Welcome to your meditation,

Finding calm in chaos.

In this meditation,

We'll be using the breath to soothe your nervous system and to help you tune into the state of calm and tranquility.

This practice will bring about balance and ease and a blissful relaxation to all the layers of your being.

So begin by lying down on your back,

And if it helps,

Have something soft and cozy to lie on.

Just adjust yourself so that your spine is straight and place your hands away from the body with the palms facing towards the sky.

The legs are outstretched.

And allow there to be a generous amount of space between your feet,

And just allow them to flop out to the sides.

If it feels good for you,

Allow the eyes to just softly close here.

And allow a little bit of space between the teeth so that the jaw can soften.

Feeling the skin on the face,

Relax.

Your eyelids heavy,

The eyes sinking.

Relaxing the right eyebrow,

Left eyebrow,

And the space between the brows.

Feel your body becoming heavy and releasing any tension.

Allow yourself to be fully supported by the earth beneath you.

Relax your right hand thumb and all the right fingers.

Relaxing your whole right arm as your chest and collarbone falls,

And your shoulders become heavier,

Sinking deeper down.

Relax your whole left arm,

Left thumb,

The left fingers.

As the stillness settles in,

Begin to listen for the beat of your heart.

Noticing the rise and fall of the belly.

Allow the hips to relax and sink a little bit deeper.

Legs becoming heavier.

And take three slow,

Deep breaths in and out through the nose.

Savoring the inhale,

And enjoy the exhale.

On your next inhale,

Breathe in through the nose,

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Slowly inhaling through your nose,

And allow your exhale to carry away anything you want to let go of.

Inhale and fill yourself up with energy.

Exhale and release.

Find your rhythm here,

Allowing the breath to remain expansive.

Place your attention on to the space just around your body.

And notice the temperature of the air.

Feeling the sensation of space around you.

Become aware of being aware.

Begin to place your attention on all the space inside of your body.

Noticing where you begin and you end.

Noticing your inner landscape.

Allowing yourself to just be.

Allowing,

Noticing,

Just feel what you feel.

Visualize the space around your body.

Notice how this empty space is alive with energy.

Begin to visualize streams of different frequencies flowing all around your body.

Like waterfalls of energy.

So observe the streams that you have tapped into today.

And what you have brought with you to your practice.

Just watch without judgment.

Think of this like an energetic radio station and you get to choose which frequency you want to tune into.

Noticing that flowing amongst these intertwined streams is a stream of pure and perfect calm.

And as you adjust your antenna to tune into this frequency,

You begin to feel waves of calm roll through your body.

Soothing,

Softening waves rolling from the crown of your head down to the tips of your toes.

A deep calm.

Pure peace.

Feel the pulsating waves roll through all the layers of your being and allow your body to marinate in this wonderful feeling of calm.

You recognize this feeling.

Just in memory of a time when you felt so incredibly calm.

Notice the stillness that arises.

Soak up the blissful sensations that come with the frequency of calm.

A tranquil place around you and within you.

Breathe in calm.

And breathe out calm.

And then take a slow,

Deep,

Full inhale.

And on the top of that inhale,

Hold the breath.

Placing your inner gaze to the space between your brows,

Hold and then release.

Letting it all go and then be still and listen.

Noticing the shift that you've created,

Just soak up all of the sensations.

Taking a moment to come back to the breath.

Coming back to the body,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and the toes.

As you bring that breath in a little bit deeper into the body.

And slowly when you're ready if you'd like,

You can allow the eyes to flutter open.

Choose to carry this calm throughout your day.

And allowing it to spill over to those who need it.

And know that you can tap into this dream,

This calm,

This peace.

Whenever you need with a slow and conscious breath.

Thank you for listening and have a beautiful day.
