So,
My name is Kaylin Ferschett and I am going to be taking you on a guided meditation that will help us shift into fall from the summer months.
Fall is the season of letting go,
So we will be doing a lot of focus on that.
Finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Getting comfortable and starting to bring awareness to your breath.
Notice how it feels as it goes in through the nose and out through the nose.
Your hands can come to your knees,
They can face up for receiving or face down for grounding.
Whatever you need in this moment.
On our next deep inhale,
We are going to work on lengthening our spine.
So as you inhale,
Straightening one vertebrae at a time.
Your chin 90 degree angle with the floor.
Unfurrow your brow.
Soften your jaw bones.
Let the tongue fall off the roof of your mouth.
Letting everything else go.
Your to-do list.
Unfinished conversations.
Anything that might be stressing you,
Let it go.
On the next inhale,
Mentally say to yourself,
I allow you to be still.
I give you permission to be still.
Noticing how the breath feels as it goes in and out through the nose.
With the focus shifting into the fall season,
Know that fall is arriving.
Feel that fall is arriving.
Noticing all around you,
The reds,
The oranges,
The yellows,
All of the leaves changing and going through their natural process of letting go.
Can you hear the leaves rustling with a slight breeze going through them?
The birds chirping all around you,
Talking to each other,
Returning home for the season.
Can you feel a nice cool crisp breeze against your skin?
Notice the trees are releasing their leaves in one final gorgeous grand finale.
Give yourself permission to let go too.
Make way for whatever new beauty is waiting in the wings.
Picture yourself effortlessly following this fall rhythm of nature,
Letting go of anything you no longer need with grace and beauty.
Bidding adieu to old mindsets or habits.
Who do you want to be?
Who do you want to show up as for the next season?
Without any guilt letting go.
Maybe taking this time to think of something that you need or want to let go of.
Habit,
Conversation,
Item,
Whatever it is,
Think of it now.
Now as we inhale,
I want you to let go of your busy schedule,
Making way for some well earned downtime.
On the next inhale,
Without any guilt,
I want you to just let go.
Melting further in,
Knowing that it's perfectly natural to let go right now.
Embracing the joy of letting go,
The freedom,
The lightness,
The cleared slate ready for you to create your next masterpiece.
Picture yourself letting go.
What will you release,
A thought,
A feeling,
A habit,
An activity,
Not thinking,
Just letting go,
Just feeling into it.
What would you like to release?
What spontaneously comes to mind first?
Picture yourself after it's been released.
Feel the lightness of that release.
Setting a fall in tension,
Say to yourself mentally now,
I shift beautifully into the season of letting go.
I shift beautifully into the season of letting go.
I shift beautifully into the season of letting go.
Over the next few months,
This is your assignment.
Letting go of as much as you can,
Just like the trees let go in the fall.
Becoming lighter and more free and speaking your truth.
Time does not heal all wounds.
It just gives them space to sink into the subconscious where they will continue to impact your emotions and behavior.
What heals is going inward,
Loving yourself,
Accepting yourself,
Listening to your needs,
Addressing your attachments and emotional history,
Learning how to let go and following your intuition.
Feel free to stay in this meditative state and just pause this recording,
Sit and reflect.
I also recommend journaling.
Take a deep inhale together,
Open your mouth,
Let it go.
Thank you so much for letting me guide you on this journey.
Namaste.
