Welcome to the Jonesen IV breath work and meditation.
Today we're going to work on forgiveness.
Forgiving others,
But also forgiving ourselves.
So find a place where you are comfortable,
Whether that's sitting or laying down.
Close your eyes.
And then start to breathe.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose or mouth.
A nice slow and steady breath going in,
Filling up your lungs nice and deep.
And then back out.
Giving that breath back to the world.
And then back out.
Good.
Keep breathing.
As you are breathing,
Let your mind focus on your nose.
On that breath entering your lungs,
Filling you up.
Giving your body the oxygen it needs to survive and thrive.
As you exhale,
Getting rid of the carbon dioxide,
Getting rid of the stuff that's not helping you or your body.
And then breathing in.
Life giving oxygen again.
Let your mind focus on the breath for a couple more breaths.
Continue to breathe.
Continue to breathe and listen.
Forgiving oneself,
Forgiving others can be very hard to do.
Many of us like to hold grudges and hold ourselves to things we have done in the past.
Situations that have happened before that don't benefit us.
There's no reason to let those anchors hold us down anymore.
Let them go.
Let those anchors of the past,
The negative things holding you back,
Let them go.
Free yourself of them.
Remember that we are humans.
All humans make mistakes.
That's part of life.
It's not always the best part of life,
But it's part of life.
And with those mistakes,
You learn and you grow and you improve.
You become a better person.
But only if you learn and grow from them.
But you also forgive yourself.
So when you breathe in,
Breathe in forgiveness.
And then exhale that doubt,
That fear,
That anger,
That anxiety,
That anchor that's holding you back.
Breathe in positivity,
Gratefulness,
Freedom.
Exhale that anchor.
Get rid of it.
You are amazing.
You are powerful.
You don't need that anchor holding you back.
You're better than that.
Let it go.
Free yourself.
Be open.
So with each breath,
Concentrate on happiness,
On gratitude,
Loving energy,
Filling up your entire body.
And then let it go.
Let go of that anchor.
Let go of that space,
That negativity that's in your body,
And let that love and gratefulness fill it up.
Breathe in nice and slow.
And exhale.
Keep breathing.
One more breath.
Whenever you start to feel those anchors creeping back or something in your life causing you that tension,
That anger,
Come back to the breath.
Let go of those anchors and breathe in the amazing things in life.
Thank you very much for joining us today.
And I hope that this meditation has helped you be stronger,
Be more powerful,
And more so let go of those anchors that are holding you back.
You are amazing.
You are wonderful.
Make today an amazing day.
