body now,

Taking the time to picture it flowing through your throat,

Your arms,

Your full body cavity and your legs.

Just take a few moments and dance that white warm light around your body.

As this white light full of forgiveness travels through your body,

Allowing you to release and to let go,

You can bring situations or people to your mind's eye that you wish to release,

That you wish to let go of,

That you wish to forgive.

And you may be visualizing their face or you might be visualizing their written name.

Whichever comes to your mind now,

I want you to focus on that face or that name.

And I want you to hand them over the white ball of light and forgiveness.

Whether you're placing it on that name or handing it to that person,

Once it leaves your hands,

It's releasing your body,

Just completely letting it go now.

In this moment,

You feel lighter and you are weightless and it feels so good to have let it go.

I want you to take another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and then gently let that go.

Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes and wave your arms and your legs.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes and when you feel ready and only then,

Begin to open your eyes and take on the rest of this day.
