It gently guides you into your heart space, leading you to the embodiment of eternal light and unconditional love. The intention of this meditation is for emotional healing, cultivating inner love, and uniting with the Source of life.

Ced On Aum finding a comfortable seated position.

Whether in the chair or on the floor.

Either way,

Make sure the back is nice and tall.

The body relaxed.

This practice of bhakti bhavana is an invitation to soften your sacred heart space.

To train the mind.

To surrender to intuition.

And divine guidance.

Taking a couple centering deep breaths.

Letting go of all that has been before.

And all that will come to be.

Inviting your awareness to this present moment.

Inhale nice and deeply through the nose or mouth.

And exhale,

Sigh it out.

Good.

Inhale deeply.

And exhale,

Sigh it out.

One more time.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Drop your awareness to the sacred heart space.

The center of the chest.

Beneath the sternum.

That gate of Anahata chakra,

The heart center.

And just beyond that gate is the illumined path.

Of the divine,

The portal to the source of your existence.

It is the trail to your immortal Atman.

As you begin to lower your awareness to that sacred heart space.

Just witness.

Whatever sensations are arising.

Without identifying.

Or reacting to their presence.

Simply witness the condition of your heart space.

How does it feel in this moment?

In this place and time.

In your journey of life.

With your awareness grounded into the seat of the heart.

Notice the rise and fall of the chest.

With your natural breath.

Give the mind permission to rest.

And just sit in this sweet observation.

If you notice any constriction or tightness in your sacred heart.

Take a few expansive breaths.

Inhaling expand the chest.

Exhale releasing any tightness any resistance.

Inhale deeply expanding.

Exhale,

Softening,

Surrendering.

Again,

Deep inhale.

Expand into the cracks,

The nooks and crannies.

And exhale.

Good.

Redirect the mind once again to that gate of Anahata chakra,

The heart center.

See yourself opening the gate.

Following that divine light within.

Begin to visualize the divine light of who you are.

Keep redirecting the mind to sit at that gate of the portal.

A place to focus and rest.

Begin to feel.

Now as you visualize the divine white light of who you are.

At your essence.

Begin to embody the feelings of hope.

Of love.

Peace.

And if you need to think about someone or something that can help initiate these feelings by all means.

Bring them to the imagination.

And at the same time,

Stay grounded.

In your sacred heart.

And in the atomic light.

As you inhale feel as though that love is filling every bit of your being.

Every layer to your multi dimensionality,

Every particle.

See it.

Filling every strand.

Of this interconnected web of life.

Of consciousness.

See that web of conscious consciousness being imbued with the beauty of love.

The light of grace.

Your heart space.

As a connecting point to that infinite web of consciousness.

And also the portal.

To that which is beyond.

To that which is peace.

Unconditional love.

Unbounded joy.

Keeping the mind resting in the sacred heart.

Take a few deep breaths.

Holding the emotion of love,

Peace and joy.

While you breathe and allow the mind to rest in stillness.

Keep coming back to that sacred heart.

To the gate that leads you to your eternal self.

Whatever arises,

Let it come.

Knowing this too shall pass.

Not attaching.

Just observing.

Without judgment.

Without reaction.

Just be.

Be with yourself in a loving,

Gentle way.

Be with yourself in a loving,

Gentle way.

Slowly begin to bring your hands over your heart center.

Feel as though the chakras in the palm of the hand.

The light vortexes and energy vortexes.

Are feeding into that sacred heart.

Directing that light,

That healing energy to your heart space.

Inhaling deeply.

Exhaling completely.

Two more times.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale completely.

Let it out.

Last time,

A deep cleansing breath.

Inhale deeply.

And exhale completely.

Beautiful.

Take a moment here to say,

I love you.

I love you.

I love me.

If you're inspired,

Give yourself a nice warm squeeze as you wrap your arms around you,

Giving yourself a hug.

Maybe even nestling your chin into the hands.

Feels amazing.

To accept ourselves.

I hope that in any moment that we can,

To uncover our eternal nature.

And to know that in any moment.

The ability to drop into that sacred heart.

To connect to your eternal nature.

That place and space of unconditional love.

Unbounded joy.

And eternal peace.

For this is your birthright.

And this is your true nature.

May we all find a softening in our hearts.

To bring more love into our life.
