Noticing it flowing down through the body.
Expanding.
Breathe out and notice it flow out of the body.
Releasing.
Continue for a few more breaths.
Allowing all tension to dissolve and relaxation to occur.
Return your breathing to its natural rhythm as you continue to relax.
Imagine a calm,
Beautiful river.
It's a perfect day.
See yourself walking to the edge of the river.
See the large trees all around.
The blue sky.
Feel the softness of the sun on your face.
Breathe it in.
Look to the steady,
Smooth,
Flowing river.
As you notice it flowing easily.
Flowing around small and large rocks.
Tweaks.
Debris.
Not forcing,
But flowing easily and peacefully.
It never gets stuck because it just flows.
Flows around,
Over,
Under.
Imagine this river is you.
Flowing through life's challenges,
Obstacles,
Freely and peacefully.
Be the river now.
Just flow.
As if you are the soft water flowing freely and effortlessly down the river of life.
Flow is the nature of energy.
Flow is another name for life.
Be the flow.
Take in a deep,
Cleansing,
Flowing breath.
Exhaling slowly.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
