Hi,

Today we're going to do a self love meditation.

Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Whether that's seated,

Lying down,

Or even walking and taking in your surroundings.

Beginning with the breath,

Closing your eyes,

Inhale through your nose,

Pausing,

Exhale sighing out releasing through your mouth.

Each inhale,

Imagine yourself saying,

I am worthy.

And feel the breath.

Bring those words throughout your body.

Filling yourself up with this phrase,

Feeling it in your heart space.

Letting each inhale,

Melt your body,

Releasing the tension.

And then with each exhale,

Saying I am enough.

You can say this to yourself in your head or out loud.

Inhaling,

I am worthy.

Exhaling,

I am enough.

With this inhale,

And this phrase I am worthy.

You're drawing in love throughout your body.

Telling yourself who you are and believing it.

And with this exhale,

I am enough.

You're releasing what's no longer serving you.

Maybe those negative thoughts or hurtful thing that occurred in your life.

You're letting it go.

It's not a reflection of who you are.

It's just an event or a thought that occurred.

Continue with three more deep breaths.

With this thought that you are not what happens in your life.

You are not what you think.

You are simply existing full of love and compassion.

Wrapping your arms around you give yourself a big hug.

Sending love.

Telling yourself I am here for you.

I understand you.

I'm not going anywhere.

Slowly beginning to wiggle your toes and fingers.

Coming back into this body.

Fluttering your eyes open to take in your surroundings.

Having a slight smile on your face just opening up awakening your facial muscles and smiling because you love yourself.

You gave yourself this time to show yourself love.
