Hello,

Hello,

Beautiful soul,

And welcome to this morning grounding meditation.

Take a moment to settle in.

You might be seated.

Allow your body to arrive exactly as it is.

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to rush,

Nothing to do.

Simply arrive.

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze and begin by noticing your breath,

Not changing it yet,

Just noticing the inhale and the exhale.

Feel the weight of your body being supported.

The earth beneath you holding you effortlessly.

You are held and now begin to deepen your breath.

Inhale slowly through the nose,

Filling the belly,

The ribs,

The chest,

And exhale through the mouth as if you're fogging up a mirror,

Letting go.

Again,

Slow inhale,

Receiving this new day.

Long exhale,

Releasing anything you don't need to carry.

With each breath,

Allow your nervous system to soften.

Again,

Your jaw relaxes,

Your shoulders melt down your back,

Your brow line smoother.

You are safe in this moment.

And now bring your awareness to your heart space,

Right at the center of your chest.

Imagine a gentle,

Warm light glowing there,

Soft,

Steady,

Alive.

This light is your life force,

Your breath,

Your presence.

With every inhale,

The light grows a little bit brighter and with every exhale,

It expands gently through your body,

Down the arms,

Into the hands,

Through the torso,

The hips,

The legs,

All the way down to the soles of your feet.

You are fully embodied.

And now imagine roots growing from the base of your spine,

Roots moving deep down into the earth,

Through soil,

Stone,

Down into the steady ancient core of planet earth.

The earth welcomes you,

Supports you,

Stabilizes you.

And as you root down,

You also rise up.

Imagine a column of light extending from the crown of your head,

Reaching upward towards the sky,

Towards source,

Towards creation,

Creator,

Towards God,

Whatever feels true for you.

You are the bridge,

The bridge between heaven and earth.

And take a slow,

Intentional breath here and silently repeat after me,

I am supported.

I am guided today.

I am supported.

I am guided today.

And now briefly bring to mind this day ahead of you,

Not the details,

Just the feeling.

How do you want to move through today?

How do you want to feel in your body,

In your heart?

Perhaps it's calm or clarity,

Trust or joy.

Let one word,

One simple word arise naturally and gently place that word into your heart space like a seed.

And with every breath today,

That seed will grow.

You don't need to force it.

You simply need to allow and now offer a quiet moment of gratitude.

What are you grateful for,

For waking up another new day,

A fresh day,

For your breath,

For this body,

The gift of the body that carries you through this life.

Gratitude anchors abundance.

Take one final deep inhale,

Filling yourself with presence and a long,

Slow exhale,

Sealing this intention into your being.

Begin to bring gentle movement back into the body,

A small wiggle of your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

Softly blink open your eyes and step into this day remembering you don't need to chase anything.

What's meant for you meets you when you're present.

Have a beautiful day.

Namaste.
