Allowing your eyes to gently close.

And as you shut out the world,

Feeling the softness of your body.

Allowing yourself to relax.

Feel the points when your body meets the ground.

And allow yourself to be held in that space.

Come to a space of observation where you notice how and where you feel today.

Let your awareness now rest on your breath.

Feel into all the details of your breath.

The movement of your body.

Any cases that may feel tired or stuck today.

Simply observing.

Feel the temperature of your breath.

Warm as you breathe in and cool as you breathe out.

And beyond this,

Feel into the rhythm of breath.

Into the flow.

And even if that flow doesn't feel smooth.

Allow yourself to simply observe it and to feel the flow exactly as it is.

Let it rest on your breath so clearly that it feels as if you are being breathed.

Feel the breath as if you are rising full.

And become aware of how sound arises and falls around you.

Not identifying the sound.

Not attaching any meaning to the sounds.

You notice sound as it arises and falls away.

Feel yourself as if there is no point.

In a world of change.

Considering the change of night and day.

Of the seasons.

Of lives.

Of our relationships.

Our ideas and thoughts.

Companies,

Nations,

Stock markets.

Our whole world in constant change and flux.

Feel how your breath is your own connection to this river of life.

How you too flow and change.

You are a very part of this constant expansion and contraction.

You too are dancing to the flow of life.

Feel the life that moves within you.

Feeling even the most subtle sensations beyond your breath.

And acknowledge in this space how there may be times where it feels like things are not moving as we wish they would.

There are times when our energy feels low.

Where it feels we have lost our way.

There are times when it seems we may never reach what we desire.

And times when we are fearful that we may lose that which we have gained.

But from this magnificent perspective see how your life too is a constant change.

Growing and expanding.

Proceeding in times of rest.

Times where we work and times where we reap the rewards of that hard work.

Times when we are discovering and times when we need to be silent.

Where we are dreaming or we are living.

And in this knowledge fall into a sense of trust.

Trusting that simple flow of breath.

And trusting the flow of your life at large.

Or in your cases in your body and in your mind where it feels you have resistance to this flow.

Where you are perhaps unable to trust,

To surrender,

To experience.

Feel that in your body.

And in your mind to be there too.

Feel yourself opening up,

Opening up to change and flow,

To movement.

Allow your breath to open your body.

And to move through you uninterrupted with ease.

Feel yourself letting go of the places where you have downed up the river of life.

The places of aversion.

Recognize that those times where you feel out of flow,

Where you are unable to trust.

Where it feels like you have no patience.

Recognize those times as part of the flow itself.

That in these times too you can hold yourself in grace.

That you can come to the tender experience of life.

That in these times too you can know,

You can see and you can be.

Feel yourself flowing with your breath.

Feel the energy moving through you uninterrupted.

Feel the life that moves through you,

Honour it and be it.

Allow your full awareness to rest once again in your breath.

Feel each in the blue of breath as the taking in of space and light and light.

And each outflow as the letting go,

The releasing.

The dropping of all resistance,

A relief.

Allow that breath to draw you back into the space and time.

Being rejuvenated and in flow with your life.

Thank you.
