This meditation is part of a 33-day sacred intention practice—an invitation to meet your soul daily and allow transformation to unfold naturally. Each day builds upon the last, creating a gentle devotional rhythm that strengthens intuition, embodiment, and inner alignment. This is a sacred release. You’ll gently loosen what you’ve been carrying—stories, pressure, resentment, control. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more available for what’s next.

Welcome to Day 32,

Letting Go.

Let's take a deep,

Grounded breath in and exhale fully,

Releasing what no longer serves you.

You see,

We practice letting go in every breath.

As we inhale,

We then exhale,

Releasing.

Life itself,

Through our breath,

The waves and the ocean,

All point to this natural letting go,

This natural releasing.

Letting go is an act of trust,

A deep surrender into the flow of life.

You don't lose when you release.

You make space for the new.

Let this practice lighten your energy and open your heart to greater freedom.

Let's tune in now to the practice and energy of letting go.

Slowly finding yourself in a comfortable position,

Letting your body become heavy,

Closing your eyes or gazing softly ahead,

Beginning with your inhale,

Taking in breath,

Peace,

Light.

And as you exhale,

Release,

Let go.

Notice how easy it is.

Notice that this is baked into your natural breath.

With the in comes the out,

With the inhale comes the exhale.

The wave that rushes in must also come out.

This beautiful power of duality,

Of the yin and the yang,

The up and the down,

Always has a releasing and letting go component.

Where we get in trouble is when we hold,

We grip,

We try to keep what's there and not to have change or to release,

When really what's being asked at the basic level of nature is to let go.

And sometimes it's painful,

It's a relationship,

Or a person,

A place,

Experience,

Career,

Health,

Wealth,

Or something else.

Sometimes those moments can really trigger us to want to hold tighter.

Let this practice now.

Inhale and exhale,

Let go,

Release.

Feel yourself clench your hands,

Your feet,

Your bottom,

Your belly.

Hold it tight,

Inhale.

And now release,

Let go,

Let everything go.

Release the tension.

Let's do that again,

Reminding yourself,

You know how to do this inherently,

Intuitively.

Inhale,

Hold tight,

Tighten up your muscles and exhale,

Release,

Let it go.

Let your body remind you,

Your breath remind you,

This is natural too.

When we let go,

We open up to what is ready to come in.

And as you move through today,

Notice what is ready to be set free.

An old thought,

A fear,

A need to control,

Let it drift away like a leaf on water.

Thank you.

Thank you for showing up for your highest self,

For allowing for this greater capacity to let go.

I'll meet you tomorrow for our next and last intention activation.
