Today's intention is presence.
Feel the presence of air moving in and out of your lungs,
The actual rhythm of life itself.
Presence is your return home,
Your return home to this breath,
This moment,
This heartbeat.
When you are fully here,
You touch the sacred in the ordinary.
Let the now be enough.
Let presence be the present for your nervous system,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your remembering,
Your whole self.
With this presence slowly sinking into a comfortable pose or position,
Closing your eyes or gazing ahead,
Noticing the stillness right here,
Right now.
The power of now.
What came before is gone.
What's in the future is not important in this moment.
Breathe in and out,
Noticing with each breath,
The air that comes through your nose,
The warmth,
The sensation,
The moving of your belly,
Of your chest,
Of your lungs,
The feeling of being alive,
Of vitality.
Welcome in this life force,
Prana,
Presence.
Maybe you expand and ask to feel the presence of your higher self,
Of the divine,
Of the greatest one force that is all loving.
Allow yourself to tune into whatever presence means to you.
Let it fill every corner of your mind,
Your body.
Let your soul be here as a guide.
Let the now,
Let this presence be enough,
Be everything because it is.
Keep breathing with intention and presence.
Slowly opening your eyes,
Deciding that you're going to notice today when your mind drifts and lovingly,
Compassionately guide it back to the present,
To this moment.
Presence is a gift you give to yourself and to everyone you meet.
You are presence and the present.
