Sitting as comfortably as possible,

Feel your breath moving through the nostrils,

Through the body.

Feel the body resting on the earth.

Feel there's no separation between you,

Your body and the earth.

Earth supports the body unconditionally,

Conscious already,

Present.

Already you are present,

Without any effort,

There is no conflict anywhere in creation.

Absolute peace,

Peace is already absolute,

There is nothing but peace,

Shanti,

Already everything is absolute.

Peace bliss happiness love,

Absolute love,

There is not half measures anywhere.

Everything is absolutely complete.

Already,

Before we can even think of completeness,

Everything is already complete,

Whole.

Breath comes and goes,

But wholeness,

Completeness,

Fullness doesn't come and go.

Everything incomplete,

Making us feel incomplete is a thought,

An idea,

Thinking I need something to be complete.

I forget the completeness that I am already,

Without effort,

Already whole and complete,

Nothing is needed to complete you.

Other than knowledge,

Knowing,

Knowing I exist,

But not knowing what is existing or what existence means,

I go looking everywhere for completeness.

How tricky is that?

Completeness already looking for completeness.

Knowing for completeness when I am already the completeness,

Am I ever going to find it?

I have to look at myself first.

Then knowing completeness,

I cannot help seeing completeness in everything.

Seeing the completeness inside,

I can't help seeing completeness.

Everywhere is nothing but completeness.

Call it peace,

Call it bliss,

Call it love,

Call it completeness.

Brahman,

Call it what you want.

All one,

Universal,

One without a second.

Om Sahana Bhavatu Sahano Bunaktru Sahavivyam Karabhavahai Te Svina Vaditamastu Mavidvishavai Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Shanti Shanti Shanti Shanti Shanti
